I originally came to get my screen repaired. They fixed it quickly and cheaper than anyone else around.I had an issue with the charging port after and the guy that helped me asked me to bring it back in. Turns out I needed it to be cleaned and I had to drive all the way back for aa service he could’ve upsold me on the first time I came in. I would’nt have had to drive back.The guy seemed genuinely worried and gave me a discount on the cleaning service. And the phone worked great afterward. I just wish I wouldn’t’ve had to drive all the way back.2👍🏼‘a outta 3👍🏼’s because the guy gave me good service when I came back but I didn’t want to have to come back.

Pretty price and decent work... It was an emergency so we forked over the money and didnt get to shop around. They repaired the glass but it doesnt seem to be installed correctly and the phone cant hold a charge any more - iphone x

I disrespect, I fix the screen badly, and he got angry because I asked him to put it right, the screen stopped working completely. 0 stars, not recommended

Weve had very good dealings with iPhone Repair Whittier. Weve had 2 broken screens replaced, battery replaced and charging units replaced on our iPhones. The repairs were completed within an hour and when an adjustment was needed, it was done at no charge.I recommended this place to several people we know.

I do not recommend going to this place. Their price was better than the Apple store’s for screen repair. I should have realized that this was too good to be true. Don’t waste your time and your money, their repair job is low quality and you can tell they don’t use genuine Apple parts. Just go to Apple to get your screen repaired and save yourself the head ache.

Went to get my screen replaced, paid extra for the premium screen, (which I would assume was them trying to tell me it was a genuine screen) 3 days later it broke without any unnecessary wear, I returned to tell them about what happened and they insisted I pay another $200 to get the screen fixed. You’re better off paying the money at apple to get them to fix it properly rather than wasting your money. Don’t recommend.

Came in to have my cracked iphone screen repaired. Luciano had a customer ahead of me and said hed try to do it as fast as he could since Id be waiting for it. Came back to check up in half the time he had quoted me and the phone was already fixed! Great service and phone screen is still in good shape after 3 weeks out. Definitely recommend.

So I went to this store 2 times already and theres always a new problem with my phone once i leave. my phone kept shutting the first time the second time is that my screen was not put on currently. They are nice people but they obviously couldnt get the job done. So now i have to go once again to fix my phone

Had my iphone 6s screen replaced it looks awesome and phone works great... awesome great customer service.

I recommended my girlfriend here after she dropped her iPhone the screen was completely shattered. They where very helpfull and told us the repair would take about 45min, they finished the job in less than 30min and gave us a free iPhone cover to protect the phone. Second time here and will be back.
