Im very meticulous about my vehicle and was wanting whomever repaired it to care as much as I did about returning my vehicle to pristine condition which is 110% what happened! Ryan provide incredible service from the moment I called, he set up a tow (the individual that came was also great!), he dealt with the insurance company and also ensured myself and my husband were updated every step of the way. He was amazing through the entire process and even helped us make additional alterations to the vehicle while at the shop. Ryan was also helpful in finding a place to bring the car to have the front end wrapped. Getting your vehicle repaired after an accident is not something anyone wants to deal with but if I need work done again I will never hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to Jannell Collision. As always Jannell Collision never disappoints! My car was rear-ended again but this time while it was parked. The other driver stepped on the accelerator instead of the brakes and hit my car. I was 100% satisfied and happy when they fixed my car 2 years ago, so I went back to them and had it fixed and I was happy I did. They did a good job! My car was polished, vacuumed, and looked good as new. No trace of that unpleasant day! I highly recommend them. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

Ron, Tina, and Ryan were superb! After getting in an accident I called around to many shops, as I had been burnt before. They were straightforward, honest, and took the time to educate me so I could make the best decision. They did an awesome job on the extensive repairs to my car, and stand by their work! Excellent service. Gave me a quick quote, explained procedures, and worked with my insurance company to keep me within a budget so I was not surcharged. I was even brought out back where I was showed exactly what would need to take place on my vehicle (another vehicle with similar damage was being fixed). They even vacuumed up my vehicle so it was in better shape outside and inside.

Over the last year, my husband and I have had several body repairs done on new vehicles. They are perfectionists, taking pride in their workmanship which is unsurpassed. First door panel and rear bumper scrape damage to a 2014 Ford Focus. The latest was to a brand new 2015 Ford Mustang. Two repairs were needed - scrape damage to the body and replacement of the driver side mirror. They perfectly matched the paint, which had to be special ordered because it was new with this model year. They made it look brand new again. You might think that this exceptional service comes at a high price - but they are actually competitively priced. We bought our new Ford cars from Jannell in Hanover and naturally used their body shop, but they work on any make and model. We highly recommend them to everyone we know. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Had a couple of repairs at Jannell and could not be happier with the result. My car looks brand new again. They also cleaned the inside of the car which I thought was a nice touch. I highly recommend considering this shop for any of your body work.

Jannell Collision Center in Weymouth is exceptional! Although Ron and his team did not repair our vehicle (it was totaled by our insurance carrier) his assistance and informative approach to what can be an intimidating process was first rate. From arranging for and taking delivery early on a Monday morning, to walking use through his outstanding body shop, to explaining his approach to auto repair to fielding unlimited questions (even after hours) as well as walking us through the initial appraisel and the supplement process JCC and Ron we first class. I have no doubt the finish work word have been perfect!! Like the other cars being completed. I would recommend JCC to everyone... any make of car.
