We can’t thank Robert and the Auto Zone crew for their service on Sunday, October 31, 2021. It was 9 pm at night and our church bus driver noticed there was a problem with the breaks and immediately drove to auto zone. Robert was there and willing to help our crew who had the knowledge to and skills to complete the fix. We completed the fix and we’re able to return to our hotel and get on the road the next morning early. There were 16 of us and we were all grateful to Robert and this Auto Zone store for all the assistance they were giving us, again thank you,

They always have the parts that I need for my older trucks. Today was wiper blades and the salesman there even installed them on my 97 expedition, took in all packaging and tossed it away for me. Really a great store. This from the author of The Reckoning of Rance, my novel out now at Amazon, Barnes and Noble and select bookstores across the nation. Be sure and look it up and if its parts that you need, I recommend you go to this store for your automotive needs.
There really isnt much to say - its an auto parts store. Decent stock of parts and items; reasonable times to order things not in stock, and average prices.Youre not going to find outstanding money saving deals or anything, but mot of their items seem reasonably priced and decent quality.Staff is always helpful and friendly - and I think thats the key. I have always gotten better, friendlier, and more helpful service from AutoZone than any of the other guys.

Went into to see why my check engine light was on and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also gave me a paper copy of what the problem was. I dont know if all AutoZones do it, 10/10 recommend going to this AutoZone.

These guys and gals are the best. I went to buy a battery for my Saturn, Kevin installed it for me and also went out of his way to fix a plastic panel that had come loose on my drivers side.Im 65 and its hard for me to get down that far, but Kevin said no problem and had it fixed in no time. This guy named Joe B. was the WORST associate ever. I needed help with my daughters tail light of her car. So we went to the nearest auto zone off Kemp in Wichita falls. I asked him if he could help me with a specific product and didnt not give a good greeting approach nor did he seem positive about helping me. He did not even apologize, he just kept giving terrible attitude and did not want to give quality customer service. Why work in customer service if you dont know how to treat customers.
My mom came to your store with a check engine light on. She was just given a cable and told to go hook it up. She told you she did not know how to do it and no one went outside and helped her. She could not figure it out and went back inside and they just treated her like a nobody. She could not figure it out. They never went out to help. She then went to O’Reilly in burkburnett and they were very accommodating and helpful. Shame on you auto zone! She is almost 80 years old.
Dont go here if you are a female. They treat you like you dont know your own car!!

Greeted as soon as i walked in the door and was asked if I needed help with anything. That is very respectful, to make you feel appreciated for coming in. They looked pretty busy at the time so I said no as I like to walk around a store a bit before I go for what Im after. When I was ready, I asked the gentleman walking by with parts in his hands if he knew what kind of transmission fluid my car takes. He did look busy but didnt hesitate to help me when I asked him. Even walked me over to the transmission fluid i needed and put the stuff in my hands. Thats customer service! Great experience and great people.

Awesome prices on products. I came in looking for some products to clean my car. An employee in a red shirt greeted me and had a sales flyer in his hands, he asked what I was looking for and directed me in the right direction. I asked about the cleaning products and showed me a deal with a bucket and cleaning supplies that was on sale. I saved a lot of money and was signed up for a rewards program. I will continue to shop here and collect rewards points. Greet customer service and clean store.

The employee by the name of Garret (last name unknown) was exceptionally helpful and helped with every question we had as well as maintaining his work to stay engaged with us throughout our walk in the store listening in on what we were saying and doing his best to break it down for us where we could understand it properly as well as the dos and donts and helping diagnose what the actual issue with the vehicle could be.I do recommend speaking with him if you ever go in he will be a very valuable asset.

Friendly service and extensive supply of auto parts and supplies. Unfortunately, I was provided with misleading information when I brought my vehicle in to utilize your code reader. I was told that the CODE indicated an issue with my thermostat and no action was called for. All that I had to do was disconnect the battery and that would reset the fault - end of problem.Unfortunately, there was a lot more to it than that. Resetting the fault simply sent the system into a self-analysis mode and when complete (days later); the fault returned. Additionally, the vehicle is not TESTABLE by Arizona while in the self-analysis/check mode.I took the vehicle to a certified repair facility and they knew immediately that the thermostat required replacement. When replaced, the fault never returned and the inspection was accomplished satisfactorily without issues.I completely understand that AutoZone is not a repair facility. However, I do, on occasion, rely upon your expertise to assist in maintaining my vehicles. On this occasion, the information that I was provided was not as helpful as it could have been.That is the reason that I rated your place of business with a 3-star rating.Rick D. Lucas

My sister needed a new battery. The night before I went to start her car, it clicked. I got it started, the next day I went to AutoZone and they checked it and replacement was necessary; they replaced it on the lot. Thank you for your diligence.
I do not speak English very well, I came in store and they greet me. The man at counter was helpful. He was patient and found the part I need. Thank you to the employee for help me. I will come back when I need more.
Staff is awful! there is no such thing as Customer Service at this place! You are stared at for a few minutes then its like it comes to their minds to ask if I have been helped? I went in to buy a battery, they did not help, I removed and installed all my own parts. In fact they placed it on a cart told me I could use it to take to my car and there are some tools if I need them?!?!?!? Wow. Horrible Service!!! Then I spent 30 minutes trying to fix a problem with the install. Not one employee stopped to see if I may need help or anything. Even with them coming and going helping other customers. They would stare and keep walking. Autozone always has what I need as far as parts go. But when it comes to hiring workers they are completely in short supply

The Staff was extremely helpful. I arrived 2 minutes to close and they were happy to help me, they did not rush me out the door. The staff diagnosed my check engine light and sold me the proper part to fix the problem. Furthermore one of the staff members (Elijah) noticed I was changing the part outside and was having trouble keeping the hood of my truck up so he came out and held it for me until I was done. Elijah also helped me change the part making it much easier to get the job done. I am sold on Autozone because of employees like these.

I walked in and out in a matter of minutes. Quick and easy with the employee being extremely helpful and friendly. He quickly told me all about the part I came in for & what all I was gonna need to replace it. His knowledge of a random part for a 1997 ford ranger was a big help. The customer service is great. The employees went out of their way to help me find a great deal, even though I wasnt particularly looking for one. They could have just processed me and got me out the door, but they took time out to ensure a better experience. Fairly impressive.
Staff is usually helpful at the counter. One can get a variety of items for vehicles, pull codes up, and get vehicles battery checked. Usually if you give your Vin number they can easily help in getting the right items for your vehicle.

Great customer service! I called see if they carried a headlight for my car, and it was the last one in stock so they set it aside for me. Then, when I went to pick it up, they installed if for me free of charge, and it took less than a minute! Such excellent service, I will definitely be back!

For those not already know: This store does take used motor oil. The exact location is inside the store at the far back. Last time I brought my used oil in a 1-gallon jug into the store and asked for recycling, and they pointed me to the back of the store. At the back, there is a tank for emptying the used oil into and a bin for the emptied container. Its a help-yourself process and pretty efficient :)
The employees here are extremely helpful. I stopped by this store with a vague list from my husband for what he needed to do an oil change. One employee got behind the counter and looked up exactly what was specified for the car, explained my options, then showed me where each thing was in the store. I was very happy knowing I got a good deal and even saved some money.
I was having a horrible day. My car wasnt working and I needed help. A man with a beard was super helpful and took the time to get me what I needed so I could get someone to fix it. I cant remember his name but he had a beard. Id like to make sure when I come back he is working. Was his name Joe? or John? Also is it possible to submit something on Auto zone main website so you guys get recognition for your great service? Thanks again you rock!

My truck was misfiring on my way into wichita falls on the beginning of a long road trip from Dallas to San Francisco and back. I drove in yesterday from Laredo, Tx to the Kemp location in Wichita Falls, Tx looking for help with a missing screw that secured the plate and hook that locks my car hood shut. This was so scary driving on the highway and seeing my car hood dancing up and down with the wind velocity..... And today we have a continued trip to Tulsa. Well thanks to Dawson, he not only found a match for the missing screw but he also helped us secure that plate so our car hood is now securely locked while we complete our travel and then drive back to South Texas in a couple of days! He truly saved us and our plans to go to Tulsa! Thank you so much for being SO nice and helping us out!! There are no words to truly express our gratitude! The awesome customer service you and Brantley (I may have gotten my names mixed up) provided us did not go unnoticed!

This AutoZone has everything. I found an ultra specific carb gasket in stock that I would have had to special order from any other auto parts store. Easily the best selection in town.

Probably the worst parts store Ive ever been to. The only reason anyone goes to this store is because its central in town, very few of their staff is knowledgeable and when you ask a question everyone seems to want to ask someone else, take time out of another coustomers question or need....outright we need a new parts store centrally located in town.
The employees were polite and helpful. They got me what I came in for and didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt come in there for.
