We purchased a propane portable grill that unfortunately we ended up having difficulty using due to my husbands disabilities. The staff at All Things were really supportive and terrific to work with. They helped us try to figure it out and then allowed us to exchange the grill (now slightly used) for another option and refunded the price difference. I highly recommend All Things for their knowledgeable and kind staff and great products.

My intent is to review the Ooni Fyra pizza oven on the website, but it is not posting likely because it would be a lone review and is only 1 star. So the reviews are being censored.3rd time I have written a review and it hasnt been posted. It appears as though there is an integrity issue here with showing real reviews. The Fyra oven does not maintain heat and after 2 or 3 pizzas the flame starts to get smothered and does not cook properly. Trying to make pizza in this is really a bad experience and I highly recommend NOT buying a Fyra. I have been unable to get a refund from Ooni or ATBBQ which I am very disappointed especially considering how much money I have spent with ATBBQ. As much as I appreciate Chef Toms recipes on YouTube which have prompted me to buy this oven, along with a Yoder and hundreds of dollars worth of seasonings and sauces, I am likely to no longer support them by purchasing their products in the future. I cook a lot and have no problem using different appliances, so this is not a user error issue. I have purchased an Ooni Koda from another retailer and had fantastic results with my pizza. Night and day better experience with the Koda over the Fyra. But the fact that my reviews are not being posted in a transparent way along with the lack of willingness to stand behind this product financially just about has me 100% out on spending any more money with ATBBQ in the future. As a small business owner myself, I hate leaving poor reviews on a business, but in this case my only intent was to leave a product review. Since it wont post to the website I felt like I needed to leave a review here where I know it will post. Additionally however, as a business owner I usually follow a philosophy that I wont pay for a problem a customer created for themselves, however if the problem is with my product or service I will pay whatever it takes to make it right. I dont feel like I am being treated right in this case because I feel like there is a real problem with the product itself. This is validated by the fact that the Koda has worked perfectly and I have not once had a good experience cooking with the Fyra.

The people at A-T-B did a fantastic job concerning our purchase of a Napoleon Grill. There was a glitch when we initially purchased the grill, but that was resolved in our favor and setup/delivery/removal of old grill was above and beyond normal customer service. I would highly recommend All Things Barbecue to anyone serious about purchasing the best products for outdoor cooking.

This company and the owner Don have provided me the best communication and customer service I could ever ask for. I Ordered a beautiful Napoleon prestige 500 grill which was was shipped to me with the wrong valve for propane tank hook up. The owner Don made sure that he worked with me to get a correct valve and we stayed in constant communication until I was able to fire up the grill with the help of my contractor. I also would like to mention that the grill was shipped very quickly as I told them that I needed it for an outdoor kitchen that was being built. All things barbecue came through 100%!Do not hesitate to order from this company as they provide some of the best customer service it in the industry.

Let me start with saying I prefer to shop local and keep the little guy in business. Having said that, providing quality service and a working knowledge of the product line you sell is paramount to running a niche business like ATB. The staff was friendly but the individual that assisted me seemed lost. A call had been placed to ensure they had the product in stock that was advertised on their website (and it was). The problem started when the individual handling the phone call either wasnt made available to assist in my purchase or was not there when I arrived a couple hours later after asking for him by name (not sure as the individual assisting me seemed to ignore my request). I asked for the model that had been requested over the phone, showed the salesman on my phone the model I was looking to purchase and he pulled it up on their system and still I received the incorrect model. I called back and verified with them after leaving that they had the correct model in stock. They confirmed three in stock and I had to request that it be set aside so that I wouldnt have any additional problem when returning. To top off this uneventful purchase I had to get the price overridden as the price on the website was not the same as what they charge in the store ($309 online and $349 in store). Im not sure if this is a one off situation but I was extremely disappointed in my first visit to ATB. No apology was offered for the inconveniences not did they seem to care that a customer has to make multiple trips. The out the door price was competitive (same as Amazon minus tax) but just not worth the hassle. I have shopped other local businesses for my barbeque and cooking needs and not experienced anything like this before.

Wanted to stop for a while glad I did staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst experience with this company. Here is the situation. I went by recommendations with your company that was supposed to have excellent service. I spoke to someone at Yoder last Sunday the 18th and as well as in facebook chat messages and they stated that all Comp models include stainless shelving. I was told to order from all things BBQ due to Yoder stating they Owned the website and would get it quicker then their other dealers as theyre incahoots.Well what they dont tell you is that on their website its states wire shelves and then they upcharge you.I left it at wire shelves figuring since I was told theyre including so why mark the option and add a $200 upcharge. I even asked Yoder about this fee before ordering.So placed the order right away. Added everything else that was needed. $3400 worth. YS640S and more.Today 10/26 I call All things BBQ to order a couple door thermometers for the smoker.They state they have a purple cart available they can ship in a few days. Instead of waiting another 8 weeks I agreed to pay another $250 just to get one of these smokers for my wife that she has wanted and weve heard good things from friends with them.Aaron I believe his name was states oh no you didnt order the stainless shelves. I stated I had spoke with Yoder and they assured me they were included with all comp models. Nope its another $200. Mistake by my part as well as theirs as 95% of all comp grills come with the grated shelves. They just refused to admit there is an issue. I never looked at the MSRP on the Yoder website. I called them direct and spoke on social media as well.Aaron asked me to look at both websites prices. ATBBQ vs Yoder Website. (I wouldnt expect a different price as after all they own the company right) Why not just put MSRP on the ATBBQ website and save everyone the hassle?So I ask him for the mistake on both parts would you be willing to split the cost I would pay another $100 for the stainless. Nope. Not happening. So I canceled my order as this company must be rolling in the dough and apparently didnt want to gain a new customer especially after I stated Ill be order another $1000 order in the next week for little things which add up.Being in Customer Service you would think you would want to gain a new customer and do the right thing.. Instead of now returning over $3800 and losing a potential customer for life. Its not like I was asking for 10% off the Smoker or something crazy. Really I wanted to see some customer service that you all seem to rave about.Im sure another company will enjoy my money as well as my over 5000+ followers mostly in fishing/hunting industry who are always asking for smoker recommendations.I wouldve been extremely upset when this arrived with the wrong shelves and would have never known if I didnt call to spend more money!

From the moment my husband and I entered to the time we left, not one employee spoke to us. We walked by five people who just stared at us. It was very offputting. We made eye contact with employees, but they made zero effort to assist us.We fully intended to purchase a $2,000 Napoleon grill, but we felt so disrespected that we just left. It was devastating. My father and my brother have purchased grills and accessories from this company, and we wanted to do the same. We completely believe in buying from local businesses, yet All Things Barbecue doesnt seem to care who their customers are. Unfortunately, we will buy a grill online.

The experience of buying the grill was fine, but when the propane regulator was broken, they were not very helpful.FRUSTRATINGWhen I attached my propane tank to my grill for the first time Saturday, I hear what sounds like a flat tire. I can feel the propane escaping at the connection and smell it too. I call the store to fine out if I am doing something wrong. He starts asking if my regulator was connected. Then they ask how I know it is leaking can I see the gas. I said no (confident propane is not visible), but I can smell it and feel it escaping form the connection area. He keeps asking if the regulator is connected, I respond, you guys put it together I assume it is connected properly. Honestly I was not sure what specific part of the connection was the regulator, not knowing this frustrated the person on the phone and now I became frustrated. He offers a new regulator, but they close in 20 minutes. I go in Monday to exchange for a new regulator. They were very cold, never offered an apology or seem to care. They were frustrated at my original call because I became frustrated. They did not seem to care why I was frustrated. Spent $1,250 on a new grill, had family over to BB-Q and the grill does not work. That is frustrating.

My wife and I have bought three high quality Napoleon Prestige grills from All Things Barbecue for ourselves and other family members, as well as a Napoleon kettle grill. We also have purchased patio items and numerous barbecue accessories from them as well. Their service is excellent, their staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, their prices are quite competitive, and they will assemble barbecue grills and kettle grills at no extra cost. Their inventory of very high quality grills, smokers and barbecue accessories from major manufacturers and suppliers is extensive and quite impressive. Their recent addition of an inventory of patio furniture and accessories is an added bonus. The barbecue enthusiast probably need look nowhere else. Recommended without qualification!

Bought a grill I just wasnt happy with the results /flavor I was getting. I contacted them getting the owner with a response. He agreed to take the grill back used and put me into a grill that was what I should have bought to start with and only deprecated the original purchased price by $100 as there was no return policy once this grill was fired up, cant believe it! Awesome place to meet all your BBQ needs. I would recommend ATB on any budget. Friendly staff, assemblers are very helpful and give great advice.

I love this store! Every time I am in I seem to find another sauce, another BBQ rub, a new thermometer or grill gadget to bring home. The selection of barbecues and smokers is solid and the staff all seem to know pretty much anything I may want to know about the gear. I purchased a bbq rub from ATBBQ, but I was sent a different one than what I ordered. I forwarded their info@ email with a picture and my order just asking what they wanted to do. Aaron replied within an hour, put what I was shipped on the house and sent me what I actually ordered. Great customer service: quick, humble in a mistake, and promptly fixed it. I buy from there because I loved their content. Now I will continue to buy because they treat customers well.

After watching Chef Tom’s video recipes I was inspired to purchase a few rubs, brines, and other accessories from ATBBBQ’s online store. The selection was incredible. They had everything you would want and nothing more. I feel like the staff hand picks every item in its inventory. The prices were fair and the cost of shipping was reasonable. The shipping speed was great but I was more impressed with the packaging. You must have to prove yourself on Tetris prior to being employed. I had several items strategically placed and protected in one small box. This is likely how shipping costs are controlled. I have ordered multiple times, and every time I have been impressed. I cannot wait to visit to location in person, until then I will continue picking things off of my wish list.

Aaron spent time with me to understand what I wanted to do, and clarify anything that I was not sure about. He answered all my questions, and sold me on a Yoder Smoker. Although I have not purchased a new smoker yet, when I do, it will be from All Things Barbecue, and it will be a Yoder Smoker.

I purchased a YS640 smoker nearly 3 years ago. One of the lid hinges broke. I called the company and we settled on my bringing the unit to Wichita for repair. They not only repaired the hinge, but they went through the unit and adjusted the unit in a couple of places. Not only did they adjust, but they cleaned the unit, and then painted the unit to make it look almost like new. They did all of this in less that 1 1/2 hours that they had told me that it would take to just repair the hinges. I LOVED the service and dedication of the fine crew that worked on my YS640

While visited family in Wichita last year, we attended an All Things Barbecue cooking class. We were hooked! This fall we ventured into atbbq again. What a beautiful store! We love the new Outdoor Seating Showroom. The staff was so knowledgable and friendly that we ended up purchasing a Napoleon Prestige 500 gas grill and arranged to have it shipped back home to Colorado. It arrived on schedule & in excellent condition due to the way it was protected during shipping. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow and with some minor adjustments to the burners due to our higher altitude, we were grilling that night. We cant wait to return to atbbq to order our outdoor seating ensemble or, if my husband has his way, perhaps a Yoder smoker! See you next year!

The staff at ATBBQ are very knowledgeable, and just plain nice. I recently purchased a Yoder pellet smoker from All Things BBQ, after a year of careful consideration...and dont regret my purchase one minute. They delivered that 400 pound monster to my doorstep with a smile and...free. Thanks ATBBQ...will be back next week! I forgot to get enough fuel...later.
