All in all it went fine. The end result is simply beautiful. There were some glitches here and there, as might be on any large, complex project. But if a problem did come up, Rose and Richard were quick to respond. They clearly put the customer first. They were there throughout the project overseeing everything and problem solving when needed. They clearly regard customer satisfaction as their highest measure of success. I give them a B for punctuality only because the project took longer than expected (some of that was our doing), but some was the result of the challenges associated with coordinating the various disciplines involved (plumbing, electrical, stonework, tile, etc.). But again, Rose and Richard work hard to resolve any issues and make us satisfied. Which we were.Description of work: We had three major projects as we took possession of a new house. They created an impressive master bathroom, which required significant structural work tripling the space of the previous master bath. They completely renovated a old guest bathroom, modernizing everything and utilizing first-class fixtures and materials. And they made significant changes to our master bedroom, installing custom, built-in closets throughout the space.

Working with Rose, we started from scratch to build a custom bathroom and closet in our unfinished attic space. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and cost conscious of our budget. She made the whole process seamless. She was always very responsive to emails/phone calls and even went out of her way to go to our house to accept a cabinet delivery while we were out of town. We will definitely use her again if we have any redesigning needs!

We have spent 18 months designing and building our dream ski house in the Catskills. In our finished basement we needed a ceiling that was accessible to get at the radiant heating, plumbing etc if needed. The problem is that the ceiling tiles that are commonly available are truly hideous - either they look like the moon surface or come in garish colors. Richard who we worked with at Rose, the Kitchen Lady showed us that tasteful alternatives did exist through their woodtrac range. Ordering was simple and efficient and pricing was competitive. The ceiling arrived on time and in perfect condition and is now installed. It looks great. We would definitely use Richard and Rose, the Kitchen Lady again.

My husband and I brought a new home in West Norwalk and decided to renovate our kitchen. I met with Rose and her husband Rich who walked me through every aspect of our renovation, from the new kitchen cabinets, backsplash, countertops and island they were able to put my mind at ease. My kitchen turned out beautifully and ahead of schedule. Moreover, they installed two railings to my deck, which was also completed professionally and quickly. After all of this was complete, I had them return and paint my kitchen, dining room and deck railings. Thanks Rose and Rich for making this renovation and paint jobs so seamless.
