Would give this company zero stars if I could! The staff is all nice and sweet to lure you in but once you get your bill and you have all these unexplained charges they refuse to help. They are rude and disrespectful and have no business being in the customer service industry. They will talk to you like you’re dirt under their nails. I highly recommend taking your business ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

They are okay but dont have my phone in anymore and no glass cover or phone case for my a 20

If these are called CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS... Id have to disagree! They acted inconvenienced to do there jobs, you know the thing they get paid for... to top it off, they cant access the necessary information to get in contact with insurance... Apparently you as the paying customer, (how the get paid) you dont have a right to get upset because their alleged slow as a dinosaur software that they struggle to access is the customer fault.

I was being helped by one of your employees named Aimee at the Wichita Falls store. My mask fell below my nose. So she decided to say in front of everybody that. I needed to wear my mask properly. It was because I was talking So we kept sliding off of my nose. So with the plexi glass being in place in front of the customer. And her T-shirt material mask. I am sure she will be OK when a customers mask falls down below there nose. Everyone in your store is always pleasant. But I have been in your store several times and seen and witnessed her not be pleasant to your customers. And all of the incidents involved someones mask. I guess she thinks shes the mask police. I do understand the necessity of wearing a mask. But I do not understand the rudeness behind the employee.

Yesterday I received my replacement phone and came to the Wichita Falls store to get everything put back on. I received help from a young lady, I believe her name was Dakota and she did an awesome job getting everything back. Weve always had great service at the Wichita Falls store. I had my phone stolen in Joplin, Mo and went to the US Cell store there to get it turned off. The guy turned off my husbands phone instead and didnt want to help in anyway. We didnt know until we left what he had done until we tried to use it. We stopped in Norman, Okla at that store and talked to Josh and told him what happened and he took care of everything. Before we knew it he even took care of the insurance.

Ill be the first to say that Im glad that this US Cellular moved out of the cramped and parking restrictive are next to Kohls as it is so much easier to park and walk into the store. I went there during the Black Friday sales to purchase a new iPhone for myself and my family. Ill admit that the wait was rather long due to the low number of staff there, but I was still happy with their promotional offers.

Im not a very happy camper with the us cellar cellphone store because the us cellular cellphone store in altus Oklahoma ruined my cellphone by using a cold freezing air can to clean out my speaker and I have a busted speaker and I had to pay 100 dollar insurance claim to get my new cellphone because the us cellular cellphone store ruined my speaker by using a cold air can and the us cellular cellphone store will not take full responsibility for ruining my cellphone that is why Im not a very happy camper
