I needed to replace 2 tires with side damage on my car. Rob, the manager of the store, was very friendly and supportive. Helped me to file a claim for insurance, received the tires within a day and stayed extra 20 minutes to install them! He generously stored damaged tires for couple of days in case insurance needed to check them!!! Great service and great place !!!

The techs here should probably reconsider their career choices, they thought a 245 wide tire on an 8.5 wheel was stretched and refused to change over tires to new wheels lol

Great Customer Service! You dont really know a company until youve had a poor experience. That is where they either stand behind you or disregard you. While Ive normally had great experiences this past interaction was less than ideal. However, they did everything they could to make it better! I was put in a rental car and kept informed the entire time. Theyre a good company and do right by their customers.

Joe and the guys did a phenomenal job vehicle. A last minute call and they had my Subaru Forester in and out ! They showed me what needed to be repaired, and showed me what was repaired ! My confidence is with Sullivan !!!

I also bought a car battery here, that I installed myself. They gave me a courtesy ride back to my car. Friendly and professional staff, and very good service. Recommend!

I have been going to Sullivan Tire stores for longer than I can remember. I have always been happy with their service. Most recently I was looking for an unusual size trailer tire. They did not happen to have it in stock. On the other hand neither did the other 10 places I went to. They bent over backwards trying to find one for me on that very day but no one had it. They were able to order it in very short time. I will be continuing to do business with them in the future. I highly recommend them.

Im a car guy and was a bit unsure about a chain shop.I was stumped and they got my 95 Jeep running much better .Fair price.Mounted internet tires at a good price on my 2002 Jeep .Coolant flush I asked for and the tech noticed the oil sender was junk on the 2002 Jeep. Fix at a good price.Have plans for much more work there.Tom
