My engine was overheating on a road trip and I stopped in while they were closing and the customer service was amazing. The mechanics are not only efficient but so helpful. So kind of them to stay after closing to give the best advice they could for my car.

Good place to get an oil change prices are reasonable.

I have had my truck since 2006 when it was new ! I have a set of keys that are not programed. Therefore I was told it would be $75+ to program my spare key and $65 + to set my alarm system pad. Need to say I was not happy.

Called ahead to ask how long it would be for just an oil change, was told there would be one car ahead of me. Ended up being over 90 minutes before car went back despite being told it will be any minute when I asked at the hour mark. The work was fine, but when I checked out, he told me to make an appointment next time but it wouldnt have helped today. He was not at all apologetic that the one car ahead turned into a 2+ hour endeavor to get oil changed. Will not be going back and I recommend the same for anyone who can help it

I would like to share my experience with the Quick Lane department today. My day started off with a flat. I called The Ford House Quick lane and a nice gentleman gave me the road side assistant number and explained to me what to do. After getting road side assistants to come and put the spare on. I went to the Ford House to see about getting my tire fixed. I was greeted by the same nice gentleman I spoke with on the phone, sorry I didnt get your name. He came out and looked at my tire. Which ended up needing a new rim. I then spoke to David Diehl which explained all options that could happen. He helped me figure out that I had warranty that covered my tire and rim. I would like to say thank you to the Ford House Quick Lane for having such friendly employees who go above and beyond to help you. I would like to thank David Diehl for being so nice and explaining everything to where I understood. I am a forever customer after today!

Ive used them for state inspections, oil changes, and fixing a tire puncture. Service has always been as expected, on time, and at price quoted. Recommend appointments if trying to get in there on a weekend, they get slammed.
