This is the 2nd time Ive used this repair service. On 11/3/21 I went to the shop to try and replace a valve jet housing that leaked. I took the defuser in with me, and explained my issue. He immediately knew what I needed, and had me fixed up in 3 minutes. The 1st time I needed a repairman to come out and look at my tub. It turned out to be something simple, but he was very professional, and had me up and running in minutes. I plan to purchase a hot tub/spa from this business when I move into my new house. Aaron has been AMAZING! We bought a tub and it needs some TLC. Over the past few weeks he has texted, called and offered advice to me on almost a daily basis. He has helped me learn about the tub and what components need replaced. In stead of selling me an entire kit he has told me what can be replaced for a much cheaper cost. He has diagnosed problems over the phone to the point I feel confident making repairs on my own. I have never had this experience from a company. Im not sure Ive ever had this positive of an experience dealing with a business of any type. Aaron and Dan are both knowledgeable, efficient, kind, prompt and honest. Theyre very passionate about what they do, and good at what they do. They take the time to make you feel important as a customer, and go out of their way to answer any questions. My tub isnt even fixed, yet they earned a 5-star review....Aaron was amazing. I hired them to come fix my hot tub after 2 FAILED attempts by previous HomeAdvisor specialists. He tried so hard to fix the botched up work from the previous guy but just couldnt get past how bad it was repaired before him. Im talking duct tape and high grade marine epoxy. Once he and I agreed it was flatlined, he helped me then coordinate removing the old one. My only regret is not calling them first. He was upfront about everything and very prompt in returning your calls. Soon as I get the new tub, they will be my first and only calls from now on.

Called Hassle Free about my air tub leak. I’m capable of repairing things in my own, so when he walked me through the simple fix that I could do and was more than willing to try, I was very appreciative of the advice. It cost me $3.00 in parts at the local Ace, and I admire his honesty. He could have come out to my place and spent a few minutes fixing it for a hundred bux but instead he helped me out over the phone and I was able to fix it myself and save some money. I’ll mosdef keep him in mind when the repair is over my head and mechanical skills. Very happy with the results and direction. He’s a good guy.

After nearly twenty years it was time to replace our Sundance Hot Tub. Aaron and Dan had kept our old unit running with fair and honest service so we turned to them for a new Sundance unit. Because our deck was so high we decided to have in brought in by crane. I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was to do this. They hauled away our old unit and we were relaxing in our new hot tub that evening. Couldn’t be more pleased.

We purchased a hot tub that was delivered to our curb. We heard about Dan through Shocker Pools and called him to set up the spa. He had the equipment and knowledge to help. He came within an hour of the spa being delivered, set it up, attached the cover butler and did a fabulous job. Very reasonable too! Aaron is very knowledgeable about hot tubs. When we were looking for one, he answered all of our questions and didnt try to sell us a hot tub but helped us understand all of the features and decide what was best for our needs. We went back and forth between him and another hot tub place in town -- he would look at the other offer and explain the difference between their hot tub and his -- telling us the strengths and weaknesses of each without pushing us towards his. After we bought from him, the customer service from Aaron and Dan has been great. I recently had a small leak I noticed when I was getting ready to drain my tub to change the water. I drained the tub and had them out. They came out while I was gone and fixed the leak -- then refilled the hot tub for me, turned it back on, rebalanced the chemicals, and put the cover back on. They always go above and beyond what is expected! I cant recommend them highly enough!
