I stopped in this morning to tour the store. Im weaning myself off the Big Box stores and trying harder to support smaller businesses. I was surprised by just how wide the variety of merchandise was there! Im going back in a few days to have them replace some glass in a broken window for me. They will be seeing more of me in the future!

Gage A. helped us and was an exceptionally well-mannered and genial clerk. I was very pleased to see him being successful as he was a former student of mine! I hope ACE lets him know what a fine job hes doing! ⭐

My grandson finally showed me how to do these reviews on here. I would like to give a 10/10 for this ace. It’s near by my house and am always pleased with its service. Last Sunday I called there to get some information about a grill. The young man whose name is Gage answered and helped me out. He was very nice and formal, he was able to answer all my questions. He even went in the back to double check which I greatly appreciate. The register ladies were also very nice. 10/10!

03/01/21After the pandemic, complete staff change and unfortunately lower satisfactory. Many of the new workers are rude and lazy I hope that they quickly find motivated workers.Been coming to the store for years.My hobby is DIY at home and I love the prices here and am said to know the old crew is gone. The last individual that was so helpful these last couple of weeks ended up quitting for a better position. ☹️

Being a NEW 1st time home owner I am SO THANKFUL these folks are just around the corner!! They help me without being judgy- they dont laugh when I need advice - they encourage me when I have doubts about doing it myself! I LOVE THIS STORE! I have yet to come across an employee who isnt friendly!

I asked for the little strawbry brunette girls telephone number so that she could assist me with future projects and she told me no? You think with all the time she spends on that phone she would be happy to. awful customer service. i watched them buying shelves from home depot when they first opened up.

We usually go here at least once a week. Today the girl with red/brown hair with blonde underneath was absolutely rude. I asked for help getting bolt cutters (they were in a locked cabinet). I told her I have been waiting and looking for help for 15 min and I needed help with other things. She then states Well we are short staffed and close in an hour. She was extremely rude and said it with a horrible tone, as if I was annoying her. After she got the bolt cutters she went right back to flirting with the bald-ish male worker. Lets just say I am not impressed. This is the second bad interaction Ive had with her. I do not know her from Adam. I would never treat anyone like that.

Needed duplicate keys made and 1 was a special key. They had everything we needed.

We live in Texas and wanted to buy my father a Traeger Grill. The customer service we received was beyond exceptional! Brian the store manager and his staff helped with the delivery and setup. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Definately check them out!!

They had 5 gallon paint buckets on sale for 2.99 but, didnt have any lids. And they charge separately for the lids (when they have em). How much? 3.99 for the lid. Do you think a 5 gallon paint bucket with the lid is worth 7.00? Me either. ACE ISNT always the place. js

Lost a locket on a chain while I was getting back into my car in Aces parking lot. Thought sure it was long gone but I called Ace and left my #. Next morning, Ashlee called me up and said she found it in the parking lot. So nice to see such honesty in this day and age!!

Went in for furnace filters, on a Saturday, pretty busy, check out line was long, and some didnt stay the distance. Other than that perfect place in my neighborhood to pick up the filters.

Used to be the best neighborhood hardware store in town until it sold, got rid of all the employees that cared. Now even with a city and county ordinances requiring masks, they refuse to enforce. I used to be a regular, but now go elsewhere.

You can always find what you need for the projects around the house.

I went in looking for a specific item. I was taken right to it by a helpful employee and was in and out in about 5 minutes. Im highly satisfied.

Today I was informed that there is new management and they got rid of the military discount. Its one thing when a store never had it to begin with but to have it and then take it away? Petty.

Went to buy 2 25ft garden hoses on Sunday. Internet said they were open 6pm on Sundays. I walked up at 5:57 and the older gentleman was locking the doors. Wouldnt let me in. Pretty irritating considering I looked up what time they closed. Made eye contact with another employees and she had a deer in the headlights look. Needless to say menards got my business. And I wont take a chance again.

This is a great little hardware store. The people are friendly and as helpful. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that I often find myself waiting in line at the checkout counter. This especially seems odd when there are other employees standing around talking. In short, one minute to find what I need, five minutes to go through the checkout.

We appreciate the friendly staff who know hardware at this store. Today we purchased vanity light bulbs and a pair of headphones. Our daughter is thrilled with the headphones.

I love going to this hardware store. They almost always have what Im looking for. The customer service has been outstanding for years. Its the kind of store that the neighborhood is proud to have and I dont think Im overreaching with that statement.

Prices are outlandish probably one of the most overpriced hardware stores Ive ever seen.

Indian Hills Ace is another reason to shop local! Had a great experience today getting a ladder at Ace. Nicos was extremely helpful, explained my options and carried it all the register & my truck without even asking if I wanted help! When youre at Ace you can always find friendly help!

Service is prompt and courteous, employees are knowledgeable and friendly in a very professional manner. Store is well stocked, laid out and displayed in an easy-to-use manner, with a wide diversity of common household repair and upgrade items!

They are very friendly and always offer help to find what you are looking for in the store. They have all kinds of parts and equipment I would be surprised if you find something they didnt have.

I normally wouldn’t waste my time writing negative reviews but my past few experiences make this necessary. For one, I can’t find anyone who knows anything, all they do is ask for help and help never comes. Just yesterday I went in and I could see and feel how unorganized and shambled this business is. Sadly this wasn’t always the case, when I first started shopping here it was a great experience. I USE to get help from 1 or 2 KNOWLEDGEABLE associates that I recognized, helped me many times with great attitudes, and we’re just fun to talk to, made me feel good about shipping locally. Seriously what’s the deal? Now it seems there’s nobody working, there’s LONG lines at the cashier registers, all for my $5-10 stainless bolts purchase? My last visit was such a disappointment on a whole new level, I won’t be back.

Quite a nice place, I live in the south part of town so I normally shop at the Ace over on Seneca, which is I believe is the Westway shopping center.

No way....I went there to get tomato cages and was told they were out and the excuse was the virus!! How on earth does having those cages have anything to do with the virus.

Holiday hours not posted on door. Showed up, door didnt open, employees inside stared at me. Looked for sign of when they opened and there wasnt one. I get its a holiday but post your hours. Have your employees give me hand signals on when you do open. Dont just stare and ignore. I try to support local, but the customer service at this store is always terrible.Update: went back to the store after calling and finding out they open at noon today by a very rude lady. Walk in with 3 members of management by door, no greeting me. Helped myself in paint section, at checkout no greeting, got a wanna bag? Then when I paid with my card inserted in the machine she says, pull it out yea like i didnt hear the approved beep myself lady. Gave me my roller, no thank you....nothing! Un-freakin-believable!!

4 stars for the service. Too expensive for thus to be a normal store for house hold needs. Just a few things here and there. Sales arent really sales just brings them close to what abother store sells them for and pretends its a great deal. But if youre looking for great service on things you arent sure about they will treat you great in there. Get keys made to paint mixed to cutting glass.

Indian Hills Ace is located near several major intersections in an area that has many homes and businesses. It is well stocked, had very helpful hardware folks, and prices that are competitive.

Duct tape selection is strong at this location.

Its a good place to get a nut.
