Seriously the BEST postal annex in the valley!Ide rather drive out of my way to come here than go anywhere else.The ladies that work there are insanely nice, pleasant and friendly.I love their great attitudes and the way they treat customers. If I could give them a trillion star rating I would!!

Hannah went above and beyond to prepare my workbook for the UPW live event at her closing hour to get the job done before she left for the day. She also was very apologetic for the phone issues they were having at her location when o was wanting to get in touch with her. That being said she was generous with gifting me a “no charge” for workbook. I told her that I couldn’t accept such and offer and insisted she allow me to pay for her time and the last minute request. She denied me and said “it was taken care of.” I have to say that when Hannah went above and beyond and then again surprised me with such a gift I couldn’t help but share and speak highly of her integrity. Im a former customer of the UPS Store up the street. After experiencing consistently bad service, I took the advice of a friend and tried Postal Annex. They are so friendly and helpful, plus they accept packages for FedEx, USPS, AND UPS. Had I known that they accept packages for UPS, I would have tried them a lot sooner. Great place!

I am so thankful that the PostalAnnex+ moved into the old UPS office. The people that work there are incredibly pleasant and helpful, consistently. I have businesses and ship quite a bit, and even though I mostly drop off already labeled boxes, their attitudes are remarkable.

What a great experience. There was a really nice guy and he explained the whole process of renting a mailbox very calmly and clearly. I really feel safe and welcome here, which has become so important after moving to the Vally and having to move so often, dealing with so much money with so many people.Its wonderful to find a place like this in the Flathead Postal Annex certainly has my trust.Thank you mailing gods for this PostalAnnex+. When we starred our business - What I thought would be a daunting task turned out to be the easiest thing We did . We always ship a bunch of boxes at one time all of which were different sizes and rather cumbersome. The hardest thing I had to do was lift them on the counter (which they offered to help with) and they did the rest. If they are not busy the always help to your car with packages. Im a ex UPS store customer and this place is so much better at customer service.

Great place...i never go 2 the postoffice anymore ...can do everything there...everyone is so friendly

They lost my package that I sent and then refused to do anything for me or refund me my money. Why does she park in front of thier store, arent those spots for customers!
