He and his team arrived on time and very carefully and proficiently removed the old windows and installed the new ones. They took care to clean up inside and out. I can’t give enough praise for Paul. After some experiences with other highly rated window companies, there was still no comparison. He shows up on time, explains things intelligently and honestly, and communicates quickly by text and phone. Prices were fair and even below other estimates. Actual installation was quicker than estimated and his team was polite and respectful of the property, vacuuming and wiping windows, so the work area was immaculate after. The new windows immediately updated and brightened my room; wish I’d taken “before” photos. He also took the time to solve a problem with my other windows same day. This was my 2nd time using Quality Window and Door and once again I am highly satisfied. In my last home, I had a slider and 2 bedroom windows replaced by them -- Paul the owner and a nice employee. Great price; no issues. In my new home, I just had to have my rotted, 32 year old bay windows replaced. I am not in a place where I could quickly shell out $6,000+ which is what condo board told me it would cost to have my bay window replaced since thats what others have paid in the complex. Rather than replacing not only the windows but also the large window sill and frame on the inside of my home which are in pristine condition anyway, Quality Window and Door instead did a complete tuneup installing huge new, energy efficient, triple-paned windows; and they completely replaced the rotten bay window frame on the outside and encased it in material that will never rot. They also fixed my storm door with the new parts it needed and installed new blinds for 2 skylights. All this for more than $2k less than my neighbors paid for the cost of a complete replacement of the bay window and parts on the inside which didnt need to be replaced anyway! Paul also returns calls quickly if he cant answer right away, and he does what he says hes going to do when he says hes going to do it. Hard to find that with any contractor! If you are thinking of replacing your windows (or doors), stay local and have the job done right by Quality Window and Door! (Oh and note that Paul did ask to use my Windex because his was frozen in his truck, but I couldnt have cared less that he used my $2 spray to make beautiful new windows sparkle and shine!)

Did a great job replacing basement windows that were original to the house (built in 1928). They worked quickly and cleaned up the job site. Though not the lowest bid, they were the best value, and didn’t include extra fees or try to upsell the windows / frames.

My husband and I reached out to Quality Window & Doors to get storm doors installed on our front & back entrances. Its nice in New England to have a layer of protection during the winter and screens to let the breeze through during the warmer weather. Living in our neighborhood for over 3 years, it was something long overdue. Paul came out to our home on a Saturday morning, he was super nice and personable. He had gotten in touch with us prior to the meeting and went over the best options, but came by to get some measurements. Unbeknownst to us, as new home-owners, we didnt realize our front door needed to be re-finished and its current condition was not great (i.e. some weathering and areas of discoloration). The door basically would have needed replacement if we let it go untreated another season. Paul was honest and transparent with us, he let us know the door needed to be taken care of, and ultimately saved us a lot of money. We would have ended up leaving it be, had he not said something to us. When our storm doors came in Paul was able to install them from outside, so neither one of us had to stay home from work. They came out great, and weve been able to enjoy some nice summer-time fresh air. Weve also managed to re-finish the door since the install. Needed a custom size exterior basement door in a granite foundation to replace a very old existing door. Delivery of windows took longer than normal due to effects of COVID-19 pandemic on his supply chain, but that was understandable. I wanted to have 2 storm doors installed before the winter really got going here in MA. I had looked around at a few companies but many were not willing to install the doors, only sell them to me.I got in touch with this company and set up an appointment. The owner Paul called me a short time after to discuss my options. He was very friendly and prompt, and came out to describe the different options I could choose from, and also helped me with some of the exterior problems around my house that needed to be addressed to properly install the storm door. I had recently done some renovations and had not completed the outer part of the house, but Paul made sure to get the right guys out here to solve that problem for me before he completed the door install.The first door install went great. The second was about a week or so later because he had to special order a custom size. The day after it arrived he was at my house at 7AM to install it himself because he knew we had another large rainstorm around the corner. Not only did he install the door, but we ran into a problem with my existing vinyl siding and Paul went out of his way to carefully remove, trim down, and reinstall the vinyl siding in that area so it looked perfectly fitted up against the new storm door.Id recommend Paul and his company to anyone that is looking to have any type of work done. We went from casement windows (original to our home from the 70s-more than half couldn’t open or the wood was too rotten to open) to double hung windows and a beautiful picture window in our living room! What a difference and our home is so much brighter.I worked the day the main install was completed (my husband was home) and I was impressed that I couldn’t tell intensive work had been from the inside of our home. Not a sign of dust or debris in sight!I also want to thank Paul and his crew for being sensitive to the fact that we were expecting baby #2 in a couple of months and completed our large job in a timely fashion.We met with 4 window companies and knew that Paul was the way to go. He was honest during our estimate and reasonably priced.We absolutely would recommend Quality Windows and Doors to anyone!

Paul and his people installed replacement windows and fixed some missing siding. They were very professional, very efficient, did a great job, looks great, would recommend them highly.
