We went during the afternoon and it was happy hour 3 coffees and a muffin only cost under 6 bucks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Brewed coffee was very flavorful and one of the better coffee shops in this area. This is my goto when I come back to Wichita Falls.

Perfect lattes everytime! We drive a couple extra minutes to come to this location because the staff is 100 times friendlier! Our dogs love the pup cups.

Ill admit that Im a fan of fraps as they are quite delicious and hyped with energy to push me through the long work days and on weekends when I go antique shopping and gift shopping this holiday season. With that in mind, I turn to Frank & Joes Coffee House Hospital District for my craves as they are now located closer to my house. Granted that the business is smaller compared to their Parker Square site, they pack the same stellar customer service and flavor into every purchase.

Definitely not your average Starbucks, different, and very good coffee. Just make sure you order from the menu and dont come up with your own concoctions...😅 Very friendly and helpful!

After a 12 hour drive I found myself needing a caffeine injection beyond the standard cup of joe from all the chain b.s.A simple Google maps search while still in motion to my final destination in Southeast Texas produced what must be a Wichita Falls staple FRANK & JOES. Praise to the gods because not only was the drink flavorful, but God all might was it powerful and just what I needed to finish the last leg of my journey. Did I forget to mention the excellent customer service ( keep up the good work guys :)!!P.S. Had to deduct one star for price because almost every drink on their menu is around $6 bucks ( but well worth it if you are in dire need of a pick me up)

Great coffee, drinks, snacks, and odds and ends for your pets and personal care! I dont understand why people still go to Starbucks here in town when we have 2 Frank and Joes locations now. Staff is always super friendly and prices are great! 👍👍

I was at this 3 time one day i had went in there with no problems then i go in there the next day & one of the works called the police on me, just minding my own business & i got bared from there just because i was not a paying customer . I was just catching wifi & charging my phone & my portable charger now how sorry is that.

Service was quick even though they were busy. Have to go back to try some of the items(tarts, pastries) I didnt try today.

Stopped during a road trip, and this place had great customer service and great coffee--both iced and cold brew. The cold brew is super strong and delightful.

I normally go to the store on Kemp, but they were out of ingredients to make smores Frapp. So I called the hospital district one & I was told they had the ingredients. I get there & ordered three s’more frappes & they didn’t have everything after I was told they did. They used what they had. Which wasn’t the same 😔 so disappointed. NASTY! I’ll stick with the one on kemp.

STRONG COFFEE! We made the mistake of ordering iced lattes with an additional shot and it was way too strong. With the addition of milk/creamer we were able to drink the coffee but we were shocked at how strong the coffee was. Definitely stop here, the coffee was delish, and much better than Starbucks ever dreamed of being. (Sorry SBux lovers, no offense).

Great coffee and comfortable seating. They also have restrooms which is nice.

The drinks are amazing whether its your nightly hot cocoa or your morning coffee, this is the place to go!

The coffee was pretty good. But what made the difference for me was the staff....I am an out of towner, traveling through and well I was unavoidably cranky coming into the shop on account of being on shortened sleep schedules with long driving for the last 4 days.The staff was so polite and prompt with service that my whole mood transformed. The day really started to look better. They walked my order to me across the room while I was in my seat. They were just kind. Maybe that is just Texas everyone is nicer in Texas.I got 2 breakfast sandwiches, the bagel and the English muffin as good or better than McDonalds which to me McDonald’s makes a good breakfast sandwich.Overall a very positive experience here. Glad I tried out the local flavor. And a again pretty good coffee....

The young lady working bright and early made me a custom sandwich not on the menu. This isnt done at larger world wide coffee shops.

Really enjoy the other location but at this location I waited for about 5 minutes to put my order in. After doing so I waited in line for another 5 minutes. When I got to the window they hadnt even started my order. I ordered a muffin and a drink. They only had me down for the muffin. I left.
