Called to see if someone could come out to do an evaluation of our ac unit that wasn’t working and what our homeowners insurance company needed to move forward in whether to repair or replace the system. Was told to call another company because they dealt with insurance in the past and did not like the outcome. So would not recommend if you plan to use your homeowners insurance. I know insurance wouldn’t pay for everything but if you are willing to pay the difference why should it matter.

Eldridge replaced both of my hvac units. Their workmanship was great . Personal was very professional and polite.Had a problem with a noisy air handler and after several trips they solved the problem.Highly recommend Eldridge Air and heating.

Today they finished putting in a new unit and brand new duct work in my house. Yvette was very nice and helpful. They also showed up with a big crew and got to work. The crew was very friendly. I heard the workers calling one the guys the legend and said he could do anything with ac work. Lol. I highly reccomend eldridge and hope if i need warranty work, they are just as good.
