My deep freezer full of food went out. I was able to do application and pay over the phone and they had my new freezer in just a few ours. Alma is amazing for being so helpful and her coworkers were also kind and helpful as well.I highly recommend this store if you want great customer service, speedy delivery, and flexible payment options.

This place is great.i had a wonderful experience with these ladies. They didnt have originally what I wanted but they worked with me until I found something I liked. This store has it all! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by all employees and it felt great. You don’t see that everyday. The showroom looked PHENOMENAL. I had to get my money back because I went to mike rent to own and I got A bigger and nicer bed for 20 a week 92 a month rent one was charging me 37.99 plus the cost of the rails for 3.99 a week plus a 12.95 application fee plus a 1.99 a week for the white cover so the total was 94.00 every to week for 12 months and mikes is 92.00 a month for 12 months so you do the math so I will never go back to rent one ever again

I love the people who work here. I didnt even have to go in to know about any deals. They contacted me and I told them what I needed and they made it happen with the current promotion they had. They then called to make sure that I liked the product I had received. They are very attentive and I am definitely glad with the customer service they provide. Now to the products. I love my couch set and coffee table set I had paid off originally. In love with them. They are comfortable and tie together perfectly. I am now getting a washer and dryer set. I love them. They make very little sound and are more advanced then what I am used to. They have so many options to choose from and if something is wrong they will help to fix the problem. GO TO THIS RENT ONE !!!!!

Alma and Alicia deserve many more stars if there were more! Im a single retired firefighter and they made my shopping so comfortable. If that werent enough, they even delivered my furniture the same day. The obstacles to deliver up my narrow stairway were gruesome. They did it with a smile and wonderful attitude. I owe them a surprise with my gratitude. They are such assets to RentOne... Theyre my super heroes!!!

Always a pleasant experience. Have been a loyal customer for 3 years now and they always help to get us the right furniture that we need. I recommend going in to make the payment if not making the payments weekly instead of the online system. The online system doesn’t like non weekly payment but they always correct the payout dates for you. Plus going in for payment you get to experience such a warm and welcoming environment.

My Experience began a bit difficult yet after changing rental locations I can say I really enjoyed the assistance and customer service I received from RENT ONE. The delivery guys where considerate and efficient. GREAT JOB GUYS!! 👍👍

Very unprofessional come to my house with no mask cussing at me and just invited themselves into my house looked in my windows Id call that invasive of privacy.. DONT GO TO RENT ONE not only that but they cant even keep track of the payments that have been made called me 4 times about a payment I had made already

Alma i think is the girls name that helped me. I went needing a used stove. Couldn’t afford a brand new one. She didnt look down on me for asking to see what was in the back. Genuinely understood i was a single mom on a budget. Didnt try to push me into something i couldn’t afford. This woman took care of me!!! The best customer service ive had in a long time!! Paid for my weekly rental was told that they would be delivering my merchandise at 2pm the next day everything was a gi. Received call from them that I only paid for weeks rental and because I was going to pay monthly they would not deliver my items. I told them I was going to pay weekly until the 3rd of month and they told me because I could not show proof of weekly pay i could not get my items. Upset because they could have told me earlier.

Bad service bad customer service by the manager I called to find out prices and the ones that I was wanting such you didnt have and then she hung up on me before I can even ask her about the regular size washer and dryers no way to get start any kind of business with anybody

My wife and i we r in the store i filled oit the app while she shopped. She found what she wanted Travis was right there assisting helping her put together the living room set and TV she wanted. I give Travis the app he did his computer work told me the amount that he needed i paid it and the rest is history

I went in there for a washer and dryer the employee helped us right away, as i was filling out the application he left to lunch and the manager esther came and took over she was very nice and helped me even fill out my application for a faster process it only took less then 30 minutes from the time i came in and left it was a fast and easy process and they dont run credit! I was nervous not knowing if i would get approved so that was a good good for me! plus i got my washer and dryer delivered that same day! I was so happy! Rent one was awesome i was happy with my dryer and washer :) i only pay $60 every 2 weeks based on how i get payed thanks Rent One❤

Been waiting on my washer and dryer that was suppose to be here 2 weeks ago. The first set they delivered they just pushed it off the truck after several weeks of waiting. Destroyed the washer got a replacement and here we are again. Ill be taking my business somewhere else.

Great prices friendly staff clean store

We were right in the middle of trying to get moved, and stopped everything to wait to make sure we were home for the delivery of our furniture. It was suppose to be delivered at 2pm. It is now 4:30pm and we are still waiting!! We provided a cell # to contact us until the phone was reconnected. We even called twice. Was informed they had an emergency pick up? Ok. This is not good customer service, especially with new customers. Not too happy.

Good place for the rent to own users. I need a medical lift chair and they had it. Complete the deal on Monday and they deliver and set up and install.

This girl Bri that works there is super cute and super knowledgeable, and helpful. All in all its been a great experience, and Im still going to do more business with them.

They use to be cool I been waiting on my washer for a month and then, they say I will call you back and it takes me to call them back after waiting for 3 to go days and still waiting, they can be hella rude sometimes.

I just hate how i get threatened. With leagal action ceasar at the pawnee store is very rude and chance is ok and mostly understanding. But they really need to stop the harrassing phone calls and coming to my house. I know late payments are bad but when i have to choose. Between my lights or the rent to own payment i wont be paying that rent bill. But i always catch up on my payments eventually !!
