Disappointed. Bought a refrigerator. Lady was very nice, but did not disclose the dent and spray paint on the side which I did not see. before I purchased. Now I am giving it away, looks terrible. Should have looked it over better; and, not assume full honest disclosure. Lost $280 for a bad deal. Live and learn.

Just got a refrigerator from there last week the customer service was excellent and the prices are great! I would recommend this place. So far the fridge is working great.

Purchased a refrigerator and waited 3 days for delivery which was great. All measurements were done before even considering this establishment. The wife waS very helpful. Price was appropriate.. DELIVERY DAY.. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER SIMPLY BECAUSE the husband (owner) refused to listen. 7 years he says hes delivery.. as if that would make the hole in my wall disappear. Wanted to remove the door jam since it was easier. Sir my fridge I have is bigger and wider than the new fridge which I personally brought inside. Owner gets upset im trying to help. I said okay just take the old one,, ill do the new.. NOPE HE Takes the new fridge leaves the old fridge, a hole in the wall, and no where to put groceries.. NEVER AGAIN!!! Guess someone else offered him more. Save your time and go elsewhere!!

We purchased a refrigerator a week ago and it was delivered a day before we left for vacation. Very good price and delivery. I would have given the shop 5 stars but we had some problems with the unit after delivery. Two repair calls were necessary but the technician isolated and solved the issue after the second visit and all seems well now.The unit, however.was not working properly. A crew cam.

Seriously the best experience I have ever had for buying a refrigerator! They were happy to help. I bought my refrigerator and it was delivered less than 24 hours later. The guys that delivered were friendly and professional. They had my old refrigerator out and installed the new one in no time. They even hooked up the water line for me. I highly recommend G&G appliances!!!!

Got a fridge for a very fair price. It wasnt working properly so I called and they came the same day I reported the issue and resolved it quickly.

If I could leave a zero rating I would . Being a Landlord I needed a go to appliance place, thought this place was it . Got a good deal and Great service from them, until now. Bought a fridge from them March 24th, nothing but problems. Right after delivery didnt work, they came back out and repaired it. Working ok, next the tenant calls me, tells me she opened the door and it fell off. (Still under 90 day warranty) Called once again, said they would take care of it,never showed. Called them again now door will not stay on. Again no show . Called once again, no answer no call back, went there in person was told they would go take care of it then. Another no show. One last call, said they would replace fridge May 4th, Still waiting, no fridge, no response.My advice, Stay away .

Really good selection of appliances. Stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers. Always new stock. Prices are really good and the owner is really nice and helpful. Warranty included. Was willing to deliver the same day. Small delivery fee and totally worth it. They were in and out in 20 minutes and extremely skilled and professional. Would definitely recommend stopping in if your in the market for appliances.

They don’t return phone calls or emails, I’ve called numerous times and my parents decided to pitch in and call them and email them for me. Numerous voicemails and emails not returned. Save your money and go to a more reputable place seriously. Also the products they sell are way overpriced I was in desperate need of a refrigerator at the time or else wouldn’t have have purchased because I could have gotten a nicer one in better condition off marketplace on Facebook

I have yet to receive the refrigerator I purchased on Friday. Came to my house Saturday after being told it would be delivered on Monday. I told them to come back Monday, nobody ever showed up. I have a receipt stating that we paid $200. $180 for the refrigerator and $20 for delivery.
