The staff of this particular store is ever changing but more recently it was very nice cashier. The place seem clean and the shelves are stocked. I love the art section and I feel like its getting bigger which is okay by me. They have beautiful fall dishes I cant wait to come back and get

Great store, love the things they have! Just got myself a little scented broom to hang in my room so it smells good, it has a cinnamon scent! The cashier seemed mean, but maybeit was a long day of work. Also the store was a little messy.

This is actually a pretty nice Dollar Tree. When it is actually open, & this is a pain point. 3 other people & I came to shop. The lights are on. Everything looks open, but the door was locked. Not a single other car that looked to be a worker there. This was at 6pm. The stores hours said they were open until 9pm. I waited. I tried calling the store. Nothing. The sad thing is that this isnt the first time this has happened. It is absolutely ridiculous for not a single soul to be in an establishment 3 hours before closing time. Especially during posted hours. It is a shame it keeps being repeated. I would normally give this place a 5. However, with no one to run it & being locked during store hours...That just knocks the rating in the dirt.

This location was fastly going downhill however within the last year I have noticed the change. The shelves were being stocked and the lines were not wrapped around the store wit only 1 cashier. Yesterday I went to the Dollar tree and the door was locked there was no sign on the door saying they were closed. There were so many customers coming and going. I will nder if anyone even came to open the store. Well with prices going up there is no need to deal with poor customer service. We can now go anywhere and just pay for what we want. Its frustrating

Little disappointed. Had what I wanted but it was still in the box... on the floor. Trash on the floor all over. Need new management & a vacuum!! Most of their stores to be exact!! Hasnt been clean in at least the past 6 yrs that Ive been shopping there. 😕👎👎

They closed an hour and a half early it says it closes at 9 but when I got there at 7 30 no one was there and the doors were locked but they left the lights on honestly disappointed 🤦‍♂️

They had everything I was looking for. However they were stocking so the Isles were hard to maneuver. The people are always friendly and helpful but they were short-handed the day I went.

Got ten birthday balloons for my sister in law. Had a wonderful birthday dinner for her. She was totally surprised!!!!!

Same as any dollar tree but this place always smells so bad I cant stand to go in, the workers know as well but nothing is done about it. Its been that way for years and it smells like sewer. They are always out of most products at this location as well.

Each time I come in the store is filthy 😒 what no one can pick up a broom or vacuum the floor. I have been in many dollar tree stores coast to coast and this is the worst 😫and rude staff and when you are at the register ringing the customer items you shouldnt be eating. This will be my last time I drive out of my way to go to a clean and friendly place 🙃

Very bad review!!!! So first me and a group of friends walk in to buy things for our new house and out of no where one of the female employees (looked like she was intoxicated on some kind of substance), came up to me and my friend when we were getting a bag of chips and said she seen me put a product in my pocket when this was not true! I continued to empty my pockets to show I didn’t steal anything. she said I put it back onto the shelf. And then she continued mess with me and my friends and then when we told the manager of the store that she was falsely accusing us he told us to get out

Hello, when I received my Stimulus payment, I went shopping at this specific location, I had my shopping buddy, my ex-boyfriends Son qith me. This Store Associate helped me in EVERY way possible. She went Above and Beyond of what was expected of her Im almost certain. My wish is that she please be recognized for her kind heart, her assistance, She is an amazing person I could tell just by how her interactions were when she assisted me. She even took the time to quickly show how to care for the toy that he had picked out for me to buy him. We (little boy with me) was so patient and kind thats I felt like He deserved to pick things out for him. That day I did explain to the Store clerk that I would need a nap sometime this afternoon. I had chosen around 300 items to donate to Domestic violence shelters. I plan to send a personal email for the awesome service that she provided us!!💫💫💫💫💫

Ive been here a few times in the last couple of months. The first time I came in there were boxes of product lining the walls - especially the west walls. The in-stock conditions were noticeably spotty.I tried shopping there the afternoon before Valentines day this month. But the store was surprisingly closed. There was a handwritten note on the door saying simply that it was closed with no explanation. It was odd to say the least and certainly quite a loss of business given all the shopping that occurs the day before Valentines Day. I drove to Derby for the much better stocked and organized Dollar Tree there and called to confirm they were indeed open. Oddly enough, a young man who was an employee at the Dollar Tree at Broadway approached us and said they were closed, but didnt know why, saying it had to do with the managers.I stopped in the store again on Thursday evening, Febuary 20th this last week for some gift basket shrink bags, but they were not in stock and the store once again had piles of boxes in a few places, whole sections of empty shelves where the next batch of seasonal merchandise had not been put up yet, and lots of out of stocks. Someone who looked like the manager abruptly left while I was there and there was a lone cashier manning the register who looked brand new. I once again made the trek to Derby where there were no boxes on the floor or empty shelves and I found exactly what I wanted. This Broadway store needs some management who take some pride in their work. Unlikely Ill be frequenting this place.

Bought a straw hat for a dollar but it was to big so a clerk suggested that I use ribbon & poke the long ends through the weaving above the headband & secure it with mid sized craft beads, very good idea for the windy day today. Helped me locate other things also, beauty products for deep cleaning of my face, under eye cream, cute cucumber gel pads that could be either used as a hot or cold pad over the eyes to remove puffiness, tiredness, a roller type gadget for use underneath the eyes close to the cheek for puffiness also that I have never seen. Lots of good healthy snacks-Cheetos, baked breakfast soft cookies, Dannon Oreo topping yogurt, rice pudding, flan, tapioca pudding in the frozen sections. Turkey Hill Lemonade too. Such a great store & fairly close to Haysville (2-4 miles) on 47th & Broadway.

The store has a good stock of most everything. There is plenty of Easter supplies in the store. Nice Easter cards too.

This Dollar Tree evidently has a new manager. Ive been shopping here since it opened. I went into the store today and it was pretty empty. I had to ask an employee if they were closing the store. The employee laughed and said no, but a bunch of people ask me the same thing. 47th & Broadway Dollar Tree definitely needs someone to run and stock the store!!

Usually pretty well stocked up at this location. Decently kept compared to the Seneca and Pawnee store. Customer service is good. Love/hate relationship with the store. Lol. I go into get ibuprofen and end up with $20 worth of stuff. They have a little of everything you could need ( not the best of quality) but still worth it. Good place for party and gift supplies. Recommended.

The place desperately needs cleaning. It smells like a dirty diaper. And there’s merchandise all over the floor.

March 19th, 2020 at 4:30.. The Mexican guy behind the register looks sick. Touching everything you want to get. Hes not using gloves or the hand sanitizer thats in front of him. You might want to go somewhere else for now until he stops looking like he wants to pass out.

I love this dollar tree store its nice and clear to walk down aisles. Helpful staff cheeful people that work there. Greet you as you come in.. Super fantastic

I remember when this store first opened. I really like going there. The store manager that used to be there. I cant remember the gentlemens name. He Kept the store cleaned and stocked. Now when I go in there theres no shopping carts. Boxes are in the aisle. Shelves not stocked. And the employees act like they dont even want to be there.

Completely rearranged everything which looks more spacious but now has less usable products(by my standards)that Im used to buying. Staff are always pretty friendly and helpful.

Went today and they was closed for “inventory” and be open at noon. It was one pm and yet to be open inventory should be after hours or shut down isle by isle so customers can still shop

I stopped by with my family at around 8:50 and was greeted with we close at 9, no hello or anything. So i went to get what i came for and the same lady got on the intercom 3 times to say the store was closed but the hours on the door and internet said closing time is 10. We were then walked out

Decent store to shop, however there is a worker there who looks like she dreaded to be there. I have had multiple run in with her and never said a work, thinking she might have a bad day. However, the last time i was there, was the straw that broke the camels back. She was extremely rude and have a could not be bother attitude. I did notice she was a bit of a racist because when she was helping another race, so sorry to say this --but white people especially, she was very happy and helpful. But when i asked for her help -- i might as well just talk to a wall. I then had to deal with her one more time during check out and this lady might as well broke my hangers the way she dropped it on the counter. I told her to just leave it and her response was it was going to fall anyways --- so whoever is her manager -- she needs a 1 on 1 conversation quick! I did not catch her name ==- but will go there tonight to get it so i can post it here.

Everything is a dollar, so no matter where you shop that price is next to impossible to beat! A long with outstanding customer service. That in itself speaks volume...

Why are the shelves stocked diffferently than the derby store? Do not like to wonder a store looking for what I need. But you hope shoppers will wonder the store and buy more. The floor was loaded with squshed gum and smelled bad. Derby store is much better. Course you couldnt care less what I think.

Good place to walk around and look at all the different things that they have. Sometimes youll find things that even stores like Wal-Mart dont have,and even then the price is so much more affordable.

I would HIGHLY suggest you to not catch a attitude with your customers and act as if their stealing when they clearly have a receipt for their return? oh and FYI poor customer service skills to have a headphone in while being a cashier? youre supposed to be able to listen and help with the customer and their needs? not just blow them off with sas! most def. will be calling corporate about this rude experience with this women! I get you had to work on Christmas eve but if you hate your job so much then find a new one instead of ruining others holidays.
