My service appointment was cancelled/rescheduled for the second time in a row, so I went to OReillys...me, my cousin, and YouTube did it.

Unbelievable. My 78 year old father took his car for basic service. Saw when he got home that they were running 25% off. Drove all the way back there and the manager told him he cant get the discount unless he mentioned it upfront. They said ohwell all he can do is take care of him sometime in the future . That is so unprofessional to take advantage of people. He ALWAYS took his car here but NEVER again.

So I purchase a 2008 mercury sable back in March. I don’t brought this car back about 6 times since March. Something is definitely wrong with that picture. I was totally ripped off. I will never purchase another Ford ever again. I so over this place. I’m starting to believe that they fix and break something when I take it in. I’m so irritated. I just wanna be great. I trusted Ford and they keep letting me down.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I wasnt able to leave with the vehicle I wanted.

Cost to much for repairs. OVERPRICED!
