I have blasted this store in the past for having absolutely no one to help their customers. I recently visited after not having been in for a long, long time, and there was an abundance of help! I was very surprised and will now put them back at the top of my list for shopping home products.
Employees are super helpful and the store is well kept and clean.
Machine were tight. Cashier was friendly, but the rest if staff no so friendly. 2 Females at the gas station/snack shop could use a little boost in the friendly department too.Casino very clean including bathroom.If the staff doesnt like their job, maybe they should find another job.Ive always enjoyed going there. 😀Thank you
On the outside it looks kind of run down and small but on the inside they have it all I was surprised by how much they had in the one store by the size of it very well organized clean and efficient
For such a large store, its amazing what you cant find there do it yourself wise. Almost zero products for repairing wood rot related problems. Lawn and garden products are becoming cheap. They use to sell Nelson products that are solid brass, now cheap garbage.
Purchased a GE range from Home Depot at the West Wichita Store. They apparently use a contracted delivery service. They failed to properly identify themselves, broke the door closer on my home, failed to fix the door closer, and I called them to come back and fix it. No apologies from their contractor and was told to fill out a damage claim. The lack of customer service was appalling. No real follow-up by the contractor or store. I am a disabled senior and expected me to do my own repairs.
Kind of hard finding someone but eventually there were a couple of real helpful fellows that loaded my purchase, give them a raise.

Was looking for some fire pit accessories, but they didnt really have any. No pokers etc.. just standard grill accessories. Which is on me, that was a bit of a unrealistic expectation.Oh, and I needed some sand (making my own emergency firepit sand extinguisher).. good prices on that as well.Still get 5 stars because they have basically everything else.

Fantasy several experiences there. Today, I made the mistake of renting a power seeder before I found all of my sprinkler heads. I quickly found that my sprinkler system is damaged and I couldn’t use the seeder until I have the sprinkler system repaired. Home Depot was awesome and gave me a full refund and made my experience so much better than it could have. Friendly staff. Great prices, better business practices. A+

Good store, low on some items that I would have expected to be there. Wood preservative wasnt there at all. Surprising for a lumber store.

Customer service is always kind of hit and miss here, but in my overall experience the customer service is better than Lowes. Good paint selection as well.

I was looking to purchase a Traeger grill and no one from that department was available. So Ceasar, who was at the customer service desk, help us with information. He even checked us out and helped me load it into my pickup. I hope the grill is as good as our service.

They sold me a $200 cabinet with missing shelves !!! it had been taped back shut so they KNEW it was missing shelves. I need it today NOT tomorrow my spouse in ICU and I wont be here . when I bought it online I ordered curbside they dont tell you until they text its ready for pick that they dont do curbside after 6. its a 84 cabinet Im a 52 year old female . so I did get someone to help me load it AFTER I WENT back inside to get it. then see its broken on bottom and the shelves are missing blue tape was holding the three strips of cardboard that were around it. So someone had been inside of it. The manager didnt like my being upset so HE HUNG UP ON ME WITHOUT EVEN TAKING MY NAME !!!!! HE SHOULD NOT BE IN ANY POSITION DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC its part of his job to deal with complaints and angry customers. I will not buy another thing from home depot if this is their normal business practice which it seems to have become. they sold us a broken $800 vanity as well and sent us wrong replacement drawer for it. they seem to sale only DAMAGED GOODS and I just paid off a credit card with them. I will not be using that ever again. and the other store refused to give me a number for that managers boss ... #HomeDepot #WestWichita

Their sonos speakers were on clearance and they had 4 in stock according to their over the phone which asks for sku number. Called back later and only 3 were in stock, seems like employees hid them for themselves. Smh

Home depot...go to ace true value in Augusta ks and take some lessons on customer service...teach your employees to answer the phone. They just pick it up and hang it up. I got hung up on 4 times and gave up.

Need to pay attention to customer service and address product placement. The products were in different areas, rather than together. I was looking for Milwaukee products, and the associate kept saying Old Milwaukee. It might seem trivial, but I question his knowledge on products. That doesnt mean everyone else is lacking, because there have been some really knowledgeable people. This is something management needs to be on top of.

Typical home depot. Only consistent issue with home depot it can be hard to find things. It isnt just this one but all of them. I feel like I spend more time searching for stuff here than the other two brand stores.

This is not the location I generally visit so I have a limited number of experiences here. I dont generally ask for assistance or need help finding anything so I dont have to deal with the employee issue. The location is usually well stocked and in a reasonable order but the fee times Ive needed assistance, its been a poor experience. If you know what you need, skip the assistance, otherwise, the rating would probably be lower.
Its a good home depot. Picture a home depot, this is exactly that. Mostly clueless staff but with that one short lady who knows where everything is, and the two old dudes who really know what theyre talking about.

Customer service was terrible on Friday June 4 between 6-8pm. There were plenty of clerks walking around in the store who saw me make my way to the guttering supply aisle i had taken my return to the return desk and for starters i didnt get half the rrturn $. I received that change when I was at my at my vehicle loading. I then tried to find the correct size of things I needed including 10 - 16 gutters/downspouts and various other supplies I had asked for help several times and no one offered for an hour. I was on a time schedule and clerks werent even noticing me making alot of noise rummaging for the right pieces that were incorrectly given to my husband when he was in the store two days before. I have now told at least 3 ppl i needed assistance. One of the clerks who was shouting orders from before was there struggling to

We happened to be in the area and needed a window. We looked online and seen they had one available. When we got there we couldnt find anyone to help us locate a few other items. Finally there was a young gentleman who saw we needed helped and jumped right in to help us. Overall, a great store but understaffed, hence the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Typical big box hardware store. Great selection and variety. Friendly customer service and helpful staff. Only improvement would be if the items were in stock and not just available.

Ordered some blinds from the east location and picked them up at the west location. East store had them ready at the counter for me waiting. Had to have 1 of them cut to size and the staff was very helpful in doing so. Very pleased and didnt have to wear a mask like menards. Will continue shopping here!

I want to say that everyone should support Home Depot. Besides being a great place to shop for home improvements they are also looking out for America. Home Depot in Georgia was asked to leave Georgia by Coca Cola and the MLB. Coca Cola and the MLB think that requiring an ID to vote is a Jim Crowe law when a lot of places require an ID to obtain certain things or enter an establishment. Requiring an ID to vote helps keep voting integrity. Home Depot said No and told those companies that getting involved in politics is not good business and they were staying in Georgia. Bravo Home Depot. We need more companies like you. I will buy my home improvement needs from you and am asking for the true Americans to support them too

The employee helped me find the toilet to match the one my wife had bought a few months ago. The employee then went across the store and brought me a cart. At checkout another employee asked if I would need help transferring the toilet from the cart into my car. Best customer service I have received at a big box store in quite a while.
Today, I went in to see if I could see these two refrigerators online in person. We asked a guy for help and he told us that there was someone in aisle 5 who could help but he cant disturb him. He said we needed to go over there and get him our selves. We waited 20 mins for someone to even come and help us. Finally, a guy comes up and we tell him about these refrigerators we saw online. He informed us that they dont carry all the refrigerators online in store which we were okay with. We told him we wanted him to show us something similar that we could see in person. The guy ignores the whole question by saying how much do you want to stay in, I automatically say under 1k. He then proceeds to tell me all the displays are over 1k. We tell him again, we want to see a refrigerator that is similar to the ones online before ordering it and paying for it. My mom proceeds to say am I not speaking english is is my accent? He says I can understand english very well AND SPANISH LOL. He just racial stereotyped us by thinking we are Spanish. We are Vietnamese thank you very much. He didnt have to be so ignorant. we told the manager and she was shocked of her employees behavior. YES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SURE.
We bought a new patio door in January. We purchased full amount and agreed to use their installation team (sub-contractor). We were told 6-8 weeks. In about 3 weeks, the installer called letting us know that Home Depot dispatched the work to hi. And we set appt for a Tuesdat. I took off work and night before we get a text from installer that door has not been delivered. Three weeks later on a Friday evening, my wife gets home from work and a door shrink wrapped to a pallet Id in our driveway with no call from. HOME Depot. We were able to get the door in the garage but cannot park her $50,000 vehicle in driveway. 2 weeks now the door has sat in garage and Home Depot said they can get someone out in the next week. Not super impressed by their non communicatio . Hopefully the installer saves the day, but not too optimistic.
Was able to find things easy and staff was very helpful if we couldnt locate what we needed and everyone had masks on.
I have the Ryobi tool line from here. And it is very good for the price of the tools. I use them everyday. I recommend them if your looking to start your cordless tools.

Lotsa employees and minimal assistance. They gather to talk to one another and virtually ignore your presence. Crazy to see that with hardly any customers in store. Pricing has gone up and dont see competitiveness with products that are name brand. I am a thrift buyer and google and apps inform me of lower prices elsewhere with free shipping to boot.
Couldnt find any help, went to the front and the 2 girls were more concerned about gossiping than helping me. When I asked for help they acted like I was an inconvenience to them. If I didnt need the big ticket item that night I would have gone somewhere else.

A few weeks ago I started a project and went to HD for my supplies. At first it was quiet easy. Then I ran out of wainscoting and returned for more, they helped me order a case thru Will call. Once the product was at the store I asked if I could pick it up. Drove from clearwater only to find out that they in fact Did Not have my order completed. I received 12 of 25 and most of the product was damaged. The pro desk was rude and basicly told me it wasnt his job to make sure it was all there and not damaged. He refused to call the East HD to secure more.Drove all the way E, more damaged product.Was so upset with the treatment from the pro desk, I decided to take my business to Lowes (even tho I hate shopping there).Cooled down and decided today to return to HD. Once there i was informed that they will no longer carry the product Ive been waiting weeks for.I bought what I needed today and will not be back. I will shop at Lowes from now on.Kindly,New loyal Lowes customer
Usually have what I need, most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Wanted to checkout at a register with an employee so I could pay in cash. The two gals running registers were too busy chit chatting to acknowledge us and do their job. They even looked at us twice. Ended up going back to self checkout.
