Great location and environment, the staff could be a bit more professional and courteous. The white chub girl with the colored hair and a blonde by the register were rude and talked about customers on the floor made rolling eyes and just killed the whole shopping vibe when u see that. She did not confirm my information for my points I knew I had more and she said no so I couldn’t get the prize- the one time they have a good one- now I see a guys name on my receipt and he got the points.

Couple things I had wanted were out of stock. Other that that, I loved my experience with Tatiana. I have prom coming up and she gave me 3 different foundation samples to trial. She was super friendly and kind. I’ll be coming back to buy the full size of the foundation I like.

I’ve been here a few times. Terrible. Every single time I come here there are never enough employees on staff. And when there is one employee they breathe down your neck and ask you a million times if you need help after you say no. This time I went in for the spring sale I waited 15 minutes and no one ever came to help me when I needed to ask for products. I’m not surprised, there were NO employees in sight. Understaffed is my assumption. I left and went to ridgehill. No one asked me a thousand times if I needed help (I shopped peacefully and they were ready to get all the products I needed when I was ready and asked), no one scolded me for spraying perfume after I got tired of waiting(Sephora has updated their COVID rules, but for some reason the Westchester location insists on having clients wait 10+ minutes to get assistance for fragrance). I’ve been to other locations where it isn’t a problem for me to interact with testers as long as it is sanitized before and after. But not here, get ready to wait 20+ minutes for mediocre assistance if you actually find an employee. And get ready to be HOUNDED for a credit card. Save yourself the headache and go to ridgehill or somewhere in the city.

Rude. You’d think this store would welcome and appreciate in person customers given the likely reduced in store revenue right now. Debbie makes that hard. She has zero social skills. Is completely rude. Acts like you’re interrupting her slow walk around the store while she wonders aimlessly. I left the store and didn’t buy Ned foundation because of Debbie.

Great experience. I havent been to the mall since March. Staff was helpful and made all customers aware of new guidelines.

Best place to get your makeup, skin care, and fragances

Rude female worker and does not offer help. Just follows you and sprays everything with alcohol that youre near to.

The girls on white plains were amazing. I went to seen my right foundation then we started talking about my frontal and where I got it from. My girl was Octavia really pleasant and nice. But I enjoyed all of their company. Will definitely be back to that sephora

I really like this location. they’re knowledgable. helpful. they take their time out to explain things. they don’t push you to buy something if you’re just looking or if you want information. i always go to this location and i have for many years. i’m pleased with the staff. the store is clean. the testers are always very used or messed up but they’re testers. they’re meant to be tested. but if you ask and they don’t have one, they’ll get one for you.

Probably the worst service I have ever received at a store, manager was rude and snotty. Sales associated might have well have been clinically brain dead. Go to the one in Ridge Hill instead. White plains Sephora employees if youre reading this, do better. :)

Okay where to begin. First of all, I should have been skeptical when I saw that this was the only Sephora that had available makeup times out of all the Sephoras around me, I was so happy! Little did I know I was gonna come out not so happy. Before the artist began the makeup, I let her know exactly the look I was going for and that I didnt want anything heavy or dark, just a brown, soft glam look. I will not say the artists name out of respect but it was truly the worst makeover I have ever received. While she was doing my makeup I asked for her to correct a couple things, like my eyebrows being too dark and the eyeshadow being extremely heavy (even though I had mentioned that I wanted a soft glam) and she just kept telling me that it was fine and not too dark or heavy. When she finally agreed to fix my eyeshadow she only did one or two strokes of the brush and that is all, it made no difference. I think she could tell by the look on my face that I wasnt feeling the look and after that she did the sloppiest corrections ever. I asked her to at least shape my brows and she didnt even blend the concealer, I had a very obvious white line under my brow and then under that was just dark, harsh, brown eyeshadow..what a look.Also important to mention it was my birthday and I had plans after the makeover. When she let me know that she was finished, I had to ask her if she was really finished because I was in disbelief. I got up and looked in another mirror and tears started to roll down my eyes. It was my birthday and I had to walk out looking like a clown. My makeup wasnt blended, the concealer was too light for me, my eyeshadow looked like I belonged in a mosh pit, my eyebrows were too dark etc. I was literally in tears at the store, I stepped to the side so I wouldnt hurt her feelings but I was very disappointed. Even more so when I found out VIB rouge members had to pay for their makeovers, something I was not aware of. I left the store in tears. How can an artist let a customer leave in tears with makeup that doesnt match? I had to go home, wash my face and prolong my plans and do my makeup myself. The moral of this essay is dont get your makeup done here. I would insert a pic but I am way too embarrassed.

Did not like it could not shop in peace i feel like thwy all follow you around as if youre stealing i felt like it may have been because i was hispanic. The only ones that did ask for help were the girls in the fragrance section. I felt almost rushed and like i couldnt really look at the products such a shame since they have a great selection of products that i like.

Is this for real???? I wait for 10 mins to a manager to show up and never appear!!!!! I will never return and come back to this stupid store ladies in this store are the most racist, ignorants and irresponsible.
