Their customer service was amazing! We couldn’t be happier with our experience- esp given it is a huge shower and difficult install with a ton of glass that wasn’t a part of the original bathroom design. Thank you so much! Recommend most highly!

I have used Atlantic for 3 different shower enclosure projects. Strongly recommend . Friendly and professional - all products still in great shape with tight tolerances. I would never use the sub contractors you get from the big box retailers, you get what you pay for. If there is ever an issue - Atlantic will be there. Excellent local business

A+ place to Get glass shower doors, railings and mirrors. Great employees with high end work.There is alot of work in showers and rail systems before its installed so do remember that this glass needs to be made, shipped twice, checked delivered and then installed. Its not wood and it requires a lot more precision most people dont understand that but now you should.

Great Company to deal with! They did a beautiful job on my shower door, and 7 YEARS later when I had an issue with a leak they were super helpful to assist me in finding out the source (it was not from the door)! Highly recommend!

If I could give them a zero star I would! Anyone looking for glass showers and doors please look elsewhere.... after only 3 years one of my shower doors literally exploded in the middle of the night. We were concerned about the safety of the second glass and the structure that was still there. Of course we called Atlantic Shower right away. After calling several times and talking to Kristen who normally picked up I kept getting the same response that she was waiting for the owner Paul to get back to her. She never made me feel like she had any sympathy or concern with me telling her my shower door exploded and made it seem like it was no big deal!! After a week of me following up she tells me that a new glass panel was ordered and would be arriving in another week. They never offered to send a rep out to look at the shower door to even see what they would be dealing with despite my suggestions to do so. After over a week waiting to hear back once she got a response from the owner I asked for a call back from the owner to discuss our situation and express my concerns and dissatisfaction for getting the run around and no answers. I got no call from either representatives from the company. Dispite specifically asking for a call back instead my husband received and email from Paul the owner saying sorry your warranty is only good for one year BUT the supplier is sending a new glass panel. As far as everything else you’ll have to contact your home owners insurance. It took a week and a half to tell us this and it’s been over two weeks since we were told the glass was coming and we haven’t heard from them. The worst customer service I’ve experienced to say the least. Definitely felt like I didn’t matter and they had little to no interest in helping. There are so many other companies that cherish their customers and will treat you with respect and appreciation don’t settle for doing business with a company like this.
