Do not I repeat DO NOT EVER get a cake from here. My husband ordered a cake for our joint birthday party. Was not even close to what we asked for was very sloppy looking. Will never return.

I needed cash back and my card was denied so I called over the self checkout attendant and audibly, in fact semi loudly asked, is the cash back not working right now? He blatantly ignored me and started reading the screen to me, when i asked again he got a tone with me and again blatantly ignored my yes or no question when I tried to call and complain no one picked up so I left ny complaint here

I give this king soopers a 4 star because I’ve been coming here so long . Have had a lady racially profile my daughter and I addressed it right away the manger said she’d do something about it and we shall see 😊😊. I’m surprised to see the lady back 🙄 very interesting. There’s a worker named Veronica who works customer service and she’s another reason why I give her the of those star’s 😊😊😊.

This is one of the few king Soopers that keeps its self checkouts clean, all the staff here are also very nice.

If youve procrastinated for Valentines day this is the place to go! Its like LOVE exploded in the seasonal aisle. They have nice floral arrangements that are totally reasonable in price (not double like most places) and every kind of candy. Plus plenty of fun stuff for the kiddos. I was totally impressed.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. The pharmacist himself (the gentleman in the back with the beard I believe he had) awesome guy. Super helpful and very nice. The two “helpers” in the front are horrible. The elderly woman was rude and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. And the rudest of them all is the guy the does the pick ups for prescriptions. The short balding middle aged guy with glasses. Absolute just rude to every single person I saw. He needs fired. I refuse to go back there because of what an a hole that guy is.

Needed some quick groceries and supplies before continuing road trip.

I always enjoy coming to this King soopers. The produce is always fresh, there employees are helpful. The store is clean and for the most art the aisles are always well stocked. I wanted to give a shout out to CLE in the deli. He is frielndy and makes great suggestions.

Put gas in my car and they charged me an extra $125.50 as a hold on my card. What organization does that for $40 worth of gas. Super inconvenience.

Nicole in the pharmacy department sets the bar for anyone in a customer facing position. She was kind, understanding, efficient, and professional. I called with a question about my mother’s prescription- a question I could barely articulate- and she was able to understand and get everything squared away for me. My mother was incredibly stressed about the issue and Nicole provided excellent service to relieve her anxiety. Thanks, Nicole!

Tina and Erika are the BEST!!! Not only were the drinks the best drinks Ive ever tasted from Starbucks, but the customer service provided by these two phenomenal women convinced me to switch Starbucks locations!!

Im an instacart shopper and I am giving this review to anyone that works instacart in this area.Short and simple, this store has the worst customer service and is always out of product. They are always missing products, never have grocery workers on the floor and will never ever escort or support in finding products or suggest similar replacements.They do not care about the customer experience at all. So, if youre having a rough day, dont go here because they wont make your life easier whatsoever.

Up until about a year ago, this location was so clean and well kept- one of the nicest. Now many of the employees are generally young, careless and rude. Very sad to see such a beautiful neighborhood slowly falling apart~Which, of course, is most easily recognizable in places where all the people of a given community must go.

Always a bummer to shop here because of the rude people.

Points for having my order ready on time. I have rarely had a good experience with this particular store.The parking lot (which I realize cant be helped) is HORRRIBLE. It would benefit from a couple of no left turn signs when exiting a couple of the drives.Every time I go in they are out of stock on several items on my list. Today was my third curb side pick up here. 2/3 times they were out of items. I had 10 items that I ordered. 4 were out of stock and 3 of the 4 were substituted with items that made no sense. I am doing a pre-trip quarantine and I had to walk into the store to return 2 of the substitutes. Other King Soopers in the area seem to do a much better job of keeping their shelves stocked.The pharmacy was no better - I moved my prescriptions elsewhere because it seemed every time i walked in to get my prescriptions during listed business hours the counter was darkened/closed because the one employee they have staffing was on break. Always understaffed.Updating to a 1 star - I called ahead today to see if I could order items ahead of time to make sure they were in stock and was told this was not possible. Ive done this before at other Kings and was able to get what i needed. Two of the staff members I spoke with were also difficult to work with. I had to explain in 3-4 different ways what I was trying to do before I had to ask for a manger. Really displeased with this store.

Hours have changed yet again. Screws over the people who need a store to be open by 5am. Not everyone starts their day at 6.

Im going to post this to all the King Soopers employees, I understand that you have to work during this virus and I know that its really bothering you.but it doesnt hurt for you to be kind!a just remember there are so many people out here that are unemployed that your job would be easy to take, so be kind to people believe me Kroger wouldnt want you to be rude,I know that for a fact. I just saw an incident over on 38th and Sheridan the buggy was sitting there for the longest time nobody behind, the person decided to go shopping while the buggy was waiting in line, so a gentleman got in front of the buggy and the lady was rude to him. Zero stars should be allowed because I recently had 3 charges to my account for $81 ($243 total) and have not been to this store in months. This is the store these charges were made from and I’m not sure how it works to make fraudulent charges but I will never be shopping at King Soopers again. No location.

They are not enforcing the mask policy folks. Employees were wearing masks but they were not enforcing customers to wear a mask. I saw at least 5 people without masks on in the 30 mins I was in the store. I will not be going there any more.

Sadly. Today 11/22/20 this store was a complete nightmare !! Waaay too many people there were so many stockers blocking ways to go, that at times thered be four to six to seven people with carts waiting like we were merging on the highway.. letting each other go through. It was horrible. They need to start counting people as they come and go, it was very unsafe. Many people without masks children coughing without masks

This store is not enforcing public health standards for wearing masks in public. Counted 5 people, including 1 employee, not wearing a mask. That does not include people wearing masks incorrectly. With Colorado’s covid-19 numbers currently spiking, I won’t be returning to this store.

Yall got one guy who works here that talks to himself and laughs and he kinda freaks me out but other than that this place is cool

I went to Kings after being released from the hospital today, I was sick and tired and in a hurry to get in/out of there so I used U-Scan and Boo was the cashier. I paid for my groceries with a $100 bill and left without my change. Boo was honest and kind enough to put my change away for me. Having gone through several months of recovering from a critical illness, this was a huge blessing to be able to get my change back and that he was observant enough to see it and put it aside! It took me over 4 hours to realize that the money was left behind and I tHANK YOU BOO, YOU ARE MY BLESSING TODAY!

Its your standard large grocery store where you can find just about everything. Large produce section does not always have the freshest picks available, but you can count on it to be well-stocked with a wide variety of fruits and veggies.Prices here are reasonable and sales change regularly. This is the place I come for many of my pantry items because theres really only so much difference between a 90-cent can of black beans and a $2 can of organic black beans from other grocers. Whatever you are seeking, if it is a standard brand then you will probably find it here for a decent price.

Besides this location always being packed, their quantity and quality are always at their highest. I always have a great experience at the pharmacy, and in terms of selection, I am vegan, and this King Soopers is one of the few that I have found vegan cheeses, milks, and yogurts all readily available. The Starbucks inside the store is great, I always get good service, and overall this store is one of my favorites to go to. The only downfall is parking because it is, like I said, always so packed.

Terrible, stopped in as I was driving by. Maybe you should have a sign at the entrance that says Bag Your Own Groceries.Whats next? That we will need to take up a broom and mop and work for 30 minutes before shopping for the privelege of giving you our money for your average groceries? Incredible

We love this King Soopers. We drive out of neighborhood for our weekly grocery trips. Plus, this location has a gas station so you can get gas for a great price. The employees are kind and helpful!

Covid-19 is a deadly, Infections virus spread by close contact with infected, so why did kings shut down and block all but one exit and self checkouts forcing everyone to funnel and pack into small spaces together!? Its called social distancing! Open all the exits/entrances and spread out the registers so we dont have to gather in groups to leave the store. Its bad enough we have to be out own cashiers and ring up our own food now we have to be hurd like cattle and potentially get Covid because they wont open other doors and registers

Pharmacy has awful customer service and wont disclose pricing.I work in health insurance and understand how pharmacy benefits work. I called to ask the price of a medication before filling. It is simple for pharmacies to look up this information based on a customers benefits.This wasnt simple for Shane. He told me he couldnt look it up and needed me to bring in the prescription before they could tell me the price. I told him that wasnt true and that he could use my insurance information and the specific medication and tell me the price. He told me to call my insurance company. I told him that he had access to the information and to please look it up.Youd think I asked him to give me a kidney. He was rude, snarky, and unprofessional. After sighing rudely, putting me on hold for an unnecessarily long amount of time, and then asking my birthday three different times he finally told me the price.He told me he did this as a favor to me and that in the future I needed to bring in the prescription. He didnt give any reason for this whatsoever. Im not sure why it would be a favor to tell a customer the price of a product. CVS was able to do it in about 30 seconds.I will never go to this King Soopers again.

Helpful pharmacy and well laid-out store

Customer service at this King Soopers is horrible, and it seems like the only person who is ever working is a grumpy old woman who has been working there for 13 years. Well maybe its time to quit because you make customer service extremely unpleasant. Also, the mask goes over your NOSE AND MOUTH Veronica!

Customer service is terrible! Not to mention the bottle necking of customers through exits after closing most of their cashier lines during a pandemic. Their fear of thieves and lack of concern for public health is caused by poor management of resources. C average efforts at best! Breeding ground for Sars-Cov2!

I was in that location Tuesday to get some deli items. This young lady was so helpful with meI was indecisive about the needs and she was extremely polite and knowledgeable, she gave us what we needed for our holiday gathering. Mia is awesome

My favorite grocery store in Denver. Its way out of my hood, but its worth the drive. Clean store. Well organized. Great employees. Best fresh rotisserie chicken! Plus, it has a gas station, and those fuel points I accumulate on my Sooper Cars save me tons of money at the pump.

The Ridge Village store, in Wheatridge CO is severely under stocked. I have tried on several shopping trips to find items that are available at other local like paper goods and pasta and keep finding empty shelves. The store is dirty and nobody enforces the face mask requirements that are now mandatory in the city of Wheatridge, CO.I have been shopping there at least 20 years but I may have to give up on them.

John and the florist department at this King Soopers is incredible! Second to none, we have moved out of the area and have multiple closer King Soopers but I keep coming back to this one because of the florist. Very nice to see true professionalism and competence in this day and age.

This has been my store for over 18 years. A lot of new faces. There are some great cashiers here, but some of the managers here need to be taught customer service. So sad things are getting worse for this store.

I love Kroger Company in general and do the majority of my grocery shopping at King Soopers because the prices are fair, and their points program really makes a difference at the pump. To add to the great benefits of shopping here, they send me personalized coupons for the things I actually buy, which is one of the smartest ideas ever for a company to offer their customers such a perfect incentive! This King Soopers has such friendly staff that Ive come to know over time, and I appreciate seeing familiar friendly faces which makes shopping comfortable & enjoyable.

In out got what I needed nice store.

Go grocery shopping there every week. Typically pretty clean, a little bit of an odd layout, but you eventually get used to it. Well stocked store, even on weekends. Sometimes missing stock on more popular items, but normally there are alternatives available to buy. Personable and friendly cashiers, most lines tend to have baggers on weekends. Though if youre shopping here regularly, the King Soopers fuel rewards card is worth signing up for. Some of the deals you get are absolutely insane. Also the King Soopers app allows you to link your card and load coupons from the app into your card.All in all, probably my favorite grocery store in the area and the easiest to navigate, even when busy.

This store is filthy. Considering we are dealing with a pandemic this store should care more about cleanliness. When I let an associate know about every self-checkout screen being dirty with extremely noticeable gunk he just stood there and didnt even move from his podium. Disgusting

The other day when walking to this store some guy on the premises whistled and cat called at me. Im not sure how everyone still hasnt gotten this memo that literally NO WOMAN OR HUMAN enjoys this. Anyway, went inside and complained. The two men working there who I spoke to were very kind and understanding and immediatly offered to either call the cops or kick him off of the premises. Really appreciate how this store cares about their patrons.

Absolutely horrible. Arrived with my wife to purchase groceries. This includes a single 6 pack of beer. When I went to check out, I was asked for ID. No problem, I showed the clerk my ID. Then he proceeded to ask my wife for HER ID as well... What?!?! I explained the beer was for me and NOT her (although she IS 31 years old!!). They basically refused to sell me beer. I asked the kid what if I came here with my kids, same deal?. He answered with a very un-cohesive well that is a very fine line. Really? What exactly IS that line? What IF my wife were 20 years old? What IF I had a 20 year old son or daughter? Are you going to refuse beer sales to me the same? It was very unprofessional. And considering my wife who was with me (although she does not drink beer) is clearly over 21, this was a complete lack of discretion on the clerks behalf. Further, I reached out regarding their policy and this is evidently NOT an official policy. Rather, something they decided to do based on some unknown profiling at that point in time. As a 40 year old who is professionally employed, never convicted of a crime, neatly dressed and well spoken... I cannot imagine what criteria left them to feel I was purchasing beer for a minor. At least they deserve a star in my rating for my wife feeling flattered that she looks younger than 21. NOT family friendly if you are going to purchase beer, you will HAVE to leave your family at home, or go down the road and purchase your beer.

Im not sure who defecated in the pharmacists cereal but i can promise you that it wasn’t me. The male staff members need a serious lesson in customer service. Other than that, the groceries are of the highest quality and all of the other staff is charming and attentive. The selection in recent years has seemed to improve as the neighborhood evolves.

I shopped here twice. Not going back. I waited about 15 minutes at the deli. They didnt have some items I was looking for. Very difficult to maneuver in. Isles were blocked by displays. It took forever to get through there. Its not set up like any other Kings Ive been to.

This is the best all-around grocery store in the area for price and value, for sure. It is a little smaller than some other King Soopers in Denver so the selection is not as broad as some. The parking lot can be a little crazy though I dont blame the store for that. Overall it seems well-run and efficient.

Love this location! Johnette is always helpful and friendly. Miss Deb who works in the produce is always so sweet and friendly with my kids. I love shopping here.

Love this kings soopers,the staff are very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help. Really awesome place and enjoy the atmosphere.

The store appearance overall was nice, but the associate in the floral department was less than admirable. She was rude to the lady she helped before us who just needed some balloons. Then she proceeded to be rude when helping my wife and I get a bouquet wrapped in paper to take to her great grandmothers site. The lady didnt wrap the bouquets evenly with the assortment of flowers we picked out, and then not only did she wrap them with what looked like leftover Christmas tissue paper, cause thats all they had apparently, but the way she wrapped them also made them come out looking like traffic cones.

I have always found what I need and the employees have been helpful and pleasent!!!

I have shopped at this particular King Soopers for 10 years and have never had a bad shopping experience. It is easy to find things I need, its clean and the associates are very nice.

This is my regular grocery store--not because its the most convenient (there is a Safeway only two blocks from my house) but because it is more affordable. It is such a small store with so much crammed in there--and seemingly always crowded on weekends. Im writing the review in order to ask--or beg really--please get rid of the obnoxiously large buggies and get more of the smaller double-decker versions. The aisles are not big enough to accommodate the buggy traffic, especially with all the standalone displays throughout the store. I almost always push in a double-decker buggy from the parking lot, but today I couldnt find a single one. Please, less full-size buggies so that we can make our way through the store easier!

Wasnt too busy for a Saturday night at 7pm, check out was quick, the young man who bagged our groceries obviously wasnt trained very well, putting cans on the top of fruit and over weighing the bags down, but hes young its a Saturday night and hed probably rather be somewhere else besides work.Parking was good easy access to the building, spacious isles, clean well stocked shelves, no long lines, and a manager present and available.

Good produce, great specialty cheese (in the Deli area), and good baking/cooking staples. The layout of the store is not intuitive, and their normal cheese in the dairy is a little lackluster. They always keep the checkout lines short and fast.

This grocery store has the best Latin aisle Ive seen in Denver. Salsa takes up about 1/4 of one side of an aisle, 2/4 of the same aisle is hot sauce, enchilada sauce, chiles, etc. If youre looking for a new salsa this is the place to go.

Ive shopped King Soopers all my adult life. I find it midrange affordable. Its neither expensive nor cheap.

So excited that I paid $5.99/lb for beef brisket when 1.00 lb of my 4.50 lb purchase was all fat. All concealed at the bottom of the packaging where you cant see it so they could make an extra $6.00 off us. Serves me right for not buying USDA.

This is my favorite King Soopers. I love that its super clean, staff are frindly and always willing to help you. Many staff have been @ King Soopers for years. I do have to agree with many that the parking is too small. But by far still the best King Soopers.

Friendly, quick and attentive employees!This King Soopers is smaller than many other locations but still manages to have the items and brands that suit my needs.Just a heads up...the west doors (by the RedBox) close at 8pm each night so youll need to use the entrance closest to the gas pumps.

Its a King Soopers... The only thing I dont like is the parking lot is a bit small and was seemingly designed by a child with no idea what they were doing. But, not really the stores fault nor is there much they can do about it. In the end, its not as bad as Im making it out to be, but the parking lot is a bit annoying. The store itself is fine. Its a pretty typical King Soopers - full of groceries and whatnot. Employees are nice enough, or at the very least, not mean or rude enough to complain about...

I like this store but I shopped there on Tuesday and it will be my last time. Box of white mushrooms were moldy when I opened them the next day and just now I cut up some Fuji apples that turned out to be rotten in the middle. Good thing I cut them first! Frustrating to waste money on bad food.

When the gloved hand that washes dishes is the very same gloved hand that readies my fried chicken, boxes my deli food, and runs the label machine before going back to washing dishes (all without washing hands or changing gloves)... I do not eat that fried chicken.Im not eating ANYTHING from that deli under those circumstances. Ever again. Ive been sick enough in my life without inviting food born illness home from my local grocery store deli.Sad face.
