I had a great experience ordering from here. I needed an item quickly and am many states away. I chose Priority Overnight shipping, and they were extremely helpful in making sure I received my order on time. They even called a couple of times to give an update and ask what I wanted to do to ensure everything would work out. I will definitely order from them again.

A few weeks ago I ordered a Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost & Rare Port Ellen box set from International Wine Shop. The price was the lowest I could find online for a shipped bottle, so I took a chance knowing that it could end up being aesthetically imperfect. I called in to confirm stock, and also kindly requested they try to send one that was in very good physical shape since this one was not for immediate consumption. About 5 days later, the package arrived and I was very pleased to see both the gift box and bottle were like new...no scratches, marks, fingerprints, wrinkled labels, etc. I will use International Wine Shop with confidence in the future for rare finds that they have in stock.

I am so impressed by the service I received from International Wine Shop! I was looking for a very specific wine “Sexual Chocolate Red Blend” to celebrate my sisters virtual bday celebration and to feel a little more connected I decided to have everyone have a bottle of her favorite wine. I searched all wine shops, even Total Wine and they didn’t have it or only had 1 bottle. I called International Wine and they ordered a case just for me and had it ready in 2 days and called me when it was ready for pick up! This place is scam, they dont have items they advertise on the website, when you go there they say we can order this item for you and then you wait days and then nothing.

Huge variety of the high quality liquor that I cannot find in my state. Great prices as compared to my state minimum which makes up for shipping cost if I order 3-4 bottles. Delivered usually in just under a week. Used 5 times now. Works great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Horrible customer service and all around online shopping experience! They shipped me wine Spritzers instead of the actual wine that I ordered AND on top of that charged me a insane amount of shipping. I was willing to pay that much for actual wine bottles to be shipped out of state but for what came... ALUMINUM CANS OF SPRITZER ?!! NO way would I ever pay such an enormous shipping fee for that. I am absolutely LIVID about the money spent for what I received. Nowhere did it say they would substitute my order if the item I ordered was not in stock and yet that’s EXACTLY what they did. I have emailed the company several times and have yet to get a response. I do not want this product & I want my money back and so far it seems they could care a less. Note- my original order was placed three weeks ago- I understand many things are taking longer to be shipped. That’s fine. I waited patiently and with great enthusiasm for what I assumed I would be receiving (a very special wine that our family found while in Yellowstone last year on vacation. The trip was planned some months after our son Thomas was killed by a drunk driver and our family needed time away together. The whole trip was filled with loving memories and finding this special wine again was so exciting - that’s why I agreed to pay more for shipping too, nostalgia. You can just imagine my heartbreak to open a box of aluminum canned spritzers. It’s outrageous)Very very rarely have I left such bad reviews but this company has really earned this criticism. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!

This place is a scam I ordered 47 bottles of peach crown royal and pay for them they canceled my order said they was shipping 7 bottles and if I wanted the other 40 bottles it would be $10.00 more per bottle and then canceled that order I never received any of my orders I wouldnt recommend them for nothing I will be posting all the evidence on a sponsored list on Facebook so you will be able to see it just put there name in Facebook search and see Thanks Have A Wonderful Day Spend Your Money So Wheres Else No With Them

Ordered wine over the phone. They charged me $50 more than what I was told. The refunded me back $40.Rare wine so Im happy about that at least. Came in a nice container and quickly.

Listed an item as in stock on their website, called and verified it was in stock, ordered a case and what did they do? ship something different. Then took two weeks to respond to the issue with an answer about another topic altogether. Why have a button on your checkout that says dont substitute vintages and then substitute a 93pt vintage with an 88pt vintage? Guys, your in the wine business!

Bought a Tokaji wine that is hard to find and got it two days after! Good price and quick delivery. Bottles arrived safe. Would definitely order from here again.

It is rare these days that you can find any retail business that take customer service as serious as these guys do, incredible attention to detail, 1st class follow-up and customer service. These guys tracked down a special order item, keeping me updated throughout the whole process and finding the item expeditiously, cant say enough good things about them.

They have good variety of wines on their website, just make sure to order it online and select store pickup to save yourself 40$ on shipping.

Mysteriously no one ships absinthe to PA. but I finally found International Wine Shop. Thank heavens. They also have the Bourbon I drink that no one else seems to have or ship locally either.they guys are great. they package your products with the greatest care. A+ service.

Very rude owners in this store, lady doesnt have any understanding of what customer service is. This is a bad example of immigrant business when people move in to USA, buy small business and treat people as if they still in theres home country. you dont like, you dontt buy type.

Didnt trust the shipping product after seeing so many poor reviews regarding that facet. So when I was passing thru the area, I attempted to come in and see if they had my selection currently at the store. I arrived 30 minutes after the store was suppose to open for the day and....they were closed. What the hell??

Same story here.. Ordered 15 bottles of Menade Nosso Verdejo 2015 wine online and in couple of days was told that they dont have enough to cover my order. When I asked what will be the best offer to satisfy my needs - they simply cancelled my order with apologies. Now waiting for my refund. Bad online experience.

Very Poor customer service. I placed an order online and didnt get any shipment or confirmation emails. I called after a few days and they said it will ship next day. I recieved my order and one of the bottles was leaking. I emailed them two weeks ago and havent yet recieved any response.I did like they had free shipping and their prices were reasonable.Update over a month later and still havent heard back from my complaints. So here are picks of the leaky bottles. If you look closely you can see rum droplets under the seal. And on the outside of the bottle.

Placed an order for a hard to find scotch. The order was cancelled without any reason.

Wine advertised on the website was not actually in stock and could not be delivered.

Bad experience, 12/22/2015 placed an order online for three bottles of Riesling Kabinett, 2 day shipping for Christmas gift, received email confirmation all set, only to find out days later two bottles were not available in their store. Online website listing and selling items which are not available for delivery as ordered.

12/26/13 This company has absolutely horrible service looking to buy some bottles before christmasplace an order two weeks in advance,received a confirmation email stating I would receive my order in 5 business days, the website states free shipping its only free shipping on certain items,two days before christmas I called regarding why I had not received my order they stated they had cancel my order I asked why, theyre answer was they did not know no apology, email or phone call to inform me. Thats why I rating them with 1 star for being unreliable, inresponsible overall bad service.
