Not a bad Starbucks. The only reason I’m giving this a two star review is because of how many people cut in line at the drive through, so you end up waiting double the time here. It’s honestly immature that people will ruin the experience by doing this. I guess some people didn’t learn to wait their turn growing up.

This place was super busy but the staff was super friendly and orders came out right. Only gripe is they charged me for a refill when it’s supposed to be free for gold card members. It wasn’t worth arguing so I paid the 50 cents but would be nice if the staff know of this so as to not charge people unnecessarily.

This appears to be a busy Witchita Falls inner city location, where the homeless/others have access to the rear entrance restrooms for their needsand apparently it was a re-stocking day. As many boxes were stacked high in various corners throughout.Friendly & efficient baristas though! They completed the orders with speed & accuracy. Also good to see that they participate in the Coffee Grounds for Your Gardens resource initiative.

Good, but way too expensive. Frank and Joes, across Taft in Parker Square, is just as good and less expensive.

Order was right. Drinks were good. Location is real pretty. Staff are polite and friendly. They all had masks on and worn correctly. I appreciated this. The dining room was open to pick up to go orders. But since everyone had masks on i think I was safe.

A real treat on the way to the airport. Fast service. Good coffee.

Unfortunately due to COVID19, ordering my faves is out the question. I was always the one to go in and order tea. It was the running joke when I would walk in to pickup my mobile order. Lol. Many items are out of stock. The baristas are all friendly, they just look overworked and tired.

Im not one for fancy coffee but my wife had a gift card. Barista was very friendly and talkative. Service was pretty fast. Strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino needed a bunch more strawberry. It tasted funky

Place was messy. Frappuccino’s had odd flavor tho we ordered plain coffee frappes. Trash in bathrooms. And no large straws.

Again drink is to watered-down with the amount of ice and not enough other ingredients.

Good Starbucks experience. Order made quickly and correctly. I appreciate that they are still following Covid-19 mitigation protocol.

Took 25 to 30 minutes to get 2 coffees in the drive thru at 6 am with no apology of being so slow.

I have always enjoyed Starbucks wherever I have been anywhere in the United States all of there staff are very professional very polite would recommend to anyone anywhere. I believe anyone looking to get into serving the public whether it be food or beverage should definitely go to Starbucks and just experience the environment and the how well they work as a team! Hand down one of the best places to go if you want something healthy to eat and some good coffee and any variety. And dont forget they also sell there own blends of Java! So for all you coffee drinkers in the area Starbucks is the place to go. They will never make you feel uncomfortable and the energy here is always amazing!

October 2018: A bit dirty and hard to get to the restroom. Restroom was nice though.October 2015: Slow. Slow. Slow. Then made the order wrong.

My daughter and I have been trying new drinks on the hidden menu and loving everything! The butter beer latte is amazing. We selected delivery and everything got to us in great time and had everything, with the exception of straws, no issues!

Drinks good but service was very slow. 6 employees working and only 3 people in store and took approximately 10 minutes to get drinks

Waited over an hour for a coffee had to ask three times never again.

Fabulous I went in to get my coffee and of course you couldnt stay inside because of covid because the line was so very long and I got in and out of there so quickly and theyre so friendly and its kind of fun

2 stars go to the staff for customer service friendliness. 3 times I gave this location a try, and it was a fell every time. My order was never correct. Now I use to work at Starbucks and getting hot&cold wrong is typical, and some peoples orders are a little much. The difference between a hot coffee and a iced caramel macchiato are very different even in the way you say it. These situation happened in different months so no sure. Maybe under staffed, or over worked?? Or being a Barista isnt for everyone.

Friendly drive thru employee. The wait was to be expected on Saturday near lunch time. Cake pops were delicious! I ordered a drink with no whip, even said no whip on the sticker but it came with whip. Didnt feel like waiting to get it made again, so didnt really get to enjoy it. There was also lots of trash in the grass by the drive thru.

If youre ordering via mobile make sure you give ~ 30 minutes this location is fortunate to have little competition in the area.

Got a mocha and husband hated it and got a caramel mochiotta it was just ok.

I LOVE this Starbucks! The staff are top notch! Theyre so kind and really get to know you if youre a regular. The drinks are always great and its overall a nice and chill atmosphere. Love going here.

I am soooo upset. I ordered a Vt Cappuccino with 5 pumps of hazelnut this morning. I go through the drive through to get the cup of coffee and it feels kind of light. I thought nothing of it and thinking I was maybe overreacting and misinterpreting at 7am. I get to my destination to find that my cup was actually half filled and not full (complete waste of money). I am not a permanent Wichita Falls resident, but I do attend school in the area. Thank you for letting me know that I should continue using the new Southwest and Greenbrier location as they have yet to ruin an order.

Every time I come to this Starbucks Im literally waiting an obscure amount of time even if I did a mobile order its never ready in the time frame listed usually over at least 10-15 minuets! Then today I forgot to tell the lady doing the window Almond milk because I cant have dairy it makes me sick. After proceeding to tell her she asked me twice if Im sure because its already made? Yes lady Im definitely sure? She had me pull around front to wait and I get this. So now Im drinking Almond milk with little chunks of matcha powder. CONSISTENCY would be nice! Never have a problem with the Dallas locations you should send someone from Dallas to re-train your Wichita location!

Terrible customer service, the lady who took my order was not friendly. She did not say hi or thank you, her voice was not sincere.

The line was crazy long but they handled it with a quickness and my coffee was delicious.

My wife watched tick tock or something and saw a drink, she tried it and loved it, I always think starbucks is overpriced for what you get, but when we treat ourselves everyone and then it is nice, the employees are always happy, this is important to me.

On the road again and needing a rest break with Espresso this store made the grade. Great coffee makes the freeways of life less intimidating during very long trips. A stop over and a shot or two sharpens the focus and inproves the attitude to get back to it and finish the job. Try this Starbucks in Wichita Falls and help yourself to some downtime with very friendly staff serving great coffee and fun drinks. Good Luck in your journeys.

Drive Thur is always backed up and a long wait. So I switched to mobile in store ordering. A 30 min wait for one latte. Another lady also waited 30 mins. There were 6 employees and a manager not sure why it would take that long. Will say they should stop training new hires if they are that far behind.

I love the employees at this store, but they have got to get a better system. I have mobile order and order 15 minutes from town each time I order. There has only been ONE time I haven’t had to wait at least 15-20 minutes after driving in 15 minutes. They sure can get the drive thru people out in less than 10 (ordering included).

Love their coffee but the rewards app is not user friendly! The employees dont seem to be on the same page on how it works either. Go here regularly and still have yet to get the rewards system to work.

They were so nice!! I said, Pick something fun for me with no caffeine and he made me a Butterscotch latte with Almond Milk. It was yummy!!

It would be AWESOME if you didn’t offer order ahead through the app, only to require us to go through the drive thru once there to pick it up. I ordered ahead, paid through the app of course, then sat in the drive-thru line for 30 freaking minutes. The sign in front of the locked door even had a smiley face after instructing to go through the drive-thru. It was like, hey, you’re here, we already have your money, here’s a giant kick in your backside/have fun in the 20-car deep death line. And no, we won’t answer our phone. THE WHOLE POINT OF ORDER AHEAD IS TO NOT SIT IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE!!!! And since you had my money, I had zero choice but to be late to my destination, or lose my money. I get that things are weird right now, and my flexibility with ever-changing situations has been pretty impressive if I do say so myself. But that’s just ridiculous.

Love how this Starbucks is set up. When walking into the doors you hang a right and their is the bathrooms. They are like they are off to them selves. You continue to go in to place your order, it is open and friendly. Lots of natural night and the staff is nice. Very quick with my order.

Always seems to mess up our order every time we go. Forgets to add flavor or makes drink hot when specifically asked for Iced. The Starbucks in target is the best! Will not go back to the one on kemp.

This Starbucks location was a complete disappointment. After a detour of a few miles...looking for my first cup of coffee of the day...I was completely let down. The inside of the store was dirty, the employees were inattentive and the music was playing quite loud. There were inventory/shipment boxes lining the hallway and in front of entrance doors. The bathrooms were filthy and out of paper towels to dry your hands. The coffee I received was like warm and fair flavor.

Very nice place with nice staff. They got all our drinks right and is exactly what youd expect from a respectable Starbucks. This is a proper Starbucks with everything any other normal Starbucks offers. The area and the bathroom was well kept and clean.

I love that that they can make anything decaf since I cannot have caffeine right now. They’re also very quick and always get my order correct. The staff is friendly and they have a great selection of food and beverages.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. There is a 25 minute wait pretty much every morning.As a regular it is clear that speed and quality took a major nose dive since my favorite baristas Kelsey and Amy left.I’m going to Frank and Joe’s across the street. Faster service and cleaner operation.

Terrible service. Out of everything. Whom every does the ordering should quit or be fired. How do you run out of whipped cream. Its on most of your drinks. The service here is a joke, the inside is filthy. Its ridiculous.

I come here frequently & these guys do a good job & almost always get orders right. They are the only stand-alone Starbucks in WF so, unfortunately, they can be a victim of their own success some times, as indicated by lengthy drive through & inside lines. Even using mobile order, Ive had to wait 10 minutes or more after I arrived to get just 2 drinks. But thats really only at peak times (Saturdays midday, some weekdays right after school lets out, 3:00-4:00). The rest of the time, this is my first choice location. If you cant wait in line, try the Starbucks inside Target which seldom has more than 1 or 2 people in line, or the one inside Market Street (only be aware you cant redeem star rewards at that one).

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There were 5 customers in line ahead of me, yet we had to wait 30 minutes in line just to place our order. Waited another 20 minutes to get our 2 drinks, only to find out that our coffee was not even hot. Waited in line another 20 minutes to get new drinks, that again, were like warm at best. If you want to waste over an hour to get two luke-warm drinks, go to the Starbucks on Kemp Blvd in Wichita Falls, TX.

Okay the coffee is pretty standard Starbucks coffee but if you want to wait half an hour for your coffee this is your place! Also people love to park at the front of the building and block the road so that makes it frustrating to navigate. Youre better off going to the one in Target.

When you need a pick me up. Starbucks is where you need to be. My favorite is an Iced Carmel Macchiato.
