OMG! I purchased a newer year model of a SUV. This dealership is amazingly awesome. Being that Ive had negative experience with other ones, I gave up.. but I must say the customer service here was amazing, it was no pressure, Derrick made everything a pleasant experience for me. LaDena is the best sales associate. She helped us.. The cars are in good quality. My car payment is lower than its ever been before. ( guys dont judge a book by its cover) dont pass this dealership up because its small.

Rave to Mike at Herb Easley Motorsports! I needed a vehicle and saw a Nissan Versa for sale on Facebook marketplace in my budget range. I didnt want to miss out. I reached out to Mike and he immediately messaged me back. As a newly single woman, I had questions and he messaged me with answers, sent me more information on the vehicle and was so very kind. Since I didnt have a vehicle to get to the car lot, and shared that with him, he instantly offered to come pick me up with the vehicle so that I can drive it back. I was so thankful for that. Even though it was 30 minutes until they closed he came to my home with the vehicle, and off we went. The finance manager, Derek was awesome as well. I literally felt so completely comfortable and was treated so very well. They stayed open just a little longer for me. They never rushed, I even got to talk to them and get to know them. The hospitality there was so awesome! This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. So very glad to now be apart of the Herb Easley family!!

We brought my car in to sell on Saturday and was told that Tuesday they would overnight paper work to my dad to be signed. I had the car title that was signed my my dad. They just needed him to sign one paper. Tuesday they DID NOT over night it. Wednesday goes by, hadn’t heard anything. Thursday morning I called and no one knew what I was talking about and they said they would get back to me. 4 hours later nothing so I called again. When they answered they said “oh sorry we lost your number” and STILL hadn’t sent the paper work.I went up there and they said that a check would be cut that day. I called at the end of the day to see if it was ready and they said they no but that if I came by 10:00 the next morning it would be ready. I show up and it’s STILL not ready. I said that I was getting irritated because they were supposed to send the paperwork on Tuesday and if they knew it wasn’t signed why am I up here.” The manager said “you can take it back then” I said that I was going to because they couldn’t do their jobs like they said they would. I said that my husband would be by later to pick up the car. He said that they were going to park it on the highway and that it would be towed in 15 minutes if I didn’t get it. I managed to get my car and then they couldn’t give me my title back because it was at the other location! Then the manager went and sat in his truck so he wouldn’t have to talk to my husband when he got up there. I’m sorry his frail male ego can’t handle the truth and instead of discussing options he went and hid in truck but at the end of the day they did not do their job. They did not send the paper work or put forth any effort when it came down to getting it handled.
This place is by far the best place to buy a vehicle. Hollie and the Manager where super super nice to my husband and I. They did everything they could to get us into the truck we wanted. I highly recommend this dealership!PS...If you purchase a vehicle be sure to mention our name 😉

Manager told me my air didnt work which it works very well, all to try to low-ball an offer. I was offered half what I received when I sold my truck outright. I will never go to a salesman that lies !

Wayne Lary was super helpful. He didnt get frustrated with me while I shopped, and I shopped hard. We were back and forth several times while I compared prices and my trade in values in the metroplex, they beat them hands down. I am super pleased with my experience.
I brought my car here after it broke down during my move to the area. The insurance claim dragged on for a little under a year. During that time I was told by the customer service rep I would be able to store the vehicle at the dealership until the claim had been resolved. That CS rep no longer worked at the facility at the nine month mark and the GM filed a maintenance lien against my vehicle because the CS rep never logged our conversations. Instead of communicating with the CS rep to verify my story the GM pressed the issue and charged me for the storage and maintenance that was never done to my vehicle. Now Im out the storage fees, and my vehicle is in worse condition than when I brought it to them. The service department manager has informed me they no longer want my business and they dont care to elaborate.

Dont waste your money. The Jacksboro location has awful customer service, not to mention the manager of that location is a crook. Took my money said cash only and couldnt provide a reciept for service i had done that week. Not to mention the crap work that was done on my car. And the warranty is a joke, doesnt mean anything to them.

Really disappointed in this dealer ship we bout a Yukon xl 6 months ago and we had trouble with it since then we called them 4 times to tell them whats going on and sapposly the vehicle has warranty they didnt even try to help in any way I do not recommend but thats just my opinion and for a fact I will never buy another vehicle with them ever again
