The team that came to install the runner paid incredible attention to detail and after realizing that that the runner would not be installed with perfect crisp lines on our staircase as is, they let us know they would need some additional tools but would be able to solve the issue. They came back and the installation went smoothly and the runner came out absolutely perfect. Just finished up a very detailed-oriented installation directed by Ronny --long hallways and two sets of stairs with turns. It looks gorgeous. Installers were tidy, precise and did a beautiful job!

They were excellent. The delivery and installation were great. I noticed a slight flaw on a few of the stairs and they came back immediately to take care of it. The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. The inventory and selections were excellent. I had checked several places and am very happy I landed with Redi-cut.
