On 10-3-21 at 11:45 I went here and applied for a Home Depot credit card. The gentleman whos name I forgot, is an excellent employee. He was genuinely grateful for my business and thanked me earnestly. As if he owned the store. I would love to have this guy as an employee. I reference the time in hopes his supervisor can give him due credit.

This is the busiest Home Depot I have ever gone to...busy all of the time. However, that does not mean they can slack off on customer service. The return section was blocked by so many returns and no one was there; I had to go to the service area only to be greeted by a rude employee who said I had to go back to the returns area. I explained that no one was there. She was not happy. I had to squeeze through to get service from her. Not my best experience here. Here are the pics of the return area that day.

Ive only taken a star off for one reason. They need to stop CARS from parking in IN THE AREA WHERE CONTRACTORS PARK TRUCKS AND VANS TO LOAD LARGE MATERIAL! An SUV okay I can see you feeling something a little larger in there but an actual four-door car or two door car no thats ridiculous it needs to be stopped! Otherwise its a great place and I love it

Everything I ever need for home improvements can be found here. I guess my only complaint is that is is hard to find staff to help. I guess with so many jobs available its hard to find good help. Overall, a great store.

Better than earlier in the day at the Dickson City location. I went there to buy a mower their website showed in stock but I couldnt find one. I asked someone and he said they didnt have any without even looking in that aisle. He said it would have been there if they did and told me I was the stupid one that drove that far without calling first.

Missy went above and beyond as the last product that was being held for me was sold to someone else. Customer service people at wilkes barre location were top notch! Thank you

Terrible.... drove 40 minutes to get a particular item. Got there looked all over couldnt find it. Looked around again for an employee very few around all to find out they only sell this product on line. They are still better than Lowes.

I usually shop here with my husband. Of course, we are always happy with the paint selection - colors/brand and their awesome, friendly staff in the department that go above and beyond!We also find most items we need for any projects we are working on. If not, Lowe’s is always right up the road … But overall, HomeDepot is where we shop!On my last shopping trip there, alone, I was in complete shock at the utter incompetence and laziness of the employees! I am very capable of handling heavy items, carting them to my vehicle and even loading them into my vehicle but on my last visit, when I purchased quite a bit, I was disregarded the entire time - from a simple greeting, to a courteous and kind offer of help! Of course, I did not Complain, nor am I trying to now, but I must say - my son, who just turned 8years old, is more of gentleman than any of your employees!

Its a home improvement business and now they make it too expensive to make improvements. Everyone blames the pandemic. I got a price on garage doors and actually got an independent dealer to give me a better quote than this place.

Great hardware store that has everything I need. I like the new feature when I find something that I need online, or through the app I can send a text to my phone and receive information about the products exact location in the store Im shopping at. What a great way to shop.

We were told to go to lowes for free installation on our carpet. They have the worse customer service across the entire store. Even when not one customer is at the customer service desk, you still cant get them to help you. We walked in to your store and immediately we were taken care of by Spike in flooring as well as Scott and Steve in the window treatment department. We will never go back to lowes and will continue to shop at your store exclusively based on todays experience. Good job all involved, we appreciate your customer service in these very stressful short handed and short supply times. Thank you

Staff working really nice.... Even 1 hour their way out of their department to show me exactly which section I had to go to to look for the item I was looking for... Just loved my experience there looking forward to shopping there again 😊

Prices are reasonable but the ryobi parts for weed wacker u wont find there they should sell them if the have the product there.

I love the store but this time for some reason the aisles were blocked with so much product that I could not get my cart threw. Other then that it was great. Folks were very helpful and items were stocked.

Who turned the lights off? Im trying to look at bathroom sink & tub shower faucets, & lights out over that whole section... 9pm! But youre open till 10pm... Didnt anybody change the auto timer from winter hours? Sheesh, Ill run up to Lowes. Maybe theyre not trying to chase ppl out early.

Salesperson in appliances very knowledgeable and polite and completely truthful that they dont have a lot of product to sell right now and a full explanation on what they will not install in or to in the home. I will visit again, but they did not have the dishwasher we wanted asap.

My husband and I drove over an hour to get to your store in WB. Husband needed to buy some power tools for work as he is a contractor. We waited over 1/2 hr for the one and only sales person in that dept to get off the phone. Then we find there are 2 other people that had been waiting for her also to get off the phone. One man said he had been waiting at least 15 mins before we arrived so that is 45 mins! I went to get another sales person and he said he doesnt work in that dept and she is the ONLY salesperson for that dept. So we left. We had planned on spending about $1500...and if the tools werent so locked up we could have taken what we needed to the front check out. So we left and went to Lowes.

Their building materials r ok. Im very disappointed with the garden area. I walked around n seen so many plants that needed water it wasnt funny. Even the ones out in the area were their soil was. Smh. Some 1/2 dead, some already dead. Wish I could work in the plant area JUST to take care or the plants, feed them, water them. Their sales would be better than what they r now if they took care of them. But no loss to them, they can write them off.

Waited at curbside for 20+ minutes. I wanted to use this service for convince sine I had my 3 month old with me. Wont use this service again.

Workers seem to have a previous fieldknowledge of the department in which they work. For example, a retired electrician may now work in the electrical department. Plumber, carpenter... etc. Very helpful. I think The Home Depot has a much better selection & quality of tools, equipment, & products than other stores. I wish there was one closer to me. Can easily kill an hour browsing new products.

I always encounter friendly staff. The friendliest was a super nice guy named Sean. They gave my kiddos these little bagged kits to make fire trucks and it made their day. (Free) u was able to find exactly what I was looking for and prices are always very affordable for very well made products. Not cheaply made ones. Halloween display was 10/10 :) very clean. Wonderful!

I waited over an hour for the forklift to get an article that was on the top shelr on line 24 but he was more consetrated in his daily work than in the consumer thanks for such a bad service. who do they call jay.

I had gotten things however when I got to register I realized that when someone cut it a chunk was missing at the end and about 8 in down another blemish on the topic the molding instead of charging for where the good started she made me saw it off which caused another chunk out of the end

Generally Home Depot has what you need. From building materials to landscaping tools. I have to say, the store is in need of updating. Just looks old and tired. Old paint spills on the floor, low lighting, tight isles....

I needed to have keys made, and I was quite surprised when someone came immediately to help us. I was in there over the summer too, and the woman at the service desk with blonde curly hair was very nice and very helpful with me ordering over the phone a lawn tractor for my husband on our Home Depot credit card. I seemed to have lost it when I got there. Thanks to her, and I wish I knew her name, but I was able to get it ordered. I had several Home Depot gift cards, and she was so patient as ever number on them had to be read over the phone. It was a long deserved Fathers Day/ Birthday gift for him 🎁 that me and his children chipped in for. She even commented that he was certainly going to be one happy Father/ Husband, and she was so glad to help me with his big surprise. Thumbs up for Home Depot!

I think Im going to start running some posts about the illegal activity they do at the return desks like dont get me wrong but say I bought a roll of wire and I lost my receipt I go to take it back to get a different kind theyll charge me not even a third of what its worth but then theyre going to go put it out and charge the consumer a full price so they really need to be audited and pulled up on this I believe Im going to take this to CNN ABC and some other news outlets and lets see how theyre bad theyre scamming us the people I run a construction company I will not be taking my customers there anymore

Went here for a stand mixer for my wife but they only had stuff like a hardware store. Relax I got her her stand mixer problem being is gas driven and she needs to keep it outside. However now when she mixes dough its for the whole county.

This particular store is a mess. I happened to be trying to find fittings for a gas line. Most all the pieces in the boxes were in the wrong boxes. There were no employees to be found. Finally found someone, and she was clueless. After 20 minutes I walked out disgusted. Went to Lowes and found what I needed. Never again.

You would think that a warehouse sized home improvement facility would have everything needed, but not here! Recently, I needed to buy flat washers for my kitchen sink. The lack of such an item is inexcusable!! And this is why the internet is killing brick-and-mortar stores! I cant find anything I want, so why bother supporting local stores!
