He showed up without any tools. Just the diagnostic box. He then said he believed it was the battery causing my issues. But wouldn’t be sure unless I jumped the car because he had now way to jump it . He wanted to charge me 500 dollars to switch the battery. I told him I would change the battery. Then to make it all worse he told me the wrong battery to purchase for the year and model. All of this cost me 95 dollars.
