I had the BEST experience at D&N Furniture. The customer service representative was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the furniture. I furnished my entire home. My furniture was in in about two and a half weeks. Which was so much faster than other furniture stores in my area. The delivery was smooth, easy, and the guys wore their masks the entire time. I would definitely purchase from there again.

The workers are very rude & liars ! I been waiting 3hrs for them to return to fix my bed set! They lied & said they came back & didnt! Unsatisfied is an understatement!

Worker don’t wear mask when enter home, gave me a used chest that had marks on it when I called in they act like I was lying I own 10 Airbnb and I will never do business with them ever again .... not to mention it took 3 week for my thing to deliver if your in the area find another furniture store the worst and I never give reviews so y’all add it up....

I will never ever ever shop in the store again have a couch since June and can’t even set it up because it’s missing pieces, call them time and time again and they say they ordered the parts that is missing ! At this point all I want is my MONEY back!! When I call or go to the store to discuss a refund the owner is never around and they act like they don’t understand English!!!

Purchased a small two chair table and ordered a coffee table.......the coffee table showed up broken....gave me the chance to look at the wood....it was flake board and the chairs were way to uncomfortable...in my opinion this stuff is junk....paid $500 for garbage.....will be recommending that no vet shop there....thanks D&N.......just a heads up, contacted D&N about the damaged table 1/2 hour after delivery, was told they would call back (didnt).......went there the next day was told they would take care of it..........havent heard back

Ok so i paid almost 1,000 on a sectional that you can not even lay on the bars push up in your back and butt its very hard its not a good couch at all not even a little bit my daughters bed that i paid 800 dollars for keeps breaking they came to fix it a few times because they will do that for the first year but they wont exchange anything at all i am so upset made a very bad discussion going there for my furniture the service was good when i was in there to spend my money but now that i have problems with the furniture they are very rude i was hung up on i was transferred to a different store and you cant get ahold of a Manager or anyone that cares to help beware this was the worst thing i ever spent money on now i just have to live with it because they dont care they got my money and thats all they care about not how you feel
