Joseph Thompson is the best meat department employee Ive met in over 20 Kroger stores in Columbus area and surrounding.

Usually fairly busy but never had any issues. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shelves are stocked and things are easy to find.

I dont know what the problem there is, but the floors are filthy. In the produce section there is smashed fruit. We have loyally shopped there for almost 50 yrs and never seen it look like it does lately.There are dirty tracks from who knows what everywhere! Please clean those awful floors.

Weirdo Self check cashier need to learn someones privacy atleast at the payment time, There is a reason why we use personal pin code, and as far as i know i dont think we share our pin with krogers cashier!!!

Went there for some light grocery shopping. They have a cop there that is eyeing people aggressively as if they just walked into a police station and he already knows theyre guilty. This while I was at the store with items in my hands! Later, I was waiting outside for my Uber with the wall to my back and the police officer came real close to me and stood 1 foot away from me! Whats that about? I already paid. I am outside. This is a grocery store guys! What are we protecting? milk and eggs? Even Louis Vuitton doesnt do this. This is disrespectful, I dont have to deal with this. Keep your groceries and the cop.

I love the on E.Main in Whitehall, Customer service is very good. They are very helpful and all of the employees know where everything is in the store. If they dont have what you looking for they will give you a arrange check. Keep up the Good Work!

We spend between $800 and $1400 per month here. Up till recently it’s been a great place to shop. Now after 8:00 or 9pm they close all lanes and the old you scan leaving only the new you scan open for check out. I left my cart half full and will NOT be going back until they fix this!!! If I’m going to wait in line for 20-30min I’ll go to wal-mart.

I mean it was a typical trip. Nothing notable happened. The store had the usual amount of customers and it was pretty clean and stocked. And the customer service woman was very nice.

I love my Kroger. They had everything I wanted. The staff was great. The young lady at the self checkout was marvelous. She gave me some wonderful info on how to better use the kroger Webb site to get coupons. She showed me how to use my cell phone to better manage my shopping. She also helped me bag my groceries at the self checkout. She was wonderful.

I wanna RECOGNIZE THE STORE MANGER AT THIS KROGER, cause soooo many people counted you out this Kroger is in a very diverse area a little ratchet at times but it’s always there for us😊. The first couple of days when people was going crazy for water I STROLLED into this Kroger and went to this Kroger to get a case the shelves were clean except single waters people started picking those up and the nursery water now it’s no water on the shelf. Store mgr happens down the isle saw me standing there asked was I looking for cases I said “yes I ‘am he said i’m headed to get a skid out the back hold on for a minute and come get you some. He went and got it waved me over and just like that 2 cases of water and 2 nursery gallons for the baby. He said I WILL have water at this store I won’t run out, see you next time . I WANNA GIVE HIM AND THAT STAFF THERE KUDOS THEY HAVE BEEN PLEASANT AND OPEN AND HELPFUL AND CLEANING AND HAVE NOT RUN OUT OF ANYTHING EVERY-TIME. I WENT IT WAS RESTOCKED AND WHAT WE NEEDED WAS THERE and they started stocking special meat items to have a big variety like shaved steak shaved buffalo chicken all kinds of turkey products. .No matter what HE is always visible for the public always working and helping his staff and has done a FANTASTIC JOB KEEPING YHIS KROGER STOCKED SINCE THIS VIRUS STARTED. THANK YOU CAUSE I KNOW IT WASNT EASY I went in other stores they never had water and good stock out on quite a few things .But thisKroger WAS ON IT ... Always busy hard to find parking

Five stars for the worst manager, Dwayne Johnson. The real Dwayne Johnson should sue this guy for having his name. A little old lady asked for him to come speak to her and we all saw the associate tell him. He basically flipped the bird at her and never came to see what she wanted. If this was his mother he would have been fighting for the blanten disrespect. How did he ever make management. He is rude and should be replaced. Then the registers arent working. Went to make a purchase and could not get cash back. Left the merchandise. Kroger you should be ashamed of yourself. Why is this the norm in the urban community?

Group of young workers just walking around talking. When I had a question they avoided me and I had to forcefully ask for help. But the store looked nice.

I love my Kroger store in whitehall. The cashiers are friendly as are the ones that bag the groceries. Theyre helpful in helping you find what youre looking for. The deli department always ready to give you wonderful service.

This store is plagued with thieves, prostitute, and pan handlers, the store is in Whitehall l. The selection of meat is below standard and poor quality, Im not saying you wont find any good meat its just scarce in my opinion. (((Women beware )))) the security of the store consist of one unarmed security main priority seems to be catching those would be shop lifters leaving the large parking area poorly secured and the lighting leaves you to easily become a victim of crime., the only reason I even give this store 2 stars is because of one employee,,,, her name is Deborah she works in the Pharmacy and she is wonderful, you ever need anything or need answers go see her during the afternoons she will help you find anything in the store. Im certain there are other good employees but i havent had any interactions with them, most employees Ive dealt with are rude, uninformed, not trained properly and in general seem to lazy to help you.

I absolutely cant stand coming to this Kroger or kroghetto in general but Walmart made me mad today I(5 months pregnant and I feel horrible) with no delivery or pick up available today. So I chose to use instacart and picked Kroger. To my surprise they had everything I wanted except a bag of chips which I knew I wasnt going to get because you cant even get off brand nacho chips at Walmart. They even had Mrs dash marinade and Walmart is ALWAYS sold out of it.... Im so proud of this Kroger today.

Generally friendly and competent, but watch out for 15 items or less checkout it is often manned by the slowest employees and newest (lots of help needed from trainers who cannot get special sale items to bring up correctly).

Not clean, congested isles,not enough check out staff for high volume time of day, no plastic bags at checkout, very grumpy check out person at self checkout. Terrible customer service. Will not return unless its a must.

This Kroger is well stocked and always have everything I need. Frank at the self check out is very helpful and good at his job.

I send money regularly to my wife through Western Union. I do not like using this Kroger, but it is close to where I work. Typically, the wait is ridiculously long since they are horribly understaffed. I know this is not the workers fault, but there are often long lines for the customer service center. On one occasion, they somehow screwed up my order to send money, so I couldnt send money for the rest if the day. Just today, their service went down after I waited for 15 minutes in line! At the very least, please have more workers at the service center. This will greatly improve your customer service, and you wont waste peoples time.

My home store, they seem to have enough scooters for me to get my shopping done. The Deli Dept has a nice selection of salads. The Deli girls are polite.

Its a nice place to shop but not always the quickest place to shop. The layout is different than any other Kroger I have been too. Also, some of the works could learn a couple of thing about service with a smile.

Store was clean and organized. Employees friendly. I entered the store around 10pm and there were no carts anywhere in the entrance. That would be my only complaint.

Hot food area should fry the chicken longer, ordered chicken for Easter and the bigger pieces of chicken was tough and not cooked long enough... Plus open more lines up I don’t like self check out lines...

Self checkout is a mess. It should be one line, not 2. People were cutting in line in front of other people that were already waiting. They need something posted so people arent confused.

Employees not all but many are rude and wont help more about talking to each other and planning their nights.

I actually work at this place. We seem to still have a rodent issue although pest control douses the place every Sunday morning. We have a separate entity that supposed to clean the parking lot however, word is that we are switching providers as they didnt show up for a month. Most of the staff seem to be friendly, at least at the front end. The store is huge for an older style. The turnover rate is quite high which is why most staff dont know where anything is, but if you cant find something, just use the kroger app. The store does get dirty very quickly as we get the worst of the worst customers. People that dump things on to the floor and cause fights. As far as safety, it is probably one of the safest stores in Columbus considering the area.

Absolutely no carts available for use. They was all out in the parking lots. No clerk or worker offered to get me one. Thus was late at night so it wasnt busy. Despicable!

Even on Memorials Day I was able to run in the store and find everything I needed! Thank God.

For a Friday the service was fast was in and out payed my light bill and gas !

I prefer Kroger over Walmart for my groceries, and while this isnt the best Kroger around, its still better than the Walmart in the area
