The staff here is awesome! I went in to buy some floor mats and accessories for my car, they helped cut the floormats to fit for me and also used a tool to see why my check engine light was coming on. Always very pleasant . They also provided great recommendations as to where I could go get the service my car needed and a detailer in the area.

I Love Whitefish Napa Auto Parts. Being a General Manager of a company in the valley and making customer service my priority, my standards for being pleased are probably too high. With that being said, Napa Auto Parts always comes through. The knowledge they have, the help the provide for those who do their own wrenching is incredible. Always friendly and always want to help. Best NAPA I have been to in the US....i have been working on my vehicles for 35 years, lived in several cities all over the west, and often avoided NAPA because of higher prices on parts. Always seems the same as the national chains or better and the guys that work here are very helpful. Almost like a comunity center for diy mechanics.

After going to Napa for the third day in a row I am still shocked at the LOW level of customer service especially towards women! I stood in line while two men who walked in after me were helped before me. I had to special order an item from them that I researched online, after two attempts they still ordered the wrong item. I am an engineer and know quite a bit more about mechanics than anyone who works here. Will order everything I need online from now on or make the drive to Kalispell where I am treated like a real customer!

Napa has always had very good service and knowledgable staff. Most of the workers there have been there since I was a kid getting car parts with my dad. They even remember my name when I go in. There is always somwone there ready to help and even to show you how to replace a part and what part needs replacing.

They are always happy to help you with your needs.

Worst customer service Ive ever had literally had Rob one of the workers up in my face screaming cussing at me and threatening me when awls I offered was the upmost respect I feel bad for the other workers that have to work with him because he seems to be the only indecent one there I would not suggest this place for anybody in Crosslake or anybody else in the world they truly do not put customer service first or at least this was my experience I am a new resident and this was a horrible experience for me I hope Napa or whitefish will soon fix this dilemma it is sad to see one person lower the reputation for the entire store
