Came in looking for a wheel stud and initially they sold me one but as I was looking at it after the purchase I noticed it wasn’t quite right. Brought it back in and they did their best to find one that would fit. Despite their efforts, they did not have one and were unable to order one. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful folks. Seems like a good group of folks and I’ll keep this place in mind if I need anything they may have.

Mike at RED LINE was very helpful in my quest to get my yerfdog going again . He doesnt work on them, but his knowledge was very helpful . Would recommend RED LINE for your mower,scooter or cart repairs

Didnt really seem to want my business, quoted outrageous prices for 2 belts they didnt want to size, or even try to find in the back. I have thousands of belts so it would take too long. I usually do not leave bad reviews, but I will not recommend this business nor go back. I work with many outdoor equipment business with my work and have never felt more blown off, or made a fool of in my life.

The pinnicle for Friendly, excellent, speedy and reliable customer service. and they know what theyre doing. I brought in a old tao tao moped that didnt run. They fixed everything on it that needed fixed from the carb to the bent rim and even put a couple new lines on that I didnt even know about. They got it running and back to me before within like a day and a half of me sending it in. And I didnt even schedule it. The dude helped me unload it from the trailer too. I would recommend this place to anyone.. Ill be coming back for sure.

Walked 3 miles because my splines on my kickstart were gone. Bought a brand new lever and 1 hour later drove my moped there to ask more questions. Very reliable owner and fair prices. 👍

Rude customer service.. acted like he didnt no anything about what I was asking as far as child safety and brand names.. crazy on my baby boy birthday... I felt less than respected and felt the situation was very racial actually almost 💯% sure it was because I had to explain why I wanted to no the difference between the brands and price... Surly wouldnt recommend it to anyone African American.

Went for go cart parts and got exactly what I needed quick. They had the part on-the-shelf, I was in and out in just a few minutes. Therere some people griping in the ratings that this place is more expensive and I suppose they mean than online prices theyve found. I always think, whats it worth to have it right when you want/need it and not have to wait for shipping?

I bought a large kart from Red Line three years ago and use it extensively on our farm. I just took it in for its first tune-up and it came back after 3 days running better than ever. The people there are very friendly, honest and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I will continue to shop there because they service what they sell and you go to the front of the service line if you bought the item from them. Also, I bought a string trimmer from Red Line and it performs exactly as advertised. When Redline serviced it last year, it came back in one day, and it is running great. I definitely recommend them for both their sales and service.

One thing before you buy make sure you have the right part make sure because there is a no refund policy even if you pay for it and then say you don’t want it before the guy even bags your stuff you won’t get your money back and he will sell you something that doesn’t fit just to sell.

I love doing business here. The staff is very friendly and really wants to take care of their customers. I have been doing business here for over 10 years and have always walked away happy. They will assemble the mower for you and put the oil in it and a free tank of gas. that is great customer service right there :)

Just called in 5 minutes before they closed (I didnt know that was the closing time) and after being on hold for maybe 3-4 minutes - He came back and told me that sorry we close in just a couple minutes and I am not going to be able to help you. All I needed was to see if they carried a belt for my Dixon mower and had planned on purchasing it from them on Tuesday........THANKS A LOT! Definitely wont recommend them - and absolutely wont spend my money there.

Customer Service WAS fairly fantastic until I did some research to learn that they are overcharging by $596 over MSRP...thats 25%. I called an out of state dealer only a short road trip with HUGE savings. I called the manufacturer regarding possibility of warranty work and was advised any registered dealer could do warranty work. I called Red Line to politely ask if there was any room in their pricing and was advised 5% if I paid cash. I then asked if theyd honor warranty work on items purchased elsewhere. They could but specifically said they will NOT if I dont buy from them. The manufacturer advised unfortunatley they should but cant make them. The manufacturer advised me that its a lawnmower motor so I called our local John Deere who said theyd be happy to help us out should a problem arise. One star is for great customer service prior purchase 4 stars in the hole for trying to hijack customers by over charging and not honoring warranty repairs despite being a registered dealer. I cant reccommend this dealer.

Called the official dealer for my mower part (On West St.) and was treated very rudely. Called Red Line and they gave me the information I was looking for, not only that they could order new, but where to find used. Needless to say theyre my go-to place from now on.

Very unhappy, they are unwilling to look up parts of better quality. The item they have are the cheapest worst crap for go cart, or small engine. They are very rude and have a general lack of knowledge.

Smug dude never wants to help right away. Drop off a deposit and kart/mini-bike and they’ll give you a quote. I took it to a local lawn mower shop and the guy put a chain on it for me for $45.... It’s not rocket-science, it’s a damn mini-bike that needed a chain!
