Great selection of evening wear with great prices!! I had been to other specialty stores looking for a special gown and stopped on a whim. I immediately was drawn to a gown and tried it on. It is the perfect fit and was on sale. They have quality clothing at affordable prices and styles that are up to date and classy available.

JCP will always be my fav dept store. Love shopping in the kids. You can always find what you need. Friendly staff. Good prices.

This place is the slowest place ever we waited in line and one person said there’s one register over there and she turned us away and said I don’t want anymore customers worst place

If you look for them you will find great deals.

Online order was retrieved quickly, in and out of store in about 5 minutes.Only negative is that you have to go through the store, up onto the 2nd floor to get order. I didnt find out if delivery to email parking spaces outside of store was still available.

One of the best stores at the Wyoming Valley Mall. Always great sales and one stop shop from workout to prom, shoes, jewelry, mens, womens, kids, Usually online coupons. Sephora located in the store as well.

Its always a pleasure to do shopping in there. The staff is very polite and always willing to help. Sephora staff will go in depth with explaining how thier products work and best financial options for every individual. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I really like this JC Penneys and I dont like to shop. The have a Sephora inside that has amazing makeup. And they always have the things I come to fine.

Cashier #1 was this grumpy little old woman who told us to go to another register-go there and no employee 🙁. Come back to register and grumpy woman tells us that another employee will wait on us-mind you the other employee is with another customer. She finishes and checks out our purchases while grumpy old woman checks out her register and is out of there. Our cashier was a gem 💜but you have to stop hiring these grumpy old woman who don’t want to be there to begin with!!!

Im very upset! They charged SALES TAX on the clothing I bought!?! Was distracted by clerk asking for phone # to get Penneys Reward points. Checked receipt when home & realized she added SALES TAX !?! Now I have to make another trip there. Dont think I will ever again after!!!

Good sales here on boots and just about everything

One registered open on the entire lower floor with ONE cashier that moved at a snails pace while watching the line keep growing. I just put my purchase on a rack and walked away and Im usually extremely empathetic to sales associates as I was once one myself for many years. The entire staff seemed like they did not want to be there and the cosmetics woman acted like I was ruined her personal conversation when I asked where to find someone TO GIVE MY MONEY TOO as she sighed and pointed behind her. All the employees who I asked where to find an open register were snotty as can be..its JC Penny, not Nordstrom.

Clean, pretty slow due to COVID.

First time in and the customer service was great. Im currently in a wheel chair and the employee had no problem asking if I needed any help. A few spots were difficult roaming through the clothing aisles but other then that good experience overall

I went to J.C. Penneys Optical Department. They have a good selection of frames. They spent a lot of time helping me pick out frames, which requires a lot of patience for my narrow face. The doctor was kind and funny, and found the right prescription quickly. They even found me a good pair of prescription sunglasses for a really good price. This is my new, permanent eyeglass place!

Due to this horrible Covid-19,,, Store is very empty. Prices have increased drastically. I was disappointed.

Just went for a pick up. You had to go upstairs and to the far reaches of the store. Then there were 2 lines one for returns and exchange, the other for pick up. But only 1 person working. It was a long wait as she took people from exchange line first. 45 min for a simple pickup. The holidays will be roughto shop there.

Great prices for Christmas. A lot to choose from right in the store. The only thing is they need more cashiers. Sometimes the wait in line is way too long, especially for good customers.

It has a little of everything for everyone, departments are very easy to find and they do have small shopping carts and bags that you can put your merchandise in to make shopping easier. Obviously you cannot use the shopping carts on the escalators but they do have elevators. All of the associates that Ive dealt with over the last few months are some of the best in the business. Check their website as they have online specials and if you are a JCPenney card holder you can earn rewards for $10 off your next purchase. The store has gone down hill. It is not as clean as it used to be. I used to love Pennys because maybe I could save a few dollars in comparison to Macys, but the prices are absolutely comparable. The store is not as clean and is very confusing now. It is hard to find an associate at times which is frustrating. They often advertise sales on TV in our area and they do not know anything about these sales in store. I have gotten a Macys card this year and it is a first!

As usual, a good experience. They are currently having super sales on winter & spring items, regular sales on other items. Clean, bright, well thought out floor plans. Easy to find a person at the cashier desk, unlike another anchor store in this mall.

Went for bathing suit sale and found just what I needed. Worth the time and trip.

Lots of great deals, especially when you have coupons. Be sure to check out the clearance racks...You might get lucky and find the item you want in your size for cheaper than consignment or thrift store! Other items are of good quality and I never had a problem with returns or finding what I need.

I love JCP!!! I ALWAYS do AWESOME at JCP. This past trip I bought two outfits that consisted of 2 pair of jeans and 2 tops for my daughters. A surprise coupon being handed out in the store helped me save an additional 40% off of already great prices bringing my total to $23 and change. Who doesnt love to save money and feel like they scored an incredible deal? If you havent been to Pennys in a while I suggest giving it a chance. I will remain a fan of JCP as long as I keep having victories at the register when I am there!!

Liked the mdse. Opened an account. Dont like sales marked buy one to get the 2nd on sale. Was not told about points program until my third purchase. Was not told my discount was only good for 24 hours (on a day I did not have time to shop) until after I opened the account. Was also charged a higher price than marked. Was told it was priced incorrectly. Did receive $ back.

Two floors of merchandise. Good quality and good sales. Prices vary so you can find things within your budget.
