Really great service with a smile! Brittany was efficient, knowledgeable, and super friendly. She not only changed out the modem, she assessed that my mother could be paying less on a different plan with twice the speed internet. And she brought her a chair to sit while going through the details. Definitely recommend. :-)
This place is not good and do not recommend it. I returned my equipment and explicitly asked to check if there was anything owed or any other pending charges on my account so I can pay them and close the account. They said no so I close account and the I get a collections call saying I owed money for the internet service I had. If you want your credit ruined then go ahead with them, they’ll tell say you don’t anything and then you’ll get a call from collections.
This is by far my favorite store. The customer service people are always friendly, knowledgeable and take their time with you! I drive further because I have always had a positive experience at this location!
I have been trying to transfer my phone and number to Xfinity for 2 weeks now and someone signed me up for a home phone that I never wanted and mailed the home phone to the wrong address. I called in to see what was going on and was hung up on and interrupted on multiple occasions with multiple agents they kept transferring me over to. Not a single agent left notes in my account about my situation so I have had to re-explain at LEAST 6 times now to multiple people who have no idea what’s going on. Each time I have called I am on the phone with them for over an hour with no solution. I spoke to a supervisor this past Saturday who pawned me off on his “best agent” who submitted a ticket for my account and promised he would call me back the next day. Unsurprisingly, that didn’t happen. He also told me he’d listened the calls and have those agents reprimanded for poor customer service. Never happened. It is now Tuesday and I have called in for yet another hour only to be interrupted again, told the supervisor was too busy to talk to me, then transferred me to a different agent. That agent kept interrupting me and not listening and blind transferred me to a completely different department where I had to transferred yet again to a supervisor. That supervisor might as well have been a robot. Instead of explaining to me what she was going to differently now that my trust has dropped to literally nothing with you guys, she just said she’d send me a SIM card in 2 days and they’d listen to the calls, again. I highly doubt that will happen considering y’all have been telling me for 2 weeks now that you’re going to do this or that and you’ve done literally nothing but waste hours of my time. That supervisor transferred me to a manager who never picked up the phone after I was on hold for over 10 minutes. All because I asked for my number to be ported over which takes all of 5 minutes! This has been the WORST customer experience of my life and I will continue to post these reviews until your company actually takes action instead of lying to your customers to shut them up so you don’t have to fix the issues you caused.

IPhone release day and advertising it all over the store. Guess what… no new iPhones. All other carriers have them in store. To top it all off their staff just rolls their eyes at you when you ask simple questions. I Don’t think it’s too out of the blue to have some questions especially when preordering the phone weeks prior.
Ana Montano was absolutely fantastic with me! She sold me a new phone, answered all my questions, and made my transition easy! I would highly recommend her to anybody looking to purchase a new phone!

Great service! I made an apt to pick up some equipment for my parents who were moving to CO. I put in the notes what I was coming into get and, when I arrived, they already had the equipment waiting for me up front. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable and the appointment went super fast! I really couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, Xfinity!

Ive never been a big fan of Comcast service with cable, but my family is super satisfied with Xfinity mobile and the people in this store have always been helpful. Especially Brandon, who was very patient and helpful in assisting me with issues I was having with my phone. Their mobile service has been reliable and its easy to make sure my monthly bill is where I want it to be.
We went to the Arvada store first and had such a horrible experience! The Wheat Ridge store was so helpful and amazing to work with. Ana was extremely helpful as well as, I believe his name was Tony(?), either way their customer service was impeccable and if I was to ever deal with Comcast again, I would use this location only! Great experience!!

What a pleasant surprise! I was dreading going to the store to switch my two mobile lines over to Xfinity. Tony was absolutely amazing, kind and very helpful! He spent 40 minutes porting over my lines, making sure my old phone data transferred properly to my new phones. Great customer service!

Tony was so knowledgeable and helpful when we needed to update our plan to save money- he found the best program for our family of 6 and saved $50 off our monthly bill! This is the best location for actual quality service with xfinity!
Terrible customer service. Walked in, was greeted by the only associate on the floor that was in the middle of helping a customer. He asked me to wait. While waiting, more customers walked in. The first associate called for assistance from the back and another employee came to the front and proceeded to help the customers that had just walked in even though I had been waiting patiently. Very rude. So at that point I walked out. I won’t be returning to this store.
If I could give a negative rating I would. Every time I have to go to this location about my bill I’m told something different. I went in Sunday and Tony was so rude, there was no eye contact, he just kept typing on his key board. As I was trying to tell him my problem he told me, “I’m trying to help you,” in a condescending tone. How? By not hearing my complaint. I mentioned that I was given a new box and that I had the old one in my car. I was having issues with the new equipment. He was so rude and I was so fed up with the run around from this store, I told him to cancel my service. He said he couldn’t do it until I brought all the equipment back. Then shouted, “have a nice day,” as I walked out. Really? He then came out to my car and demanded I give him the equipment I had. That wasn’t happening. I could see me getting a bill for that equipment that was never checked in. Worst experience ever. I called customer service to complain and they were very helpful and verified that everything I was told at this store was incorrect information. And he had permanently stopped my service. They waived all service charges that were going to be billed and waived new account charges and credited money back to my account. Do not go to this store and Tony needs to stay away from customer service jobs.

You don’t walk in to a place like this u less you have problems, so it’s inherently a difficult place. But the staff are generally awesome, making frustrating situations suck just a little bit less.

My surveillance was set off by a guy wearing a hoodie and backpack walking through my yard. I thought someone was breaking in. I then came home to find an Xfinity mobile flyer on my door listing to this address. Hey Xfinity, how about you hire someone with an Xfinity shirt whose professional instead of some sketchy looking guy walking through my yard. I have a sidewalk in front of my house that leads right to my front door. I hope saving an extra 20 seconds walking through my yard and landscape was worth it. Its unprofessional incidents like these that makes me happy I dont have Xfinity. Thanks for plastering your address on my front door. You earned this review.

Avoid this store if possible and go somewhere else. Got home to install my equipment and realized they forgot to give me a splitter. They were already closed by then so I had to drive somewhere else and buy one. After everything was installed and I was on the phone with Comcast for over 20 minutes they confirmed these idiots gave me the wrong equipment.
