Theres one across the street. I went to the wrong location to pay my dads bill

If I could I wouldnt even rate them with any stars. They lie, destroy your stuff, are shady, and overall are very unprofessional. Ive used rent a center before and had absolutely a great experience. This one on the other hand has been a complete and total nightmare from start to finish. I was told one thing from the assistant manager of this store and another about a week later from the credit collections department. Not to mention, when you call their store no one ever seems to answer the phone, but god forbid if you dont answer one call from them they are calling everyone you know. Do NOT use this location at Whitehall, Ohio. I suggest Aarons if anything.

I have been a customer with this RAC for 4 years. Always received quality service. If there were any issues with product, they were always quick to fix the issue. Great customer service. Very understanding when payments couldnt be made on time (as long as I communicated in advance). Thanks Rent a Center!

If you are looking to buy something for your home or need you are at home when you walk through the doors cause someone is going to greet you and go to the measures to get you what you are looking for...You are treated like a family member than a customer..I am a loyal customer and I will always buy from this location cause they are great when itt comes to making you smile rather you purchase or not you will always walk out a satisfied customer, thats for sure.....

WARNING***** Horrrible place to buy anything. If there was an option of giving 0 stars I would. I’m not one of hatred but the amount of disrespect this store has. Even if you have a date to pay your bill he will call 5 days before the due date and tell you to pay. If you say you will pay when you were told he’ll say he’s coming to take the tv. Very unprofessional. Acts as if they have no other customers. I highly recommend you try the other stores around. I just wanted to save other people from these people.

Rent a center had a couch FOR SALE (cash price) but when I tries to buy it the older lady working told me that was only the cash price if I bought the matching loveseat at well over what it was worth...I declined to purchase both as I only needed the couch...she then fumbled around and told me again that i couldnt buy the couch unless i bought the loveseat too...but thats not what the Ad said THAT WAS TAPED TO THE COUCH...long story short after she tried to sell us the loveseat MANY MORE TIMES she ended up selling us only the couch because I threaten to call her boss

Very unprofessional!They showed up beating on my door the day that my furniture was due with a truck!I had to leave work because my children were afraid.Do not get anything from this location!When I called, they apologized and stated “We’re sorry this is your due date, no one should be at your house.”Really!!

The most lying,conniving, backwards people I havw ever met!!! Ive never seen a company that refuses to take payment to try and work with a customer.

Not so much of a great service. Im hispanic and the white guy was very racist. He kept looking at us while we browsed and even took some stuff off, probably thinking we were gonna steal something. Not coming back here.
