The next day, the guys started working on my case. Harry informed about all the current stages of the work done. Yesterday my car was ready! I had a small accident. This place somehow sent a text to my sister the following day about MY accident. She was worried sick until she was able to get ahold of me and then I had to calm her down that everything was fine. I find this practice of sending unsolicited messages to relatives of people who got in an accident extremely unprofessional and insensitive!

I worked with Harry to purchase a vehicle I saw on his lot. Harry was very helpful and made himself very available to me for any questions that arose. He presented me a good deal, which I took. He then followed up with me to make sure all paperwork (warranty, title, etc) was handled in a timely manner.

I received a text from Harry after my car accident stating that he could help with the fixes and he would provide me with some great incentives to do the work there. I was skeptical at first because it was pretty far from where I lived. He assured me they would take care of the tow so I gave it a try. My experience was great!! Harry called me all the time to keep me updated, gave me a $500 cash rebate for doing the work there, I received a warranty on all the work and they even fixed something else I needed free of charge. They were able to paint match my bumper and fenders and it came out great. Plus they covered the cost of my deposit which is relatively unheard of. The shop may not be fancy, but that’s because they pass the savings on to you without taking shortcuts on the job. Great work

They offer a life time warranty on their work and even helped me save money on my auto insurance deductible after my accident. They seem to take great pride in the work they do, complete opposite of the typical service from auto repair shops that work for the insurance companies. I felt like Northeast Auto worked for me!

Great guys that do great work. They will reach out to you because they genuinely care about your business, and care that your car is repaired correctly and quickly. They will sit down with you and go over the entire estimation, no surprises. They saved me a lot of money on my deductible also. Well worth it to at least check them out.
