Very very very poor customer service. Just dont go there. Plenty of options around.

I went inside store. There was not any plexy glass between cashiers or patrons. The man checking me out did not wear gloves nor did he have a mask on. The lady on the other side had one on. This is ridiculous as many people go in and out this store. I hope they are wiping down counters ATM and gas pumps. I will not go back into store.

The guy running register or the store tonight is obviously messed up on something he kept nodding off when I was at the register an grabbed carton of smokes when I only asked for one pack an was telling me he dont know whats going on an what I want him to do, about to call whpd to check up on him an make sure hes ok, Im a very good regular an never had a problem, will not be coming back on the days he works if he still has a job after tonight, expect a lot of complaints turkey Hill!!!!

Such a better selection of everything compared to the one in New Albany! Only been here 2-3 times and it’s not always been the cleanest place, and I wouldn’t recommend using the bathroom unless it’s an emergency... But employees have been friendly, nice, and the convenience of not having to go to a grocery store is fantastic.

This place used to be awesome. They had great staff and 99% of the time everything was in stock. Since July 2018 it has gotten bad. Alot of good hardworking people have been let go and now they are almost always out of stock of everything I want. Its sad to see this place on the decline.

The selection in the store was great. Prices were fine as well.... But there was one very rude cashier though. If not for her I wouldve given a 5 star rating. It even made me wonder how she could get away with being so rude with co workers and some type of management there as well.

Waiting inside to pay can sometime be a wait. I understand customer service and being cheerful and friendly, but it is sometimes taken to an extreme.

There was a guy in there (from a company called Zoom?) walking around asking customers if they smoked - and if they did he gave them a bunch of cigarette coupons. Ugh! Does the owner think this is a good idea?

Cashier was super friendly and very informative! A lovely visit. Store was nice and clean as well

Went to play lotto lucky for life rolling cash five it was good just wanna hit lotto they coffee went up big time the large cup used to be a dollar or went up to now $2.89 so I just started making my own coffee in the morning

Always nice and clean, well stocked. The restrooms are always been consistently clean everytime Ive used it. The specialty food items are actually better than expected to my surprise.

I love the people there but only is one customer was one girl had an attitude and shes been working there for 30 years so watch out

Usually very busy, but I was able to drive right up to the gas pump and was in and out in 10 minutes.

Quick and knowledgeable friendly staff with a good selection of snacks and products to go along with the fuel for your vehicle

I only go for gas. My car seems to run smoother.

I gave 3 stars because of the fact i drove from reynoldsburg to buy either orange or regular sweetened tea, they had none. I did buy peach. See how that tastes. One good thing is gas there was 2.28, when i got back to reynoldsburg gas had gone fron 2.39 to 2.55 in about 30 minutes

Decent wait time, but staff clearly doesnt want to be there, and most show it based in their attitude.

Its convenient with a good selection, you can basically grocery shop here. A little more expensive than Kroger but the same products.

The Coffee Station is generally the make it or break part of the convenience store. This store did good for coffee and more.

There is never any paper in the receipt dispenser which makes have to go inside to obtain my receipt....WHY is that????

The customer service is excellent but the bathrooms could use a little work.

Clean...get in, get out. They try their best to move fast but sometimes the line can be a little slow.

I like to complete the online surveys from the cash register receipt & usually opt to get the 32oz FREE soda. I will put $3 gas in car just 2 get a receipt lol

Our last two visits half of the pumps arent working, Sunday the trash was overflowing onto the lot, trash cans werent in place, hopefully they get it back together soon.
