Fixed my IPhone shattered screen and replaced my battery in an hour with very reasonable price. Also recently had them put glass protector and new phone case on my new IPhone and they did amazing again with another incredibly reasonable price. Very friendly staff will continue to take my business there!

I stopped in here to pick up my Wish order and it was so simple. You just show them your QR code and they get you fixed up. Really nice employees had me in and out quickly. A very seamless transaction.

Its hard to give all the details of our phone situation, but this store is awesome. I have to say WOW. They are honest, and customer focused. The phone I had needed a repair, they did the repair, things worked perfectly but there was a different issue with the phone that was unfixable. They worked with me and I am a very happy customer. Honest and know what they are doing. I could not recommend them more.

They were nice but there screens are cheap and fragil. I dropped my phone on a chair maybe 6in from a table and the screen cracked. I had a case and screen protector on it. I don’t recommend for IPhone 11 screen repairs. My phone is so fragile now and I refuse to give them anymore of my money.

They deserve more then 5 stars! I took my iPad Pro 12.9 to Mac Tech solutions AND to Best Buy geek squad both told me the iPad was trash and it couldn’t be fixed because it was bent! Well guess what?! The Cell Phone guy fixed it! And In 3 days!!! Thank y’all so much I was about to lose hope

The only reason I gave them 2 stars, is because they know their stuff, but unfortunately I feel that gives them a chip on their shoulder. My experience started with a call around to the different cell phone repair stores and the gentleman here quoted the best price to replace my sons screen at $90. He even went as far to say, If you can find it cheaper let me know and well price match. Little did I know until later on, they wont even match their own price quotes. I was told it would be done that day, Monday, and that they would call when it was done. I never received a call that day or the next, so I decided to stop on my way home from work. I walked in, told them who I was, and they proceed to inform me that their was a problem with just more than the screen. A phone call informing of this on Monday or early Tuesday wouldve been considerate. Apparently the home button was possibly broken but with a full reset it could work, their words not mine. I could reset it myself or for $15 they could do it and I stupidly thought why not let them do it, so my son or someone else doesnt screw it up. I was informed they wouldnt be able to get to it till the next day but I was not in a big hurry, so I let it stay. Also with the understanding, that they would call me when they were finished. Fast forward to today and I not once received a single phone call from this place. At 4:30p.m. I decided to see if it was finally completed and I called them. I was informed that they could do nothing for the home button and theyd done all they could do for my sons phone, I could come and pick it up. I go to pick it up with the price quotes of $90 for the screen and $15 for the reset were in my head, so $105 +tax. I go to pick it and the bill was $135.31 with the only real work done on it being the screen replaced. I know factory resetting a cell phone is not a twenty-five dollar job, especially if thats all you do. Ive never used this business before and I came in showing nothing but respect and in turn was shown none. I dont know if I came on a bad week or what, but myinitial expectations were set a little high for this plce and that wasnt even that high to begin with. Id just read some reviews and assumed it was still run the same way, but I was proven wrong. I will definitely take my business elsewhere and that may not bother them, but one bad experience can and will lead to more.Edit: Within 24 hours of this post the owner contacted me personally and refunded the excess charges. We ended up just having to pay for the screen replacement, at the price originally quoted. I may not have left the store satisfied in their customer service but I feel the owner did his best to rectify it afterwards. I will consider returning to his place of business, for future services.

This place was absolutely the worst business I’ve ever gone to. They charged me $70 for a bum battery replacement and it didn’t even work. My phone still won’t turn on and they won’t even take a look at it without charging me more money. They don’t know what they are doing. Will never be back because they messed up my iPhone even more and they had the audacity to try an sell me another bum iPhone of there’s.

I have had to replace the screen on two separate iPhones, and both times, I got it done here. The only issue Ive ever had was recently getting a weird sized screen protector for my Galaxy S8, but the guy that put it on did tell me that it would only cover the middle and would likely have bubbles because the phone screen curves. So, no harm done.

Do not shop here. They sold me a bum battery and said it was brand new. As soon as I started using the battery in my phone, my phone started shutting off randomly. I called a few days later to see if I could returned the battery. I described the problem and the guy said that it sounds hardware related. I told him several times that this problem only started happening when I got the battery from their store. I asked them if i could return the battery, they dont take returns on batteries...A few days later I went next door to best buy and had them look at the battery that I bought from cell phone guys and they said that the battery is made in Vietnam, the battery I needed is made in China. So I ordered a battery from best buy and now my phone works just fine. No more cutting off and the price was cheaper than at the cell phone guys. Please do not shop here.

Not that of a place had a srceen replaced less than amonth ago and aready cracked again and no i jave not drop it or anything but they would warranty it and fix it wont not recommend this place.

Do not go here. You know the saying Its to go to be true. You go in and find a great deal on a perfectly great USED cell phone and will be told it is wiped clean and you are basically getting a new phone. Then about a month later your cell will lock up on you and they say they cant fix it. Last but not least, they offer to buy it back from you for parts, which you know they will end up unlocking and putting back on display for the next victim. I learned my lesson.

I bought an lg stylo 2 from these guys and couldnt be happier with the service i received! Not only did they save me over a hundred dollars but the employee who helped me (first name was javier) went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with the phone and spent over an hour on a busy day porting my number from metro pcs. Everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable and the fact they care about their customers was obvious. We need more places that care about people as much as the cellphone guy! They have a customer for life from me and my family.
