We had our entire air conditioning/heating/thermostat replaced by Roberson and are extremely satisfied with the results. They gave us several different options in their very detailed quote so we were able to pick the one that best fit our needs and budget. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up everything after the work. They did a great job explaining everything. We are very happy with their work and would heartily recommend them.

This review is long overdue. After I learned that Roberson AC also sold windows, we went to see them about replacing the ancient windows in our home. That could not have been a better choice. Our options were made clear to us. The process of installation was Explained just as clear. And the price was fair. We made the right choice. The windows are great. The installation was seamless. It is quite evident that these folks care about their customers and want their business practices to reflect that. I could not recommend the more.

Rick was very attentive he listened to my questions responded with respect and address each and every one of my concerns even my stupid question. The Roberson brothers recently installed a whole home dehumidifier for me.I could not be more pleased with this equipment. It keeps the Texas humidity down in my home, and makes the mild days when the AC does not run much more comfortable.Since the unit was added I now find that I can set the air at a higher temp, and am more comfortable. The air conditioner runs much less now and shows on my power bill.Joe did the install. He’s very knowledgeable and a true pro in his trade.

I knew the owner and one of his sons, it was great. I called them just asking a few questions but before I knew it they were on the road from Wharton all the way to Sugar Land to come see me. THey diagnosed the problem, set me up with a remedy, gave me a great price and had it installed the next day. I cant complain at all. I have used Roberson for many years. I liked them so well when my Mom had ac problems I had her use them also. Over the years they babied my old unit & kept it running. Five years ago when it was time to replace it I was given an estimate, I should say estimates, for replacing it with a good unit, a better unit. I have multiple dogs & it was recommended I install a filter in the attic in addition to the regular filter. This addition has made a huge difference, & I didnt know these things existed!!!When our unit decided on the hottest day of this year (up until then, which of course was a Saturday) to not cool, I called Roberson and left a message. Within 15 minutes my call was returned. He was upfront about what a service call started at (I thought it was cheap for a Saturday evening! Dont let them know that!!!). In less than 10 minutes he was here, less than 10 minutes after that we were cooling again.Another time, before they replaced my Moms unit, her ac was acting up. I called & Roberson was booked solid for that day. I explained my Mom was elderly, had health issues, & getting her out of her place to a cooler one (like mine) was very difficult. He ran out between jobs, was able to get her unit cooling & set a time to come out the next day to diagnose & repair Moms ac. To me, that says more about what this company is about than anything else I could say!!!!!!!!!!I would like to give more than 5 stars, but dont have that option.I have always felt that I have been dealt with honestly, my work has always been done when Roberson said it would be, and I think their prices are great.
