Ive been there a few times in the last decade and always satisfied and happy with this no BS business. Ill drive the 200 miles to go here over 20 miles to the closest place and still save $$. Ive recommended Computer Depot to family whose bough a refurbished PC with ZERO issues yet. If you dont talk to or go here first. Youll probably regret shopping elsewhere once you do check out this place. Im talking 1/2 price kind of savings. No big ego. Just volume business for being fair and earnest about the true costs.

Got my sons laptop here. It runs great and was a super good deal. They are really nice and helpful but not overly pushy. Definitely plan to buy more from them in the future.

Good place to find older hardware

This place is awesome, after having a very bad experience with another computer shop, I called computer depot. I had them build a computer for me, I had all the parts. They had it put together in a couple hours. They were very knowledgeable, and extremely professional, and it only cost me 70 dollars, what a deal. The wife is happy as well. What a deal. I would highly recommend them.

This is the WORSE place to get a PC from. First of all, they do not disclose when you are purchasing that their PCs do not have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth installed (the two basic things everyone expects). So, this is where the nickel and dime you to death bringing you back in to buy all these extra pieces thats should just be built-in to begin with. I also took my PC in today to because I was having problems connecting a Bluetooth device (of course). After the person there worked on the PC he decided that I needed to have diagnostic test ran on it for another $39.99. I decided to wait on it. I took my computer back home and hooked it up and could not get it to power back up. After I called the guy back, he said it was nothing he did that would have caused it not to power up. But he was the last person to work on the PC! Of course he suggested that I pay $39.99 for the diagnostic test. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! They are a rip off!!

I went in to buy a new laptop because mine had died. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! They got me fixed up with a very nice refurbished Dell M5030 with Windows 7. I have had it for about 3 months and its by far the best quality laptop I have had. I will definitely be going back with any future problems I have!

This place is worth a visit in my oppinion. Brought my pc in because of a cpu issue, they fixed it and i got it the next day, with an unbeatable price. Everything was still in tact the way it was and nothing was damaged or missing, and working very well. Take this review with a grain of salt over other reviews. Take your shot if you have any issues, and see if you agree.

Got what I needed quick at a fair price

Very dishonest and unethical place of business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. My dad bought a computer here and was lied to left and right. First off we were told it was a brand new computer. Complete lie. I even asked the guy a few times to be sure. When he was packing the PC up he was putting it in a box that said REFURBISHED on it and told us Yes, it is brand new. Ignore what the box says. Someone threw the correct box away It was a refurb. Secondly we were told it had bluetooth. Complete lie. When we called with a question and spoke to a different individual he told us that it was in fact a refurb and not a new one. We returned it and got our money back. I will never deal with these jackholes again and I advise you not to either.

Dropped my tablet off to have charging port fixed. Was told it would be ready by Tuesday called them they said Friday now they know nothing and still no tablet. On phone now with them and I guess they cant find it.

I would give these a**holes a zero rating. I brought my Dell all in one 2330 to replace the hard drive and they scratched the front glass all to hell. they lay the computer face down on the work bench without a protective pad. I was told I could by a new computer because the parts to replace the damaged glass were too expensive besides, they said, the computer still works
