In my opinion this store went out of its way to make everything easy Vinnie was so informative I was so was so pleased for his help he connected my phone to my car in minutes, I would do it again in a minute.
I want to give thanks to Alex for going above and beyond the call of duty to connect my phone to my car and my music app. The entire team had expressed the ultimate experience in customer service. You guys ROCK!
Went into the store to inquire about a price then a month later Ive realized that the charged me for something I did not buy total fraud at the store.

(This review is for T-Mobile in general, not just this store).T-Mobile has changed quite a bit since I switched to them 7 or 8 years ago - they now have become much more like the typical big cutthroat corporate companies who pretend they care about the customer. After moving to a new area (not far from Boston) last year, and since then pleading with them to improve their virtually non-existent service here to no avail, I regretfully switched to another carrier with much better service. I left T-Mobile a mostly good post-customer review shortly after, indicating I would consider returning/recommending them to friends and family, depending on the location.I also spoke with customer service to make sure my final bill was paid, and to return the boosters they had sent to try and help with the reception. Though my pin code was no longer valid because the account was now inactive, the rep was able to look at my account, assure me the autopayment still went through, discontinue autopay, and tell me I was all set. When I asked about the boosters he said I could drop them off at this T-Mobile store. I drove there, waited over an hour for them to get to me and try to process the return, and then drove back home with the boosters as they were unable to process the return (for a total of 2 1/2 wasted hours). Doesnt get much more big corporation than that.Oh, and today I get a bill for a full months service - they want me to pay through June 13th, though my service was switched over to the new carrier the last week of May. And now, when I call to ask about it, they cant get into my account to look at it because my pin is inactive because my account is inactive, even though a previous rep could get into it under the same circumstances. And the manager cant be bothered to speak with me to look at the account, but I can somehow pay the bill while Im on the phone with them if I like...Sounds big corporation to me, and I take back my would recommend to friends and family review. They should change their name now that theyve merged with Sprint, because they are only posing as the T-Mobile they used to be.

Went in to see how much a plan with phones would be. They just told me a quick answer didn’t explain the different plans they offer or anything really. One of the girls was giving me dirty looks to what my partner said since I was talking to the gentleman. If you really want to get a phone and plan from t-mobile I would go to a different store location and actually get a good customer service experience.
The manager and her staff are so helpful. My sister and I came to their location to switch to Tmobil and there were some bumps in the road(trying to switch from whom we had) but they were always pleasant and always helpful. I call all the time and they still assist me and i live in TX! I would reccomend this location for sure! Keep up the good work guys
My birthday was yesterday and I got my iPhone 8 as a gift to myself! The sales people are awesome! Honest and very good at what they do! Had an angry customer next to me who was yelling at the other people and the way they handled it was very professional even when they customer was screaming in their face and insulting them. Love this location!

Horrible horrible customer service. They demean you and very dismissive. Get new staff or better yet you cant go wrong with going to the braintree plaza take lessons from the staff at the plaza.
I called to ask if they could replace a battery in an iPhones 6S. The dude on the phone was rude, and insisted that iPhone batteries cannot be replaced, I repeat cannot be replaced. I said yes they can because I’ve had them replaced in the past. So he says “oh so you know more than me?“. I said I obviously do damn right I do, you’re trying to sell me a new phone. He got angry and hung up. In reading the reviews, they probably pay a service to give them good reviews. If they are trying to scam me like this then obviously they are trying to scam other people also. Stay away from this one.
Worst customer service ever. I went into the store to purchase two phones. I walked out without a purchase. The employee made me feel like I was a bother to her. She made no sales pitch, no offers, nothing. Clearly she didnt want to make a sale. I would prefer to give this store no stars but in order to post this review I have to give it at least one star. I will not be shopping here again.
So recently I went to transfer my data to my other phone since it was cracked. The employees have 0 effort in trying to transfer the data and came up with the conclusion where they couldnt help me. They offered to switch the SIM card to the new phone which they also messed up in. The SIM card turned out was placed in wrong when I got home and had to manually check out what was wrong. This place is highly not recommended a good place if you need help with your phone. These employees showed no work effort and were rude.
Unfortunately, these are the least helpful and least knowledgeable staff members Ive ever encountered with Tmobile. The staff wouldnt let me buy a new phone because the transfer time for data would take them approximately 5 minutes past their closing time! Go to Hanover instead...

Worst customer service in the history of TMobile stores. I brought my mothers phone LG V20 for a replacement, guess what they cant transfer information because they dont have an extra LG battery!!!! When I looked around the LG V20 was there!!!! The store manager was arguing he cant remove the security alarm from his own devices!!! Apparently not telling the truth. I will never ever come back to this store. So sad.
