I had tremendous help today from JD after I came in with an issue with my iPhone. He was able to take care of everything and save me on my plan by taking advantage of a discount option I wasn’t aware of that I qualify for. He was extremely patient, explained everything, helped me resolve things and the next time I need a new phone or anything else I’ll be coming to get it from him.
I mistakenly answered 1 on the survey! Didn’t have my glasses on (LOL). My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the service provided at the AT and T store! Meant to choose # 5 on the survey.
Jay and Denny @ the Weymouth location ( Main Street) we’re amazing ! They helped me get into a new phone ( with some unique circumstances) and we’re so knowledgeable and personable. It was a great experience. Will go back for sure
My husband and I just bought new iPhones at the Weymouth store. Our sales associate,Jay, was very knowledgeable and helpful . He made sure our new phones were all set up and ready to use when we left the store. He encouraged us to come back with any questions or concerns

I went to AT&T in Weymouth Ma and I have to say the store is totally different then the last time I was there. Store is clean and the person Jay who help me out with my upgrade was so helpful with setting up and transferring everything for me.

I walked in and was greeted by a person who was dressed in what I thought inappropriate attire for a business. I was told they would be right with me. I proceeded to watch the rep and another rep work on putting a phone screen saver on a phone. Really? That takes two people? After 5 minutes I left.
Normally not one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to discuss my experience at this AT&T. In the past, I have had negative experiences at various carriers. Recently, I switched to AT&T when they were running a promotion. The customer service at this AT&T was impeccable. There was only one person working there (a young man), and he was very friendly and helpful. He helped me find new accessories for my phone, provided me the best deal possible, and reminded me that I could come back anytime if I had any issues. Not only I am happy with my phone and the improved service I have (much better than Sprint) but I am also very pleased with the customer service at my local store. Thank you for changing my perception on what an experience with a mobile carrier could be!
Needed a car charger so I stopped by... These guys looked at my account, saw I could upgrade, took my phone in trade, and I walked out of there with an AWESOME new phone and a car charger for less than I would have paid for just the charger! Now I have a new phone, a car charger, and two house chargers (because my old charger fits the new phone... how COOL is that?) Go see these guys when you need help!

Just so Google and anyone reading reviews for this store or any store owned by Prime Communications, most of these reviews are done by staff members from the various other att stores owned by Prime Communications. Leadership forces their employees to leave false 5 star reviews for all of their locations, at least in the Northeast. For a period of time they would have employees go into customers phones and leave reviews without their knowledge, and we were coached to make sure to take the phones off of WiFi so there were no red flags. I went to the store on Friday and was pleasantly surprised to have a great experience. The 2 guys were helpful and not pushy.
Went into the store to see if I could get a new phone and had a horrible time. Employees at the store seemed completely out of it and were very rude.
Store is really disorganized and the manager seemed very unprofessional. Had a really bad experience and ended up going to the store in Hanover.

Ive been in this location multiple times. Each time Ive been in there, both men that work there are always very helpful & friendly.
Useless middle aged man who wanted nothing to do with helping a customer. 3 month old phone wont charge, he plugged it in and said ya it wont charge take it to a service center and pay to have it repaired. It was still under warranty. Dont go there.

They successfully thwarted me from buying my wife a new iPhone for xmas. Id have to be on her account in order to buy it, and nobody at AT&T has ever thought of a way to let people buy presents for someone who isnt on the same account?
