Wow! This is the best wine experience Ive ever had. Cory not only walked me through every region of wine in the store, she actually wrote complimentary dishes on the bottle with her white chalk pen! Fine Wine is the place! Reliably good wine from Corey, the owner, whos super-knowledgeable. But best of all, shes also a great cook in her own right so she nails the wine-food pairing. To my mind, thats what makes a good bottle great.

She has an extensive selection of bio dynamic wines and for those who suffer from migraines triggered by wine, like myself, I can personally attest to having never experienced one after drinking a selection of hers--a testament to the quality of product she carries. Never shying away from a challenge, she welcomes complex flavors.If you venture for the tasting classes, you will be treated with the best tasting food and wine pairing accompanied by a multisensorial lecture enjoyable not only for the storytelling but also for its instruction, filled with knowledge about the food - wine- terroir and the explanation as to how they came to be in existence today.In numerous visits to her store, she has expanded my exposure to different wines and I have a better understanding of food and wine pairing, with attention to temperature, season and occasion. Weve visited our share of wine shops over the years - but Fine Wine Company has topped them all. Every wine weve had from there has been interesting and delicious. Cory and her staff are so knowledgable -- I have fun trying to stump them -- like what do you drink with coconut curry chicken - but my husband wants a red? Corys arm whips out and unerringly chooses the perfect bottle. A great resource in town!
