I dropped it off after hours and placed my key fob in the secure drop box. The following day Eugene called me and gave me an update as to what needed to be done. Recently went to E2. Customer service was great, everyone was pleasant but I ended up paying for a repair that wasnt needed. The initial concern that I brought to them was the cause and not addressed. I was told my coils were testing fine.... But they are not. Thankfully my dealership covered it in the end, but i spent $400 that wasnt necessary.

It’s been a while but took my 2008 Chevy Colorado in because 4WD wouldn’t engage! Had it somewhere else and they said transfer case was bad! They diagnosed problem in a day and repair was very reasonable! Saved me a lot of $!!! Will be using them in the future!! Actually this week!! Lol!!

Did only the work necessary, didnt try to gouge us on parts or labor. They charge actual ASE rates and hours and dont try and Pad the bill. It was nice to have a loaner car while they worked on mine. They did front end work on my Subaru and it drives like new. Highly recommended.

I decided to hold off and write about two experiences I had there. The first time I came in there and had a myriad of issues with my car. The mechanic, Matt, was very concise in his diagnosis and what needed to be done. What I appreciated about that the most is that he was upfront about what needed fixed, and wasnt trying to convince me I needed things I didnt. He went out of his way to give me a price that was better than any I had shopped around for as well. During the repair process, they even offered me a loaner car!The second time I came in there I decided to get something else fixed and some body work done that I had been holding off on. Matt and Brett once again helped me get what I needed done and gave me a better deal than anyone else! And the work came out fantastic! I would recommend this place to anyone who need repairs to their vehicle at a reasonable price and what a repair shop that will speak to them honestly and help them out every step of the way!

I have had the brakes and suspension repaired on my toyota camry and have had my husbands ford f150 in for a check engine light diagnose and repair. Every time we have had our vehicles repaired we have been happy. Have let us use a loaner car before when we needed one and have always had fair prices. My good friend was ready to put a lot of money into his older truck bc it needed its engine repaired and they told him that they could easy do it, but wouldnt recommend it. Rare to find an honest mechanic that would recommend not fixing something. Will absolutely be back.

As Murphy and his law would have it, my 4wd went out on my truck as it was snowing like crazy a few weeks ago. I contacted E2 Automotive the next morning to take a look. I saw their fundraiser for kids (collecting bicycles) online probably a week before that. Figured I’d support a local business for supporting the local community. Brett and Matt were able to look at my truck the very same day. Super knowledgeable and very professional. Unfortunately, the part I needed for my car was virtually impossible to find and took a few days to come in. These guys were so customer focused, they gave me loaner car, allowing me to go to work for the couple days my truck was in the shop. Matt was very thorough and gave me a packet/checklist on future repairs and a place to keep receipts. They were so reasonably priced, and impressed me so much, I had them throw 2 new tires on it, and added the $29.00 full synthetic oil change! Any car repairs done at E2 comes with AAA for 6 months, which is great peace of mind. Oh, did I mention them returning my truck with a full tank of gas? Top notch service with affordable pricing. Don’t expect complimentary sushi when you walk in (you also won’t see it on your bill), but you can expect quality work. They are the reason I will never go to a big corporate shop. Great auto shop!! Owner was very personable and friendly! Quick and efficient, was able to have work done on my work in a couple of days and even offered me a rental car while they worked on it. He was even able to accommodate a car seat for me in the car so I didnt have to move the carseat out of mine. I would highly recommended this place for any type of auto work, large or small!

I came in about a month ago. My car cut out and wasnt running. Had it towed in. They kept me in the loop step by step and let me know what was going on. Was an electrical problem. Was fixed the next day. The price was reasonable and I was really happy. Ill be back again.

Took wifes car in for oil change and some other maintenance. Brett was very knowledgeable and did a great job taking care of us. He let us know that we will need new brakes and tires soon but both can wait until next service. Promptly got us quotes that seem very fair and well certainly be back.

Excellent Service at a even better price! Took my vehicle in for a fuel pump replacement, did a great job, but due to a faulty fuel pump (because of the part company, not E2), it showed I had gas when I did not burning out a coil. E2 gave me a loaner vehicle replaced the defective part and replaced the coil at no additional cost to myself! Would Highly recommend them for any work needed!

Brought my suv here with no idea what was wrong. They contacted me within 2 hours told me what the issues were possible coming issues prices for parts labor and what they recommended. Loved working with them and even when we came across unexpected issues they kept my updated and kept cost reasonable. Even looked and fixed my other vehicle (minor issues). Hands down the most professional, courteous, and reliable auto mechanic shop in Wickliffe, lake county if not the state. I have been through it all dealing with the shadiest and most unprofessional mechanics and shops all around cuyahoga and lake county. This shop e2 automotive helped me out in such huge way. After a super quick oil change for only 19.99$ they noticed my car needed some work on the exhaust pipe, it had rusted and rotted, and was hanging lower than it should have been and extremely loud noises were coming out. Not only was it fixed that day I was in panic mode because i intended on purchasing a rental for the day after I confirmed the work to begin, I needed the rental to get to and from work. Everything was setup so I figured get the rental and e2 automotive would have my car ready for pickup when I left work. Something happened either during the processing or an employee of this rental company(not naming them), but I was unable to get a rental​ at the time I desperately needed a vehicle. At first thought the workers at e2 offered me a ride, but I insisted they dont have to go out of their way. Only a few minutes had passed before the owner approached me while I was on my cell trying to schedule an uber. The owner told me he had rental for me, I was so excited. That was not even the best part. He told me there was no charge! E2 Automotive in my book has won my future business and has definently will be the first shop I recommend to friends and family, infact anyone and everyone.
