My experience here was beyond exceptional. My laptop would die as soon as I would take it off the charger, even if it was fully charged. When I contacted Dell regarding the warranty, Dell said they could fix it but I would have to send it in and it would take 2-3 weeks. When I explained this to Julio, he was able to get me in same day and diagnose the issue. He had to order the battery so I paid a deposit(that would go toward the repair cost) but Julio assured me that they would put it back together so that I was able to use the laptop while waiting for the battery to come in. It came in less than a week and they replaced it in less than 10 minutes. Don’t want to have to have any more repairs soon but I know where I’m going if I do! My desktop hard drive was essentially fried and in really bad shape. I took it in hoping that anything would be able to be recovered. Julio told me he would do his best to salvage what he could. Called me later in the day to let me know he was pretty much able to recover all the files and documents. I also purchased a new desktop from him and he placed the data recovery file on it. I was also able to look over everything and make sure it was to my satisfaction. Julio quoted me as to what can only be called a remarkably fair price and Im probably underselling how fair it actually was. For both the data recovery and new desktop, I couldnt believe it. Fair pricing and excellent service all around. My surface pro 3 was not able to function after I logged in. The screen was unresponsive and completely blue, I thought my computer was done for. However they were able to quickly fix my issue in less than a day. I will be coming here in the future for any future issues that I may have with my computers.

Amazing! I really thought my computer was a lost cause because it was completely soaked in water. I was so upset, but Zap Computer Repair was able to fix it! Great service! I was able to take my computer to Zap at 7am. Zooming with students is difficult when your computer is inoperable. The computer was fixed the same day! It is working faster than before! Very satisfied with their technical service.

My experience was great from start to beginning the 1st day I called and left a message with my issue name and number and the very next morning he gave me a call back, I dropped off my laptop it had issues of the screen not showing so I thought it was the backlight, anyway, the very next day as my kid is so so sad without her laptop (she uses it for school and a game) I get the phone call that the laptop is ready. The price was perfect, it was great to be honest. With everything else going on, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with or spend money on but its a necessity for school. If anyone needs to get their laptop or desktop fixed, its this company that will do it. They have great services and willing to help your issues with your laptop or desktop, and the person that helped me was very cooperative and patient. I brought my laptop in a few days ago due to broken hinges. Luckily they were able to repair it without ordering any parts. If they had to order parts then itll take at least 3 weeks to be delivered due to pandemic. The price is fair and reasonable. I picked up my laptop today and the hinges works perfectly. Its my first time to bring my laptop to Zap because it has very good ratings.

Highly RecommendTo start, I have my own tech that can assist me with my computer, however since I moved, I wanted to look for someone closer. I checked online and Zap Computer Repair came up and was really close by. I went ahead to the location with my laptop and spoke to Julio. I explain that my laptop would take a long to start and would get an error message. Ounce my laptop reach the main screen, again it would run really slow and wouldnt open any of the apps. It even crashed and the screen would turn black. Right there and then, he knew what was wrong with my laptop and explain the issue. I was surprised how quick he was able figure out what the issue was and what was needed to fix it. So I left my laptop with him and within 1 DAY.....1 DAY he was able to fix my laptop good as new! My computer had been restarting at random for months and I tried everything to fix it myself to no avail. So I brought it in and was greeted with friendly service and fair pricing. Such Amazing Service! I had a PC build that wouldnt boot up (no post). I took to two other shops one which told me was bad ram and the other said bad motherboard. Came to Zaps 12/3/19 about 3pm they told me they would call me tomorrow with the diagnosis. The very next day mid morning they had my computer up and running.... ram and motherboard were fine!!!!! Ask if they could install an OS as well, and they told me sure I can pick it up this afternoon! So at 5pm 12/4/19 I had my computer fixed and running with about a 24hr turn around time! I was so hyped finally getting my PC running. Im only come here for service in the future. Thank you so much guys.

Horrible Service!! I drove from Lynwood to get my dell laptop issues fixed because of their great reviews and it so happen that the owner wasnt even in the office! I got no quote or diagnostics. Couple of people at the place had said something about him being out and wont be back until later. It was very urgent and it was a waste of my time and efforts. Why own a business if you arent going to be there. Lost a valuable customer. I would give 0 stars for punctuality!! Be aware, owner might not be there.

To be honest, no service was done. I walked in with a computer that was giving me problems starting up (as in, it wouldnt). I walked out with a computer that turned on. All it took was 5 minutes and a quick caring touch by Max. No work was done. But the friendliness when I walked through my problem was incredibly welcome. I will definitely be coming through again.

I’d give 10 stars if possible, had my laptop supposedly repaired elsewhere only to find it in worse condition. They had it for 6 weeks so I looked for the highest rated company by me and there is a reason for that. They had my Mac back to perfection in just 2 days and ended up doing more work as they found more problems but did not raise the estimated price. You want it done right this is the place!

I bought a used computer from them and it worked great.I did end up getting a virus a little later and they took care of it in a matter of days. I 100% would recommend.

Man I still remember the time I came into this shop to purchase a small computer they were trying to sell me a old computer almost $300 over the regular retail value and I just felt like they were trying to take advantage me cuz they didnt think that I knew anything about the computers but their loss my game I never shop there again.

This place is great! . I went in thinking my laptop fan had died, Julio gave me a reasonable estimate about what the cost would be to replace it so I took it in. He called me the next day telling me the fan was just clogged so he just had to clean it out, and that he was only charging me for having to open the computer up, which was a giant relief. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, I would definitely recommend you go here if you have any problems with your computer.

I had two computers repaired by Zap Computers and both were not working at the time of service. The one reason I picked this place instead of others ( there are many to choose from) was the strong and convincing reviews I read on Yelp. When I first met Julio, I was most impressed by his demeanor and his knowledge of computers. Without any reservation, I entrusted my two computers ( one Samsung all-in-one desk top and one Toshiba lap top), with lots of personal info. to his able hands. Within 48 hours, they were all ready for pickup. Their repair cost was very reasonable for everything did to the computers. I highly recommend them for any computer repair you need.My 5 star rating was given because of the exceptional service he provided after the fact when my desktop was highjacked by a falsified HP Representative online who injected several viruses onto my computer after I refused to pay an outrageous sum to help me download the proper HP driver. I didn’t know about this until I couldn’t find my old Document files. I called Julio again for help. Not only did he (his highly knowledgeable tech partner) recovered all my old files which were moved to a different folder by the fake HP rep, he also removed several and all injected viruses from the computer and stopped future entry by other intruders without my knowledge. They did an outstanding job on the computer. For this above-and-beyond work, they earned their 5 star rating which I have never given in any previous reviews.

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Took my built PC (that wouldnt even start) there and he was able to tell me in less than a day what was wrong with it. Saved me countless hours and hardware that I dont have. Also didnt try to make me buy the part needed and was very respectful. Also doesnt talk down because of lack of computer knowledge. I brought a computer because the hard drive was damaged, I paid around 200 dollars to be left well by the original windows was seen and they measured that the windows 7 was better, with telling them that I cant even lower the brightness anymore and they didnt take me away fix the problem in the end they left the compuradora as they wanted.
