I really like Pottery Barn for their unique vintage style home decor and furniture with light colored themes. Prices are not really that comforting, but they last for generations and things like that are hard to come by these days. Their bed sets are the finest in town.

Pottery Barn is one of my favorite fun places to browse and shop. The staff is very helpful. I like the way they let you browse without following you around; however, if you have a question, they are happy to help. Their furniture, bedding, and lighting are current and classic. They also have frequent sales!

When you walk in they say hello but after walking around the staff just watches you . They seem put off if you ask a question or need help ! They need to practice people skills. Williams Sonoma has it all figured out, very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff working here. I was just perusing, as the cost of items tend to be on the higher end, but every now and then I find a gem that is worth the trip.

Really nice Pottery Barn and some of the best customer service I have received from a retail store in a long time. The sales clerk went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. Additionally when one of the items I brought home was wrong upon opening the box, the store made arrangements and picked the item up the very next day.

This is a high quality place to shop. It is a very friendly and welcoming environment

They have good service in the store but furniture is very expensive and they charge you $300 for anything big that gets delivered and it may not come in good condition.

Love PB and so glad theres one in Wichita. Even though I was just browsing, I had several offers for help from employees. Great store!

They were ok with customer service when I walked in... They said hello in a general way but when I went to check out no one was around and I stood there for a good 3-5 minutes. I just had my daughter put the stuff back and we left. Cute place though.

Was greeted by a lovely tall blonde lady who was very helpful in assisting me with my purchases. Beautiful store!! I will definitely shop here again.
