Why does FedEx even exist? 3rd day in a row... my partner was home (took off from work) because our package requires a signature. FedEx driver shows up outside doesnt deliver anything and leaves. Caught up with him the 2nd time, said the package was not on his truck. None came to the door but each time, the delivery failure message said that no one was home to sign for the package. Would like to just pick up the package at this point but it keeps getting redelivered and not showing up. I just dont understand whats going on. And Customer service was a joke... called twice, each time it took finagling to be able to speak with a person. First call was impossible to hear them, second call they couldnt hear me.Update: 2nd driver on day 3 had the package on his truck and delivered it. He was courteous and placed the package where directed.
A great atmosphere. The staff are amazing and they will do whatever it takes for perfect customer service. The best FedEx express in the world!!

Had a great experience this time. Helpful associate helped me quickly with my box. It was a prepaid drop-off and scan so that made everything go quickly.

Id give a solid zero, if it were possible. Nor is this the first issue with this company Ive encountered. Driver showed up in the driveway, opened the door, and proceeded to tell my father, who met said driver in the driveway, that my package wasnt on his truck. After leaving, the driver processed the package as delivered. It clearly was not. Contacted customer service. First rep put me on hold, only to be re-directed to the main menu of automation. I was shortly disconnected. Called again, and within 10 short minutes between speaking with the first rep to connecting to the second rep, the tracking number that the first rep was able to find was no longer in the FedEx system. After I was disconnected by the first rep. Over seas rep claimed he has no manager or supervisor with whom I could speak with. If I were in a position to lose $100, Id let it slide while simply referring those I know, as a delivery driver myself, to avoid this shipping company. Alas, I am not in a position to replace the missing goods. Im a single mother who splurged for myself, kiddos, and mom for mothers day. Though I understand its just stuff, and for many its just $100, for someone in my position, coupled with blatantly being dismissed by someone who apparently has no management, half way across the world, it was a double whammy of a screw you attitude that cannot be justified. As a delivery driver, if I cannot deliver what Im paid to deliver, I admit my failure, apologize, and get it to my recipients ASAP while giving them an ETA, but I NEVER lie about a delivery. Honesty, understanding and decency goes a long way, though that appears to be lost on big corp.
I too have had sub zero experience with FedEx. Their delivery times are erratic at best. Are business times are 10am-6pm and I to have contacted them about delivery scheduling during our business operating times with no success.
I have never had a worse customer experience with anything ever. The tracking shows its on the truck, but for two days in a row now they driver has just drove past my house never even slowing down. I called customer service, and said sorry, and then hung up on me. I have never been just ignored from a business. I just want my parcel.
Missed the delivery. Went to the center to pick up.Grant looked it up and said the driver wasnt quite done. Bernie hopped over to help, called the driver, who was luckily around corner and could swing by before he went back out. Bernie said itd be 10 minutes- it was only 5 and Odell was cheery and sweet when he had me sign for the box. These three men were so pleasant and prompt and I had a lovely FedEx experience this evening.
Good luck getting any help shipping from this location. The customer reps are rude, unwilling to help, and pretty much useless. If it was possible to give a 0/5, I would. Additionally, its pretty evident that no one at this location(most of FedEx to be honest) wants to help with anything at all. Must be a sad company to work for because it appears that there is no willingness to work harder than they have to.
The last six packages I had shipped with FedEx were all delivered to the wrong address. FedEx accused me of being dishonest about the delivery. I sent in signatures and a copy of my DL to prove the signature was not mine. After a few weeks the business who had my packages contacted me and I was given all my packages. I no longer buy on ebay if the shipper is going to be FedEx. I payed $586.23 total in shipping and got shafted by FedEx, Ebay and the seller.

Call center said after 5pm I could pick it up I came at 545 the rude lady working said your lackage is here but no one is going though the container for you come back tomorrow, I said so my package is here but you won’t get it she said yes come back tomorrow glad I wasted my time coming here just for the worker to be too lazy to get it smh

Possibly the slowest and roughest handling available. My package has sat there for 3 days with no response from fedex. This was also 2 day expedited shipping. If I could Id give 0 stars. UPS is the only reliable carrier left in the wichita area.
Ok, would like to see more than two people allowed inside allowing four people would be better the customer service agent should be capable of handling 4 people in 10 min without extended amount of wait time.
I ordered an item being shipped by fedex, it was sent to wichita for delivery. They said they couldnt find my address, so they was contacted and found the address was correct. It has been in their circulation for 3 days now. So Im guessing they have no common sense, if you are trying to find an address that has a 1/2 in the address then drop the 1/2 and look for the address, example 1234 1/2 N Jackson if google maps was used you wouldnt find it so what should have been done was google 1234 N jackson and the 1/2 would be either upstairs or somewhere close. Just posting this to help others.

Says left package at front door, left when they actually left the package laying against the garage door and I forgot to mention that the package weighs 50 pounds left laying against the garage door left dent in garage door like what were they thinking
Got a text saying I missed a delivery attempt ( that never happened). I have been home for weeks and havent missed any deliveries. Come to find out they said our roads were too bad to drive. Yes, theres snow on the roads but not a lot. A school bus drives down our road so I know they didnt even try. Now I have to drive 12 miles to pick my package up that they didnt want to drive to my house to deliver. So glad I paid for shipping!😡

I was in line and rep stepped out into counter area from the back. She was about to be off work but saw I was 3rd in line and just dropping off a package so she helped get me in and out in about 2 minutes vs waiting in line. It was a small gesture, but its been a very long 2 weeks for me personally and this small act of kindness brightened my day. Thank You!
Hoover office staff was fantastic, though the delivery driver was hours late delivering my guaranteed 10:30am package. Only after I chased him around Wichita, did was I finally able to get my time sensitive package that was advertised as guaranteed or your money back. Little did I know that those guarantees are void during the pandemic. Use UPS or USPS if you have a time sensitive package (at least during this pandemic) as FedEx is not holding up their as advertised guarantees at the moment.
After 3 days of sitting at home all day waiting for them to deliver my package and them telling me they made 3 attempts to deliver it which was an absolute lie because at one point I watched the fed ex truck drive by and then received a text saying they were unable to deliver it due to no one being at home I am Fed Up !! When I call them to ask if they can just hold it at the facility for me to pick up they told me they can’t hold it because of restrictions by the shipper at that I need to contact them. I have heard every excuse from them have literally given them a turn by turn directional note on how to get to my house as well as a description of my house they still cannot find it. I have wasted three days waiting for them to deliver it and every time it’s a different excuse, no one was home, incorrect address, etc. All of which was BS. Still don’t have my package. Terrible service!

Its a shipping facility. No frills. I wouldve appreciated a little more kindness from the front staff, however. She was short and rude with her responses to my questions.
EasyPeasy. Parking close to door were they have a cart to borrow & right inside is a roller conveyor to throw packages & done.Wished the FedEx @ airport could be so accommodating to save miles after mail drop.

They just plain refuse to do their job. Probably one the worst ran companies I have ever experienced. One star is being very generous.
Horrible. They do not and will not accommodate if it means going out of their way.We have a business that is open 1-1 everyday. The hours are on the door, stating, “Open Everyday 1PM - 1AM”. There have been several occasions where FedEx has tried to deliver at 11 in the morning when no one is here. We have communicated and given instruction not to deliver until business hours. We have even advised to deliver to the business next door, to which we were told “oh, I don’t to want do that”. That is unacceptable.Today, we experienced that same thing again. There was an important shipment coming in that we need TODAY that was attempted to be delivered at 11:40-11:50am, and of course, we missed it because that is not during business hours. We called FedEx to try to have the shipment redelivered, only to be told that wasn’t possible because drivers on Saturday’s are contracted and there was nothing to be done. We can’t even go pick it up when the driver returns because they won’t return until 5, and FedEx closes at 3:30pm. We now have to wait until Monday, and I’m not holding my breath hoping we don’t have this same incident happen again.We have used UPS and USPS, and they have all been accommodating and worked with our operating hours. We have not had any issues with them in the past. We have only ever experienced this with FedEx.This is completely unacceptable. This messes with our business and our livelihood, and makes us have to go out of our way in order to receive what we need.The customer service is subpar at best, and the efforts put forth to help customers seems to be bare minimal. To allow these kinds of occurrences to repeatedly take place speaks a lot about the people who run this business, and the kind of care they actually hold for the people they are servicing.Now, after our fourth experience with this in only the last few months (there have been more instances in the last year), there will be measures taken to ensure that we never use FedEx again. Our experience has been nothing but disappointment, frustration, and full of dead-ends.Fix your company.

I picked up a weekly shipment for my place of work here every Saturday for 5 years. Always ready, always pleasant, always accurate. The folks were never slow or unhappy or unwilling to help. If one customers needs were taking a bit longer and even a single person was waiting, theyd call for help and another register would open. Much appreciated!
If you live in a gated community, expect to have to go pick up your package. There has only been one fedex driver that has looked at their notes and was able to leave my package. All the other ones see a gated community and drive off.

FedEx front counter agent was busy with some prior work and said just a moment. Although no one customers were present in the store. She proceeded to sift thru some papers, do a call back for a 3 digit code from whomever she was helping on the phone. Approximately 5 minutes passed and Im still in the lobby just to pickup a package. After she finishes her coworker had come from the back to which she complained about whatever she had done prior and was laughing... All the while Im still standing here. She goes to the back gets the package and passes it onto her coworker to finalize cuz she had to get clocked out... Completely below my expectations experience. Help the customer in front of you prior to completing other work Tammy! Hopefully @FedEx will take note. Review the cameras inside and determine if this customer experience is their normal expectations. Unlikely they will hold her accountable.
I mainly use this place for copying purposes as opposed to shipping. They can scan and print a format up to 11 1/2 × 17 1/2 in. Color copies might not be exact but usually only I could tell. Prices are affordable and I would recommend this store for any of your copy or shipping needs.
I always have to pick up my package because the delivery person always passes my house and says address incorrect or nobody was home. I have literaly watched the fedex truck drive by my house and with a few minutes the status update was set as address not correct, he didnt even look. then the staff on S.hoover, one particular lady was incredibly rude to me and she covered her tag and walked away, someone else came out and refused to give me her name. I do try very hard and even put whoever I order from NOT TO USE FEDEX but it does not always work. they are horrible here in wichita ks.
Amazing Customer service. Staff listens to customers and makes every situation right. How amazing is it that you can drop a package off at 8pm and by 10 am the package is delivered to the opposite side of the country? Good job FedEx!

Terrible. Package is going to be days late, I get told different things from everyone I talk to, about delivery time and availability of picking it up after It arrives in town. from people in town, and from their customer service line that is about as useless as their tracking numbers. Thanks.

Good place to ship stuff off
Convenient and easy access for Fedex packaging and shipping needs on the east side of Wichita. Whether you live here or are traveling for business, this is usually a quick stop for when you are needing items printed, faxed or shipped promptly. Courteous staff however parking is limited.

Clean. Friendly... but they have signs everywhere that only 3 were being let in at a time for social distancing...that wasnt being remotely enforced.
FedEx itself is not good. I hate the customer service reps that you get when you call, however Dana at the physical store helped me above and beyond. She tracked down my shipment and figured out where it was in the warehouse, she ran back and sweated her butt off to get me my package!!!! Thank God for her!!

They have the worst customer service of any of the package delivery companies. I called so i could get a estimate of delivery time so that I wouldnt miss the truck because I had to sign for my package and I didnt want to waste all day waiting around for my delivery to get here. They told me they would call me back and give me a E.T.A. and they never got back with me.After several calls and 5 to 6 hours of waiting I have still not heard back from them and my day has been shot.I would suggest usps or ups both have better tracking and service in general.
The staff is generally friendly but short handed during busy times.Edit 3-23-2021: I don’t know what happened but I’m adjusting my review to 1 star. Consistently I’ve had my packages miss deliver deadlines and when I’ve called to ask for a status of my delivers I get told I’ll be called back but no one ever does. The service is completely unreliable and the customer service is non existent at this point.

Fedex has truly got to be the worst shipping service known to man kind. There is no way they are this difficult to work with unless they do it intentionally. So what happened to make me say this? I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday. By checking the tracking number I could see my package had been sitting in wichita over the weekend. When I called on Monday and asked if I could come pick it up myself, I was told my package could be picked up that night. When I went to pick my package up the next day, I was told the package was in a sealed container until Wednesday and that it wasnt their fault the shipper paid for the cheapest shipping. The person at the counter told me they didnt even know if the package was in the container, even though my tracking number had been scanned three times since I spoke to the person on the phone the night before. This company sucks and doesnt care about their customers. Do yourself a favor, use USPS, UPS, or deliver it yourself it will get there faster and you wont have to deal with these morons.

I have yet to have a good experience with Fed Ex. Driver did not ring doorbell. Instead left the delivery attempt on my screen. My dog started barking so I opened the door and ran out yelling “Fed Ex” he just got in his truck and drove away. I called customer service line and still waiting on results. Horrible. He must of had ear phones in his ear, he did not even budge, nor look in his rear view mirror

I dont know if the driver had met my dogs or heard them barking inside, but on top of the package he left by the back door was a Begn Strip.Nice touch.
I checked my status and it said customer not available and that they tried to deliver it at 10AM today but ive been in my living room by my door from about 8 to 2 and there was never a knock... at least hire people that wanna do there job come on now!

Cant give 0 stars or I would. Package scheduled for delivery Saturday to my house and after I had it redirected to a 24/7 FedEx center. Saturday comes and changes delivery time to Monday because its now a ground shipment and they dont work on weekends. Seems like they dont work much at all to me. Changing delivery from my house to a 24/7 delivery center cost me a weekend. Long live USPS
