This is a HORRIBLE company!!! My husband is going without needed oxygen because of these people. A credit card or blank check was demanded, of which we have neither, on top of the fact that they didn’t even show up until after midnight. We called immediately upon release from the hospital, at about 3pm, where my husband spent the last week with COVID. I AM FURIOUS!!! We have insurance that will cover all of the cost, and at NO time during the numerous calls we’re we told that we had to provide a credit card or blank check. How do you people sleep at night knowing that you are keeping needed medical supplies from people?!? SHAME ON YOU!!! You DO NOT deserve the 1 star that is required!!!
Two months after my information was sent to them from my doctor and I still have yet to hear from them. When I called I spoke with someone who saw it was ordered in their system. She put me on hold to look into it a little more. Once she got back to me she said that the lady she tried to get ahold of didnt answer or was out and she left a message for them to contact me. That was over a week ago. Im also pretty sure they charged my insurance already.
Easy to work with and set me up with my CPAP machine in a very timely manor. Everyone in the office was super kind and making an appointment was really easy and fast. Definitely recommend!
First day dealing with Lincare, not impressed in the least! Got home with the new mask that they said would work well and it was way to small. So I call them to ask if I can exchange it for a bigger one. Their response was well have the tech call you to make an appointment. Three and a half hours later I have to call them back and again I have to make an appointment for less than a five minute mask exchange! REALLY is there no customer service at all? Would not recommend these people to anyone! apparently they have more customers than they want. Im going to see about going somewhere else, they dont want my business anyhow.
If I could give negative ratings I would! I picked my machine up on 07/22/20. I was told that I owe less than $500. Cool! I keep getting bills for $1400. I have called them 4 times. Each time they say it is taken care of. They keep taking money out of my account even after I cancelled bill pay! I had dealings with Lincare over 8 years ago and I should have known better. They still are horrible. Because of my distrust of them, here it is 09/29/20 and I still have not unpacked or even opened my new CPAP machine. Do NOT use them.

Guy driving the company van, license plate 536KYP, almost killed me on the road!! He was flying down Central, between Ridge and Tyler Rd, going at least 65mph. Then he swerved into the right lane, where there were cars (including mine), and we all had to hit our brakes!!! If this is how you do business, people should stay away!!!
Horrible company and LIARS! When we went in to pick up equipment for my husband we were told the $360 something we paid was all we had to pay out of pocket and insurance would cover the rest including refilled supplies that come monthly, every 6 months, and yearly. Over a month later we received a bill for over $1,000! When I called I was told, when we submitted your claims insurance denied some of it so thats whats left. We dont know what insurance is going to pay for until we submit the claims. Obviously their salesperson will just tell people whatever and lie to them to get the sale. Such a horrible thing to do to people who obviously need the medical supplies. Had we known they didnt actually get with insurance to see what was covered first, we would have researched their costs and other companies as well before going to them, if at all. We will not continue our business with them.
Have been on phone now 45 min and still no one has talked to me. What is going on? I am a professional trying to help my patient as they said they have billed for one portable canister every month and for nine years he has not used any. ?? Fraud ?? How can you bill if they have not even called.

My experience has been horrible!!! I was passed off a CPAP machine as new. When my Dr Office Respiratory therapist inspected the machine he determined it was used as it still had an SD card with the previous patients information and the air filter on the machine was obviously dirty and used. When we called them out on this they ordered me a new machine. When I received the new machine they tried to piece together a new set up instead of correcting their mistake completely. After I called them out on the fact that they are not giving me a new bag, which they lied to me and said they were until I pointed out some items that they didnt know were in there.If you have a choice to go anywhere else do it. As soon as I can get my medical resupplies transferred to another company I a doing it. To be completely honest I think they are charging my insurance for a new water reservoir when they didnt give me a new one today.
Very poor service. Insurance paid, I paid. Would not work for me. Pressure to high. Would not return phone calls. I could not use it. Talked to another person. Same thing. They did nothing. Said they were going to call back. Never did. Returned the cpap. They said no money was going to be returned.
Every time the doctor prescribes something from LinCare, I have to call to follow up. We have never gotten anything done without multiple follow-up calls. Its very frustrating working with LinCare in Wichita.
My experience has been a real bummer, Dr. Morrow requested suppilies for my wife (Hannelore Brue) last month, called today to check status, informed only has request for concentrator, we have one from lincare on hand, she needs portable tank replacement, that we have on hand from lincare. Informed I must contact Doctor with request for tank replacement, I fail to understand that, my wife needs a request placed for each item? Will contact Doctor for another medical supply company to service my wife, I rate lincare well below Zero.
