After seeing on line that CVS could print photos from old style negatives I went to the store located on Weston Rd. The clerk was helpful and explained that the capabilities were available but they did not have the proper envelopes to send out for processing. I Was instructed to visit the store on Indian Trace.upon arrival I waited 25 minutes before being attended to only to be told that the clerk had no idea how to process my request and that I should return later. The store appeared to be understaffed and after 2 attempts and no clear response to my request I gave up. Poor knowledge and customer service to something that was advertised on line.

The rose pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and it’s been ok. The past year however has been awful. They are very understaffed and the staff that they do have, including the female pharmacist are very nasty. No one ever answers the phone, too. I will be switching after my experience today.

The store looks so run down and the Pharmacy Nevers answers the phone. Very hard to work with them.

Unfortunately the pharmacist lacks courtesy and any regard for customers needs. Not sure if CVS trains pharmacists to realize that customers are actually patients who need compassion before their RX refill!

I went to ER today because a pain the send thePrescription a 2:00 pm to CVS at 5:45 pm I called to found out it was ready message said working on it at 6:00 pm I received a text letting me know prescriptions was ready I came at 7:15 pm to pick up and pharmacy was close but employee was at the counter be stated nothing to do I explained that I was on horrible pain he said is nothing that I can do today Labor day nobody told me that for sure they were able to do an exception When I said I will have to switch pharmacy his response was if that’s make you happy just do it horrible experience today I been with CVS for 17 years already but I will switch for sure

I went today with my mother and father in law.Two adults, old people. We asked for the flu vaccine at the pharmacy section and Ana Rodríguez, one of the staff was so rude with us. She answered the answer without looking at us, she never stopped looking to the computer. We went because we want to put the flu shot to them, to try to protect them from the flu, in a middle of this pandemic.She only answered: is $75 dollars each.Directly, without any additional explanation.Zero professionalism, zero kindness.

Worst communication, tried calling for almost 3 hours, on hold for over 40 min each time and got hung up every time with out answers.

Guy behind the counter (with glasses with moustache) brings this place down. Other employees are ok, but that guy provides horrible customer service. A.o. Made my son cry when he was taking passport photos and also did not cut the passphotos in the size needed like other staff does. Ultimately had to take the pictures elsewhere.This is the CVS closest by but I am going to avoid this store due to this person. Hope management reads this as there are many people in need of a job that would like this job and do a good job at it, unlike this person.

It’s ok but with all the money CVS makes they should at least keep up with the store. I bought wipes today and saw the shelves were rusted. This is where the babies wipes are located. I can’t think of any other product that should be more protected than babies products. Watch out for their shelves. If you get cut on those you get tetanus.I did speak to an employee and they are very aware of this issue. Nothing done.

I’ve been shopping at this location for 8 years without any problem, actually all the employees were very kind until TODAY the clerk named Marcos was so rude when I asked him to cancel and restart my transaction in order to use my CVS REWARDS coupons. Actually the store was empty, nobody on the line. I’m shame on him because another people may needs that position that he doesn’t deserve.

Terrible customer service experience at the Pharmacy (coming from someone who works in customer service) I’ve been needing medication for migraines and headaches I get due to a previous head injury and called the pharmacy previously to check to see if my prescription was ready. The man who answered the phone happily told me it was ready for pickup but never double checked to ask about my insurance, etc.- so I didn’t think it would be a problem. I went to go pick it up and after the woman at the counter asked for my insurance card and took over 10 minutes typing away, she finally stated that my insurance doesn’t work at cvs and that I would have to have Walgreens transfer it....That would’ve been really nice to know BEFORE I went to the store. Terrible lack of communication and care for the customer as this was a serious injury and I suffer without the medication for my migraines

Closing hours say 10 pm. Twice now tried to get medicine at 9:54 and 9:56 and both times store was already closed. Wonder if corporate is aware that the doors get closed before the published time.

Located on Indian Trace, next to McDonalds. Very complete, has everything you need. Pharmacy is great, very good service, nice customer service. Store is large, clean and not to cold. If you have prescriptions sent hear they will call you for pick up, very polite and fully bilingual.

Last Friday June 14th I went there and asked the guy at the counter if they took passport pictures. He said yes and took pictures to my 3 kids and me. Without showing to me the pictures, he printed them and showed them to me already printed. When I saw my son’s, pic, I Iwas really surprise as he was facing down to the floor!!!. I told him that that pic was not valid and he replied that it was ok because “the system” returned ok to him. I insisted on the obvious fact that a passport’s pic can’t be facing the floor but he answered again and again that the system says that the pic was ok so it was not his fault. I showed him an official webpage explaining the directions for a passport’s pic to be valid and told him that if he sells passport’s pics he has to follow the official directions for them, but he gave me his back. Then I asked him to talk to the manager and he answered that no body was there.Really bad experience.

Great pharmacists. Good selection on shelves. Well stocked. Often can find items not found in Walgreens. This store is well maintained. Front checkout can be slow. Be prepared to wait. Use CVS card and use coupon machine prior to checkout.

The manager Shannon is the rudest person anybody can meet. She has the worse attitude to all clients that go to this store. Look like she has not education whatsoever, nor she doesnt know how to treat customers. Save yourself some aggravation time with her and buy someplace.

Wonderful place to shop friendly people and a great pharmacy staff.

Didn’t have 5 items on my list which I usually get from other CVS locations.

Very fast and efficient.

SOPHIA is the most helpful and cheerful Employee at this CVS Indian Trace Weston!!

Have some nice selection, and open late.
