We didnt buy anything, so I cant speak to the actual business dealings or contracts or anything. The people were very pleasant and did their best to be helpful and engaging. Certainly nothing negative to say, just didnt find the pieces that were right for what we were wanting.

I went in to look around at bedroom furniture and met the sweetest gal that helped me through all my questions. Love the style they present and the time they took to make sure I was seeing exactly what I wanted. I will be purchasing a bedroom set from Bassett and I am extremely excited!
